We stayed for two weeks in this lovely condo and didn't want to leave. The location was perfect. The furnishings were comfortable and the unit was stocked to allow us to cook in or grill out. There is a 5 minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend this property.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our 2 week stay and would return in a heartbeat! The location can't be beat and is walkable to the best beaches and snorkeling in Maui. The bed was comfortable and the unit layout worked well for us. Loved having the balcony and the vaulted ceilings gave such a nice feel to the space. Napili Shores is a great little condo community and has the low-key, relaxed Hawaiian feel that we like. Two swimming pools and a hot tub to enjoy after you have been at the beach all day. Cheers to Evelyn for being a responsive host and working to make sure our stay was fabulous!

Our favorite part of Evelyn’s place was being able to walk down to Nāpili Bay with ease, no matter the time of day. The place had everything we needed from breach chairs and an umbrella to extra towels, coffee filters and salt and pepper. The A/C worked great along with all the appliances. We will definitely be back for a stay in the future!

We absolutely love the Napili area. This is our 2nd stay in this unit and our host Evelyn has recently renovated the unit. It's lovely and very comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you'll need for your stay. We will certainly be returning next year. The big plus is having 2 restaurants on property. The Gazebo does breakfast and lunch and Kitchen 5315 is open for lunch and dinner.

We would like for no one else to know about this gem so we can stay here every January and February! Only annoyance was the loud dishwasher but we adjusted our timing around it. Evely, please own more units as you are great to work with.

We have stayed in Maui several times and this was our second time in Napili Bay, but first at Napili Shores. The property is older but well maintained. The unit itself felt modern considering the overall age of the property. There is regular landscaping and pool cleaning. The view of the ocean from the pool/Gazebo restaurant is beautiful and we saw whales on multiple occasions.
The unit has all the necessary basics and when we asked for additional towels, they were provided. The host was very helpful throughout the entire process and accomodated a date change for us.
Unfortunately during our entire stay there was a propane shortage at the resort which meant that the BBQs were unavailable and the heated pool and hot tub were not functional. I mentioned it to the host and she was very understanding and even offered us compensation for the inconvenience.
There were beach chairs and a beach umbrella, which came in handy.
We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back!

We loved our two week stay at Evelyn's property. Evelyn was easy to reach when questions came up. The unit gets a nice breeze when the windows are open. We didn't use A/C at all during our stay. I would stay here again in a quick minute! Thank you!

Wonderful host. She was quick with communication and very generous. I was there to assist in the Lahaina wildfire recovery and she showed her efforts towards the cause by offering reduced rates. The unit has all you need for a pleasant stay. Great hot tub and pools on the property. Close to several amazing eateries and the ever-charming Napili market.

Another seemless and great stay at C217 Napili Shores. Love the oceanfront complex and the fact that it's in the heart of Kapalua and within walking distance all the great beaches, resorts and restaurants the island has to offer. Been to Maui many times and stayed in many resorts...but for the past six years it's been Napili Bay and Kapalua all the! Two thumbs up!

Beautiful location in Napili Shores.
Host Evelyn was Gracious and really helped us out on our last day because of a flight time change.
The bed was so comfortable and a King size, not all beds at this resort have that as we have stayed at many of them.
Kitchen is also stocked better than most, great big coffee mugs!!!

Napili Shores complex is in a great location and the unit is nicely updated. It was a quick walk to the beach or to grab a chair and watch the sunset by the pool. Parking was super easy. Nearby Napili Market was convenient where we picked up breakfast, lunch and snack supplies that we prepared in the kitchen to take with us on our adventures on island. Would stay here again in a heatbeat.

This place was amazing! It had everything we needed. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. And having the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed eating at The Gazebo for breakfast and the other restaurant for dinner a time or two. Napili shores is one of our favorites and we will definitely return to this condo!

A lovely place that is very accurately pictured. There have been recent, well thought out renovations and we loved the airiness of the vaulted ceiling. The A/C was awesome, as was being on the second floor with no one above us. One drawback of the property is the sound that carries from the two units on either side. If you aren’t the type that feels comfortable asking your neighbours to keep their voices/laughter down, make sure you bring earplugs for sleeping. We had a few rowdy people on one side and loud talkers on the other side. We could also hear snoring from one of the rooms. It was a little bit frustrating but overall, not a deal breaker. Just be prepared.
The complex is well manicured and the two pools were a nice alternative if we didn’t feel like going to the beach, which was only a 3 minute walk. Pools are very quiet until late afternoon. The Gazebo restaurant is great (go off peak hours if you don’t want to wait as long). We wouldn’t bother eating at the other on-site restaurant again but something to note is that alcoholic drinks from there are allowed at the pool. They have decent cocktails from their Tiki Bar!
We love the Napili area for its low key vibe and beautiful beaches close by. Make sure you check out the tidal pools on the rocks in front of the complex, they have amazing baby sea life!
The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

The condo was exactly as described. The unit was very clean and was well equipped to meet our needs. Owner was prompt replying when we had a question. We will check to see if this unit is available when we visit Maui next time.

Sad to go! Our stay was amazing. The unit was perfect for both me and my husband on our babymoon - clean, comfortable, spacious for a studio. The kitchen definitely came in handy, and had everything we needed to cook full meals. Amazing location — the pool was heated and Napili Bay Beach was just steps from the unit. Five stars all around. Literally cannot wait to go back! Thank you so much!!!

This was a great place to stay during my (too short!) stay on Maui. I liked being on the second floor, and the a/c kept the room very comfortable. I did note that it was easy to hear those in the next room, but it didn't keep me awake - an easy fix with ear plugs. The property was immaculate and very well updated and maintained. I wish I always was able to stay at a location as clean and nice as this one!!!

This property is very well equipped in the kitchen area, which we appreciated tremendously as we cook most of our own meals. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location of the unit on the grounds of Napili Shores was perfect. Mahalo!!

My wife and I have stayed at Napili Bay condos for several years and we enjoy the access to what we consider one of the finest beaches on Maui. We usually get an oceanfront unit but decided to stay somewhere different because we wanted a location with a pool and hot tub. Napili Shores provided that and much more. The unit was well stocked for a wonderful stay of 11days. It was easy to access Napili Bay and enjoy the surf. The provided BBQ’s were a great way to cook-in several nights so we weren’t eating out every night. The bed was quite comfortable, the unit was clean, and convenience of a pool and hot tub made it a great experience. The owner, Evelyn, was especially accommodating! We had such a great experience we have already booked this unit again in 2024! Thank you Evelyn!

This property located in Napili as a great location for walking, snorkeling and relaxing to beautiful views. The accommodation was well appointed with everything needed. It had a very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this property.

This condo had all the essentials and plenty of space for a couple. Everything you would need in the kitchen or bathroom they had. Great working AC. A balcony with two beach chairs, an umbrella, flippers, and goggles. Beach towels provided. Two great restaurants on the property. Two nice pools, one hotub. Grills. Direct beach access. Snorkel, surfboard, etc rental on the property (they have free coffee too). Beautiful gardens. They literally had everything you needed and you wouldn't have to leave the property if you wanted. There was a Maui bus stop right outside that takes you to most of the popular stops ($2 one way/$4 day pass). If you aren't leaving Lahaina area, you don't need a car and can get around by bus, but we rented a Jeep on Turo for one day.

Napili Shores is a Great place for a quiet tropical vacation on Maui where you can enjoy sunsets by the ocean as well as snorkeling at a bay just a short drive away. Check in was easy and the host helpful and prompt in responding. The unit was comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Once again we had a great time
We stayed here in October and again this time, once again it is a great clean unit. We have had zero issues each time and would really like to keep this place our secret :)

Overall, a good option for West Maui
We enjoyed our stay, and our only quibbles do not reflect on the host or the unit itself. Every evening around dinner time on the common area lawn adjacent to the lanai, we were subjected to loud emanations coming from a speaker set up on the grass by some people who apparently believed everyone in all the units within earshot wanted to hear their hip-hop playlist while they played some lawn games. It typically went on for 2 to 3 hours until it got dark. Resort management has quiet time hours posted for the pool, but a reminder of consideration for others would be a welcome addition to their guidelines. Perhaps the listing should note the current reconstruction of the beach access path, which now requires a detour over the rocks and wading through the water to reach the beach. Not really a problem for us, but maybe for some, especially at high tide and when the rocks are wet and slick.

Maui Vibes
Perfect spot on Napili Bay! We saw rainbows every day, short walk to the beach, good food on site or cooked in, short drive to downtown Lahaina for other entertainment but really never had to leave the complex, beach chairs and other equipment to use during our stay was helpful, nice Pina colada drink/ice stand along Beach path, grocery store close by in plaza with anything you would need, coffee on lanai in the morning with the smell of plumeria and a peekaboo view to the ocean water made for a relaxing start to the day! Owner was responsive if questions should arise, didn't need the ac too much as the Tradewinds blow through with the windows open, don't think about this spot, just do it! I promise you will love it! Live Aloha and Mahalo for a great stay!

Mostly Good
This is the second time staying in this unit and overall I really like it. We stayed for 2 weeks.
The good:
-nice, clean, and low key resort with good pool areas.
-amenities near by (restaurants, snorkel gear, groceries, great beach/rocky bay with turtles, laundry mat on site etc.)
-unit is well laid out and well stocked for your vacation (good kitchen supplies, beach supplies, cleaning supplies)
-A/C now available
-no extra fees for parking.
-good communication with host and very easy check-in.
-the cost we paid was quite reasonable (now gone up)
The bad:
-the fridge broke for us. The replacement didn’t fit in the allocated spot. It was handled as well as it could have been (brought replacement, ice cooler, paid for lost food) but it was unfortunate.
-the unit could use a more thorough cleaning (bugs in the lights, dusty/sticky oven hood, cobwebs on the ceiling fan).
-bed could be more comfortable and a couple of extra beach towels would be helpful.
Overall, great spot and had a great stay. You will too.

Great option for space and price!
I stayed at this property with a friend on our Maui vacation. The unit itself is clean, spacious and had everything we needed (well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and knick knacks that you can use during your stay, beach towels, smart TV). It’s a short walk from the coastal trail and an easy drive to Lahaina. We have no complaints! Evelyn was responsive and an accomodating host.

Great quick stay
It was exactly what we were expecting from the pictures, description, and the reviews. We really enjoyed our time here. My parents usually stay at NS, and love it. The noise was a little more than we are use to in the unit. But we managed thru it. We did have a little issue with the shower, not sure if there is a valve issue or what, but we also didn’t call or report it during our stay as we were only here 5 nights and didn’t take the time. A cold shower here and there was not the worst thing.
Some of the best snorkeling just to the south at Turtle bay. The location is amazing!

Napili Shores is the perfect location! Two pools, a hot tub and steps away from the best beach on Maui. The staff is super friendly and the condo was lovely. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer. Maui No Ka Oi. Mahalo for everything.
