Diese wunderschöne, komplett renovierte, direkt am Meer gelegene Villa bietet komfortable Wohnräume zum Entspannen und Genießen eines der 10 besten Strände der Welt. Wir haben gerade eine komplette Renovierung mit allen neuen Fußböden, Shiplap-Decken, Teppichböden, Granitoberflächen, Geräten, Schränken, Möbeln, Betten und Badewannen abgeschlossen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa, Flachbild-TV und DVD-Player. Schauen Sie sich unseren neuen Esstisch und Stühle für 7 Personen an. Die gut ausgestattete Küche verfügt über eine komplette Größe, eine Stapelwaschmaschine und einen Trockner. This condo was absolutely wonderful. Everything was modern and well thought out. The kitchen was well stocked with beautiful dishes, glasses and anything needed to cook. And the condo was spotless. Many thanks to Deb for checking to see if we needed anything. I’d highly recommend!!!!

We’ve stayed at the Shorewood villas for the past six years and let me tell you, they’re not all created equally. This unit, 109, is definitely one of the nicest we’ve stayed in! The owner was very accommodating, even making sure we were brought a can opener when we realized there wasn’t one in the condo. We had 5 people staying in the unit and we never felt crammed or crowded - there was plenty of seating in the living room for lounging at night. The bathrooms were some of the nicest on the property - they seemed recently updated, as did the washer and dryer. Everything was tidy upon arrival, there were plenty of bath towels provided, and my favorite thing (although it seems small) is there were lots of coat/towel hooks. We’ve stayed in multiple units that did not have a single one so I’m always grateful to see them.
We loved being beach front - just a quick walk to the access gate and pool. We will definitely be renting this unit again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The space was clean and well kept. Appliances all worked great and bed was comfortable too. Deb made check-in and check-out seamless. Already looking forward to our next stay!

This unit was perfect for our family, 4 adults 1 child, enough room for everyone! Kitchen was well stocked. The unit was just as you see in pictures! We can’t wait to come back next year!

We had an exceptional experience! The villa was wonderful from all perspectives - excellent location, nicely appointed and updated, terrific communications from the owner, perfectly located with respect to the pool, a very short walk to the beach, and a nice view facing the ocean. The pool and hot tubs were in great shape and there was plenty of furniture so finding a place to sit was never a problem.
The owner, Deb, got back to us quickly and did a great job answering our questions (recommendations for places to eat, specific questions about items that were provided - whether or not a Keurig coffee maker was available - it is, etc.). Her attention to detail contributed to make our experience absolutely enjoyable!
We highly recommend this unit!

The ground floor ocean villa was clean, well appointed, and an easy five minute walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and one of the bathrooms had a walk-in shower, a real plus for 2 eighty year old seniors. The key-less entry and easy parking added to the enjoyment of our visit. It was a pleasure working with Deb, our contact person and we would consider renting this villa, again.

Villa Exceeds Expectations!
The ground floor ocean villa was clean, well appointed, and an easy five minute walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and one of the bathrooms had a walk-in shower, a real plus for 2 eighty year old seniors. The key-less entry and easy parking added to the enjoyment of our visit. It was a pleasure working with Deb, our contact person and we would consider renting this villa, again.

Nice updates in the living area and kitchen. Master bath was also nicely updated. Very comfortable patio with a great view of the ocean - perfect for watching the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee. We would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful vacation! The villa was exactly as described - clean, fresh, beautifully furnished and in a perfect location. We rode bikes to Coligny Circle and Independence Park, hosted many meals for other family members who were staying down the street, slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. The beach was right outside our back door, just a few steps away, and we spent lots of time there. It was great to be so close - we would sleep in and be lazy on the dreary mornings but head to the beach for the late afternoon/evenings and have a great time with most of the beach to ourselves. Deb was great about checking in, although we didn't need anything. Thanks so much for having us!

This was by far our favorite condo yet! Our family has visited HHI several times and the location is great. Teens can walk to Coligny Square on their own and have some independence. The view is great and having the 1st floor walk out was very convient to get to beach and pool.

What a wonderful vacation! The villa was exactly as described - clean, fresh, beautifully furnished and in a perfect location. Wonderful week in an adorable condo!
We both had a couple of injuries this year so we decided to get a first floor condo. We were pleasantly surprised to still have a really nice view of the ocean as well as of the beautiful lawn with lots of bunnies. The condo was nicely decorated, very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Great location to everything! We rebooked for next year!

We had such an amazing trip. The villa was fantastic! It was well decorated, clean and very well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The location of our villa was perfect! We had an unobstructed gorgeous view of the ocean, just steps from the pool and the beach but we felt very secluded as well. Deb was amazing and checked in with us throughout our trip. We will definitely be back!

Three of my family (all adults) were able to get away for a week and chose Hilton Head. This condo was perfect! Rented bikes and cruised on them or walked everywhere - no car needed! Great location, lovely view from living room and Master, nice pool and hot tub when not in the beach. Highly recommend!
