Super bien placé pour visiter calvi sans voiture. Très bien équipé et propre. Un peu juste pour 5 personnes.

Appart a côté de la plage avec parking, commerces à proximité, cuisine bien équipée, tuba a disposition et parasol. Lit spacieux et confortable. Petit gâteau corse de bien venu eau fraîche

The apartment had everything you would need for your stay. It was very comfortable and the location was excellent. Despite being in a large complex it was very quiet and I slept really well. The bed was so comfortable. It was great having a washing machine and the kitchen was well stocked so preparing meals was easy. The apartment is about 3 min walked to the beach and less then 10 minutes walk into town.

The car park is bit stressful to park in as its more of a dirt lot at the back of the block.

Situation

Too much clutter - very little room for guests belongings, few empty drawers.

Great location! Super close to the beach and right across the street from the Grocery store. Parking was available just behind the building which was also great. Short walk to the downtown and restaurant area. The apartment was beautifully clean and perfectly equipped!

The AC was in the main living space and did not reach the loft sleeping area at night, so it was super hot upstairs to sleep during the summer. The building also wasn’t super nice, but the apartment itself was.

Nice apartment for 2 people or maybe a small family. Situated on the 3rd floor (No lift) with lovely views across the bay. Close to the beach, supermarket and ATM. Calvi centre is approx. 10 minute walk away.

The aircon was faulty & kept tripping out the supply. I had an electric shock from bare terminals adjacent too the on/off switch on the above kitchen sink lights. Both reported to the host. The Booking.Com description is inaccurate - Hardly no English spoken (the host suggested we should learn some French) , no separate bedroom, only 1 double bed & a sofa bed on a mezzanine floor with curtains that give no privacy together with a sofa bed in the lounge. (Studio may be more appropriate rather than apartment) We arrived at 0100hrs due to Aircorsica delays and could not find the apartment due to lack of correct address detail ( this included a local taxi driver) - more accurate directions should be provided to find the property & gain entrance in this eventuality. We had to find alternative accommodation for the remainder of that night. A couple of days before UK departure we were informed to bring our own bedding & towels - This should be made clear in the property description. Instructions for rubbish disposal would also be helpful.
