The penthouse is perfectly situated in front of the sea. It has all necessary equipments, an amazing view and much space. Jose Luis is a super host. I wouldn't change anything!

Great Location and Views

Unbeatable location and views, simply stunning. The property was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful. The living area is spacious.

Two of the rooms are not suitable for a couple due to the sloping roof. One needed a chest of drawers rather than a desk. They would suit kids or a single adult. The garage is very narrow but you can park easily on the streets behind.

VERY WHITE, clean and well equipped. lots of crockery! Obviously kitted out by IKEA. All seems new. Big bathrooms. Top floor has the main bedroom with en-suite, wall of wardrobes and private balcony. at the back of the property on this floor are 2 twin rooms separated by another bathroom. Downstairs is the large living area with balcony and lovely outdoor furniture. The doors all roll Bak to make it one large space. The 4th bedroom is tucked behind and can be accessed from the living area or the kitchen. it has a slightly smaller bathroom en-suite but there is another full bathroom leading off the living room. The kitchen has lots of cleaning products and gadgets. Air-con is good and variable throughout the property. Hundreds of switches for lights/shutters. there are some USB slots around as well. The owner met us on arrival and was very good at communicating. He sent me a quick message during our stay to check all was okay and again towards the end of stay to confirm handover.

The Beautiful large showers with Monsoon heads need more pressure but in Javea the water pressure is lowered at certain times of year and may have been a factor. The water heater was set to eco and thankfully we have been to Spain enough times to know this needs adjusting. It’s located in the large pantry in the kitchen.
