Everything exceeded my expectations. I came to celebrate my family's birthday and asked for special birthday arrangements in the room. The room was decorated more than I expected which made my family happy to be there. The check-in process was seamless, and everyone was really deserving the 5-star services of the hotel. Very much well-trained and service-minded. The room itself was amazing, mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the amenities were from Byredo. Sustainable and high-quality. Really really enjoyed the whole experience from check-in to check-out with the best facilities, services, and location possible. Top notch.

The location of this hotel is absolutely superb! One of the highlights for me was the convenience of being able to walk to the nearby malls (PIM 1 – 3), which offered a fantastic selection of shopping and dining options. It was such a pleasure to have easy access to excellent restaurants and a variety of stores without having to worry about transportation. Additionally, the breakfast spread at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The selection was enormous and the quality of the food was top-notch. It was a delightful experience to start each day with a wide range of delicious options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying and energizing meal. All the staff were attentive and eager to please!

Everything, staff friendliness was on point. The room was big and excellent food.

Better liaison with the booking app. The booking app offered breakfast which we didn't realise and the hotel could/would not reinstate our bonus of a cheaper breakfast. Surely your reception staff could have rectified this misunderstanding

Everything! The staff, the service and the location of the hotel. Very central and convenient!

The service and staff were excellent. They go above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and as comfortable as posible. We felt like royalty getting the best treatment and service. Everybody was so accommodating, polite, and made us feel super special. They are attentive and offer their services with genuine smiles. From the front desk to the banquet staff and even the chef, everybody was so welcoming and gave us the time of our lives. We loved every secomd staying at the Intercontinental Pondok Imdah and would definitely stay there again when we're back in Jakarta. We're extremely impressed!!!

Breakfast menu and variety were great! Plenty of food, staffs were very attentive and warm. Room was huge and the Spa had complimentary use of facilities on any purchase of spa package.
