The hotel is very modern and comfortable.

We were billed unexpectedly 30 days after our departure for reasons that we have failed to fully secure from the hotel. This nearly doubled the cost of the accommodation and getting some resolution is becoming increasingly difficult. By all means stay here but keep an eye on your credit card for unexplained bills.

This is an exceptional property. The rooms are clean, nicely appointed, good sized. The location is great for restaurants and shopping.

Everything! Clean, smelt good, parking was good, service was good. I loved everything about my stay and will be back.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff there was attentive and kind to the patrons. He was on top of getting food out, keeping it warm, and making the eating spaces clean and lovely. The exercise facilities were quite good as well. There were weights and machines enough for a surprisingly difficult workout.

The receptionist accidentally charged me twice. We eventually got it sorted out. I also would have liked more pictures of the room and a note that the pool was an outdoor pool. We were a bit disappointed about that.

Location was perfect!

Hot tub was very dirty. The carpeting in the room with stained, and not very aesthetically pleasing. Front desk clerk was biting her fingernails and did not stop when I checked in.

Breakfast was good. Nice selection. The location was great!

The unexpected high price for our pet plus parking fee and a non refundable booking. no warning about the pet/parking fee even from calling the customer help line. The lack of a pet area. The terrible parking situation. Most staff were not that pleasant.

They provided me with 2 tuny rolls of toilet papers wuth no extras. Coming down for breakfast and asking for one and the big lazy girl said they would go atound checking. We needed then. Wentvto the lobby instead A great hotel but leavibg us with a bad taste.

What I liked the most is that it was clean and it smelled good..it smelled fresh and clean..the staff was professional and attentive..all our needs were met..there were enough towels and amenities for 4 people..loved that.. Most hotels, no matter how many stars they have... they give you a tiny shampoo 🙄 and a couple of towels... here you won't have that problem 😍... the price was good... really good... we hope to return soon 🥰

There is no covered access point between the parking lot and the hotel. It was raining and we got wet going in and out. That was uncomfortable.

How nice & helpful staff was when online overbooked our 1st night stay. It was not their error but they made things right by booking us a room at a different place for the 1st night. Really appreciate it.
