Fantastic property and location. Incredibly well equipped kitchen and homely touches too. Gym and pool were lovely and kept my teenagers busy.
Staff made us feel very welcome.
Could do with another sofa as only one small two seater.
Lack of wi-fi - password given to us but unable to connect at all in the apartment.

The size of the rooms are great, everything included for a self catering break, tea coffee & milk provided. Location is brilliant & even a partial sea view from the lounge. Spa facilities in the hotel next door were applicable to our stay & accessible via a lift right outside our door.
If i had to find a fault it would be the twin bedroom. For me it lacked comfort & felt a little unfinished. If being a twin is for the purpose of being family friendly then the size of that space could easily take a double & a single bed, this would offer a dual purpose space. (We were two couples sharing the whole apartment). Plug sockets beside the bedhead instead of at the bottom would be better & maybe a tv or radio. We’r creatures of habit i guess but not having these things didnt hinder our stay & we would definitely book again.

The apartment was exactly as described. Pleasantly surprised that we got daily room service and tea/coffee making facilities. Beds were comfortable and everything felt clean. Can't believe there is an actual lift to your apartment, that's amazing!
The pool wasn't quite as flash as it looked in the photos, it seemed warm on Saturday but was freezing on Sunday. Sauna and jacuzzi were lovely but not sure what would have been like at peak time. Floor is a bit squeaky so hope the ground floor didn't find us too annoying walking around!

lift directly to room ,full kitchen,easy to get to pool and gym facilities,good location for buying food and close to the beach,staff were amazing,rooms were clean,
no smart tv,some of the radiators seemed to not fully work

no sea view (booking.com error) - the issue was resolved amicably - staff & owner were very accommodating & dealt with the issue very well.

Location, staff, quietness.
Kitchen was poorly equiped with very few dishes or utensils for even the most basic food prep. There was a very wobbly kitchen tap and a dirty oven tray in the oven. Room for improvement!

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The service at Breakfast was really efficient and friendly. we requested afternoon tea and were delighted with the table arrangements and food. All the staff did their very best to ensure we were happy. Our apartment was extremely clean, the bed was really comfortable and we had ever we needed in the apartment. we also used the swimming pool and liked that we could book a slot to swim so that it wasn’t crowded.
We enjoyed everything at the property and are likely to return.

We had the penthouse apartment which is a great size with plenty of space for us all (3 adults). Fully equipped for short or long stays. Lovely sea view too. Good location. Access to the pool in the hotel with option of half hour exclusive use. Lift directly into apartment. Would definitely stay again if returning to Scarborough.
Pool area looking a little tired. Only 2 chairs for the dining table yet apartment with 4 beds. Short of some items in the kitchen such as side plates but overall it did have everything you would need. Would benefit from a full height mirror. Only minor things really.

Everything! The apartment was gorgeous with more than what we had expected in terms of kitchen facilities/utensils etc. The pool was amazing and the ability to private book it really made our stay! Beautiful location.

We were able to check in early and received a very friendly welcome on arrival,it was fabulous to receive a welcome pack the entire apartment was warm and very clean,excellent location.

Bedrooms blinds didn't keep room dark.
No sockets in twin room near the bed. No lamps near the bed either. When unplugging a lamp the socket broke away in my hand, exposing the wires. They were also over due for pat testing. The hot water was scalding hot. The cot was just a travel cot with a very thin mattress, expected a proper cot. Swimming pool was slightly cold for a baby.

We booked all 3 apartments as a group of 9 staying for the GBI Ladies Circle 85th Charter at Scarborough Spa and the location was perfect. A slight issue with payment being taken twice was quickly resolved and the lovely reception team compensated us with Prosecco and flowers, overall a lovely stay and we all agreed we'd stay there again.x

Lovely spacious apartment, clean and well presented.
The pool and sauna area were the kids favourite, half hour slots meant you had the pool area to yourself.
The breakfast was lovely, staff were very polite and happy to help.
Will be booking to stay again.
Would definitely recommend.
