Location. Interior and facilities of the apartment.
There is a bar next to the apartments on the street which produces very loud music till 3 a.m. Impossible to get a sleep without ears caps.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is very nice and the location is perfect. It was very clean and is well-equipped. The view from the balcony made our stay even more pleasant.
It was a bit noisy from the nearby bar during the nights but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

The room was fully equipped and nicely decorated. Central location which was very convenient. We really liked that the place had three air conditioners because as soon as we got there on a very hot day, we could cool down the property super quickly.
The steep stairs and the loud music from the bars on the street until 3am. Luckily, the windows were soundproof, which helped.

The apartman was spacious, clean, modern and fresh. We all loved our stay. İt had a beautiful view of the ancient aquaduct. İt was right near the old town and in the middle of a cute neighbourhood with lovely restaurants and cafes. İt was very peaceful.
We had to walk up 3 levels. This is a bit hard with a small child.

This is a beautiful apartment! It’s clean, with perfect location and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. The host is so kind. I highly recommend the apartment. Thank you!

Nice apartment in the heart og the city centre in of Kavala. Very clean and well furnished small apartment. There is many bars and restaurants near, but with close windows the noise is not annoying. Good communication with the owner. Recommend it for a couple or a family.

Location was perfect! The aparment is large and comfortable! We will come again!
There is no private parking space (while the feature of "parking" was selected in the listing at booking.com). However, luckily it was relatively easy for us to find parking.

Great and quick communication with the host, as it was a last minute booking. Sheets were clean, and the view was great. The street near has restaurants and tavernas. it was quiet, even if there was music downstairs. It has AC. Good value for the money.

House is super clean and really close to both old town and city center. There are lots of restaurants and bars around. Communication is good with the owner. We have everything we need in the house. Free parking area is so close. Balcony has a great wiev. We enjoy every minute of our stay.
There is a bar under the house and the music is very loudy however we dont care and sleep well. If you need silence while you are sleeping this might be challening. But as i said it was not a problem for us and it was fun to reach a bar so quickly.

Perfect location in the center of Kavala close to taverns shops the old town and the port, amazing view of the aqueduct. The apartments are fully equipped, modernly furnished, you have a fully equipped kitchen with hotplates and an oven. The beds are comfortable, the internet is up to par and there is Netflix. There is a small free parking lot on the opposite street after 2 p.m. you can easily find a place. Very easy communication whit the host we even checked in earlier
We liked everything, a little noisy from the bar, which is located under the apartment and the steps are a little steep, but it was not a problem for us

The apartament was large and clean and well furnished. The location is a bit noisy for a family with kids but perfect for seeing the old town, it is close to pubs and tavernas. It has a splendid view of the acqueduct and a free parking close by.

Great place with a great location. The only thing bothered me was very noisy evenings from Thursday till Saturday. There is a bar, right under the window. I was able to sleep only using earplugs for three nights per week. All the rest is perfect

Spacious apartment in the city centre with a very helpful and friendly host. I would say it is ideal for couples and friends who want to be close to bars.
Parking around the house on peak hours may be a challenge. Not so ideal for elderly who need to climb a steep staircase

The host, Violet, was exceptional in every regard. She was polite, professional, did her utmost to help us settle in. The apartment itself is located at the heart of the city - restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacies - all within 10-minute walking distance. The place is super clean and features all the amenities you could possibly need on your vacation. Overall, I'd recommend it to everyone!
