La Olivia - area was nice with walking distance to the beach ( around 2,5 km). Sunny long days is something that we like in Spain:) Clean swimming pool and public areas around the house - really exceptional & very nice! Sandy beaches - awesome! Temperature - warm and sunny long days 7.30am to 7pm almost every day in December!!! Happy & friendly Spanish people around also helping us find directions or destination:).. Last but not least - Spanish Food:) It's walking distance from the house to Mercadona - Spanish supermarket ( around 5-7min walk/800meters..)

- really bad experience we have had with a shower!!! You CAN'T TAKE A SHOWER! as it's only ( maximum if so) 30 litres limited for all 4 people! So warm water running only around 4-5 minutes so it's not possible to take a shower 🚿 for 4 people... Someone has to wait until next day.. It is important as there's sea salt ( Ocean 🌊) so you must to get a chance to have a shower but maybe we're wrong... - very dirty walls ( probably painted few years ago) black marks etc.. - in the living room waiting for you very Old/ dirty ( marks etc) sofa bed with massive hole!! But the hole is covered....by frog tape or plumbers tape... - cooker/stove not working!!! We should to read reviews before booking as it been mentioned long time ago but nobody cares... something is wrong with the oven+ oven top burner is not working - You need to be Open Minded person and try to guess which is which and how to setup cooker knobs 🎛️...no marks or no instructions/manual - Not SAFETY or SECURE for kids - electricity - kitchen's electric socket it's double taped!!! Literally every time when you have to plug kettle or toster it's coming out of the wall & easy to touch the dangling cables.. - we had new experience having tin table with tin chairs and hopefully never again..

Love how quiet it is, plenty of parking if needed, great pool hardly anyone in it. Easy walking distance to sips and restuarants. Lovely patio area with good furniture. Did show barbeque in photos but there wasn't one.

Kitchen could have been a little better equipped some pans had no lids and only the larger two rings on the hob worked. Also no markings on the oven and discovered fan oven and grill didn't work so basically every thing cooks on pizza setting which makes it very crisp on the bottom. Double bed too hard and lumpy for us but twins in other room much better so slept on them. Some of the outside lights didn't work and no barbeque even though one shown in pictures. These things were a pain but didn't spoil the overall stay.

The complex was very well kept, with two big pools that were mostly empty. In the apartment everything worked and was as advertised. Scooter/car parking was very handily placed.

It was a little bit too far out of town for my liking.

Very comfortable house with a nice terrace! Has two bedrooms, all the equipment you might need in the kitchen, lovely hot water in the shower. It's pretty simple, nothing extra , but it's all you need for a comfortable holiday . Mercadona supermarket is literally 5 mins walking distance, although beach it's 40 mins walk through the desert , so those who like a bit of cardio will enjoy it. Town centre is about 25 mins walk.. or 5 mins with a taxi and it's only €3! All in all , I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again! P.s the host was very helpful and attentive, helped us with all our enquiries!

The only thing we were disappointed that the wasn't a BBQ which was advertised in the pictures, but we survived 😁

The apartment was very nice clean and beautiful ....nice kitchen living room tv garden swimming pool was very nice
