Appartement très agréable, bien décoré et accueillant, bien situé au cœur de Valbonne. Bien équipé, cuisine, chambre et salle de bain confortables.

Charming apartment in the beautiful village of Valbonne. Fantastic location, great restaurants just around the corner. The apartment had a little Juliëtte balcony which was cute ! The apartment was spacious for 3! The self check in and check out was easy and always found a parking spot 2 mins away.

Unfortunately the apartment wasn’t cleaned property, sheets and towels need to be upgraded asap! The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower trap with blocked drains! And no rubbish bin in the kitchen which was odd

close to restaurants so it could be noisy. the cleaning could be improved.

There's no kettle (although no problem to boil water in a saucepan) and just a black bin liner under the sink instead of a kitchen bin.

The flat was clean and comfortable, and very well located. Everything as expected and check-in was easy. PS: there’s an Irish pub not far, so on occasion there can be loud music heard, although it stops at midnight and didn’t prevent us from sleeping.

The photos were a little misleading as they were actually of two flats and we got access to the one without the balcony - and didn’t find out until a couple days before. We also messaged the property twice to ask if we could have a baby cot but received no answer. They messaged us a couple days before our arrival about flat access, keys, etc but ignored the question both times. Would’ve been nice to know just to get organised!

location is very centrally in the village (esp in the summer some people may consider the noise of the restaurants in the street below as disturbing)

pictures actually are from two apartments in the some building: one in the basement with a bed and a sofa in the same room, yellow pillows. one in the first floor with a balcony, blue pillows). we didn’t know that the pictures are from two apartments and were disappointed as we needed two rooms with the bed… we didn’t know this upfront. communication with the owner wasn’t very fluid and the code for the key box wasn’t communicated upfront. it took us some phone calls and text messages to get it sorted. Our apartment (“yellow”) is ok’ish for 2 people who are ok to sleep in the same room….

Location is excellent, but there are plenty of nice village apartments that would most probably give you a better stay.

Nothing worse than starting the stay with a very rude owner when you ring for assistance to get the keys out of the key safe (be sure to note that the key safe is on the floor of your apt Infront of the door and not in the one in the entrance by the letter boxes as there is one there which proved to be the confusion because theinstructions were not explicit). Although the apartment was finished with tile floors, nice kitchen cupboards, good bathroom fixtures and comfy bed, you are let down by a plastic coated sofa bed from the 70's,no kettle, cheap small towels, dishwasher with dirty dishes, no bin (only a bucket under the sink) and a shower drain that gets blocked (cleaner came to unblock it but it's disruptive to your stay - we were there only 2 nights!). As a 'superhost' of several apts, I can say with full confidence that this place could prove to a lovely stay if the owner were nicer and listened to the many reviews that highlight the same issues I've listed (I was assuming at minimum the things I listed would have been addressed for our rental - sadly not - it seems reviews fall on deaf ears of the hostile owner.) Bottom line - I think you can do much better in the village somewhere else and we won't stay there again.
