This home is clean, comfortable and has enough room for families. Everything was in tip top condition! Plenty of extra linens, bedding and pillows, as well as box fans for those who can’t sleep without that white noise. Pool is wonderful, and pool furniture plentiful and in good condition. What really makes this home ideal is the location- a very short walk to the beach, and midway to Anna Maria proper and Longboat Key, and all the shopping and restaurants. We could walk to the Ugly Grouper! Highly recommend this home; you won’t be disappointed!!

This was not our first visit to this house and we do like it. I would suggest they leave a vacuum cleaner for the guest to use. I also do not think the air vent in the downstairs bathroom is working as it was quite a bit warmer than the house in general and fogged up quite a bit during showers.

We enjoyed the property very much. It is properly equipped. Finally a property that puts a large TV in the family room. Usually it's a small screen. The home is well built and furnished nicely. The kitchen is fully stocked, to the point that I would prefer them to remove some items so that there is room for our food etc in the cupboards. The pool, spa, deck and grill are great. It is a very spacious pool area for a large family if needed. Again, they have provided a great grill that works efficiently, not like some homes with a grill that is underperforming and too small. Best location too. Literally 1 block to beach access. Walk to Grouper area and Hurricane Hanks area. Very happy with Florida Realy too. I had never heard of them but there were immediately responsive to my questions and very kind to work with. Thanks Misty!

Comfortable, clean, well-equipped, great pool and hot tub (though it took us a week to figure out that it takes 30 muntes to warm up), great location close to beach, shopping, restaurants. Only glitches in the visit were that the washer and the dishwasher both died while we were there. Florida Dreams management was quick to respond and order new ones (though it took a week to get the dishwasher).

We loved the "It's My Dream" house. It is in a great quiet location and only a 2 minute walk to the beach which was amazing. Also walking distance to many restaurants and shops in Holmes Beach. The backyard is super nice and the house has everything you could want incl. beach chairs/umbrellas and a cart. We loved every minute of our stay.

This is our 3rd time using Florida Dreams Realty to find a house for our Anna Maria Island vacation. The reason we keep coming back is because they are attentive, great to deal with and their properties are always fantastic and in great locations. 'It's My Dream' is the best house we've stayed in yet. We spent a week here in Sept. 2021 and loved every minute of it. This house is gorgeous and on the corner of a quiet street with a short walk to the beach. The pool was cleaned multiple times on our stay and the whole backyard oasis is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The house had beach toys, chairs, and beach cart when we stayed. Additionally the kitchen has all the amenities you'd need if you want to cook on vacation (multiple pans, crockpots, etc). We can't wait to stay here again someday....

It was a great location and a great layout. We had a 2 yr old and 4 yr old with us. The walk to the beach was close enough they could walk there and back on their own. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Can’t wait to get back!

We rented this property for a week long honeymoon stay and it was wonderful. It was perfect for just the two of us but could also comfortably accommodate a family. The neighbor is clean, quiet and right in the middle of it all. It is very quiet considering how much there is to do in the area. Beds are super comfortable and everything you might need for vacation is provided. We really enjoyed using the items in the garage for our beach trips. We contributed and left a few items for the next guests. We highly recommend visiting Bean Point during your stay. There is also another beautiful beach within walking distance of the house. We loved our visit so much to Anna Maria we are already planning our next trip!

We have a pool at home but still spent every day in the pool after time at the nearby beach or exploring the island via gold cart (I highly recommend renting a golf cart!). The outside grill was well used to make wonderful seafood meals and the interior living area with flatscreen was perfect for watching a movie in the evening. Two small recommendations- we didn’t use the beach chairs provided and suggest the owner consider whether they need to be replaced. Also, a few starter items like salt/pepper and coffee would be a great touch. Holmes beach offers two lounge chairs and an umbrella for $25 for the day which is fully set up for you and taken down. We didn’t discover this until our last day but will return when we come back. The beach was a short golf cart ride away from the property. There are many other beach access points of course. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

We are just now finishing our stay at It’s My Dream on Holmes Beach. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 young children. The location cannot be beat; it’s in low-key Holmes Beach with a very short 5min walk to beach access. The pool was wonderful, and the house is very well set-up for our size group - any more would have been a little cramped as there is only one true living space. My criticisms are minimal, however, would prevent us from returning to this particular home. The kitchen is very lacking on amenities. The utensils are very cheap & pots/pans are limited. On the surface, the home is clean. However, upon further inspection, the furniture and majority of walls are very dirty. There are 2 white couches in the main living area with a lot of stains. All the walls are scuffed and/or marked. Upon check-out, it was requested only the towels and sheets be stripped to be cleaned - which I just find unsanitary not to wash all linens during Covid. All in all, we had a nice time but the home definitely needs a facelift with replacement of furniture.
