Lovely little gem.
Quite get away for me and mum
Swellies 2 doors down and we had breakfast there everyday.
We walked 3.5miles to the Menai Bridge too.

Great location. Owner very helpful and friendly. Great to have a cafe a few doors down.
Patio area could do with cleaning and sprucing up.

Lovely little house in a perfect location. Y Felinheli is such a pretty village, and we enjoyed our pub tea at the Garddfon Inn and the Beach Road Playground. Nice quiet spot.

It's a beautiful comfy home in a stunning location. There's so much to do, and the house had everything we needed. Lovely view of the marina and close to food, drinks and amazing views.

The location could not be better. It is a really great find, very beautiful and tranquil setting. There is a cafe a few doors away and restaurant at end of road, which are both great. The house itself is comfortable and a good size for 4 people, and still cosy feeling. Overall a wonderful stay.

Great property in an excellent location within touching distance of the marina. Lovely cafe next door for breakfast and lunch and a great pub on the Menai Straight just a 10-minute walk away.
The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. We will happily stay here again.
Just need to strangle the peacock on the other side of the marina when it squarks at sunrise.

This place was amazing home from home. Clean, cosy, and well equipped with a lovely host. The host kept great communication from start to finish very friendly host who accommodates all your family needs and requirements. Definitely recommend this house for family's with little children. There's even a cot bed if needed. Had a lovely break away. Very quiet and peaceful experience food menus left on arrival. WiFi connection excellent. Beautiful view of the boat's. Plus if you love nature the Walsh ⛰ mountain's are just a short drive away

Wonderfully quiet but easy walking into the town or out on the coast path.
Felt like home, well equipped and comfortable.
Slightly troubled by the excess of street lighting on both sides of the property but , apart from installing blackout curtains,there is not much the owners could do about it.

Peaceful location, overlooking an estuary with yachts that immediately made us feel in holiday mode. House was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, with a lovely welcoming touch of some delicious Welsh cakes. On the doorstop of Snowdonia and beautiful countryside in all directions. Thanks for such an enjoyable stay.

The location was fantastic.
Lots of lovely walks and nice pubs. And cafe right next door,
The kitchen is in need of a thorough clean and update.
The oven was very dirty and the extractor fan cupboard was covered in burnt on grease.
The fridge was also dirty, and the door didn't work properly, A welcome pack on arrival would have been a bonus , eg, milk and bread

The WiFi wasn’t secure and didn’t allow full use and the Sky channels on the Sky box buffered a lot, terrestrial channels were great however.

the brightness in the second bedroom during the night, it is because there is a street light near the window but the room could really benefit from a blackout blind/curtain.

Beautiful house in a lovely location. Had everything we needed and Sky Sports was an added bonus. Lots of cupboards and the house felt really homely and comfortable. A great place to stay. Lovely big kitchen and table area. Really enjoyed looking at the boats from the window. Very peaceful.
Absolutely nothing to complain about apart from the overpowering smell of the clean bedding which affected my allergies but most people wouldn't be affected by this.
