Very peaceful. Plenty of room for our annual family vacation. Great pool and hot tub.

Our family of three generations, ages 9 to 75 enjoyed the spacious 5000 sq ft accommodations. The pool is large and provided cool relief on the very warm days. The kitchen is very well equipped with a stove top griddle that made cooking easy. The kitchen table accommodated are group of 12 comfortably. Plus there was a large bar area for additional seating if needed but also served well for buffet serving meals. The owner was very responsive to our few questions. Five stars

We stayed at this location last year for our bachelor/bachelorette weekend. It was such a great stay that we returned again this year and plan to keep returning yearly. The property owner has clear communication and the house is clean and functional. All around, a great stay!

Family group of 20 (13 adults, 7 children ages 3mos to 9 years). Perfect house for large family gathering. Kitchen and its amenities and large space was a special treat. We enjoyed the heated pool despite mild spring weather. Indoor hot tub, sauna and steam room all got good use. The picturesque stream that ran through the property was also a fun diversion for the kids. Owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful as questions arose.

This house was incredible and absolutely blew us away! Exceeded our expectations of the size of the house beyond. The pictures definitely don’t do it justice. It was perfect for a big group (18 of us). We are already ready to book our next trip there. We were so happy with everything. Also super clean! And Ed was a great host. He always answered my questions right away leading up to the trip. Very friendly and informative. Highly recommend this rental!

Great time for a long weekend. The house is very spacious and has good gathering areas, while everyone had their own space. House is well equipped and there’s not much you need to bring. Really beautiful setting with the stream running through the property. Made for some great group pictures.

Let me start by saying the pictures don’t do this house justice. This house is spectacular! A true oasis, from the amenities in the house to the stream running right through the property. Stayed with 17 friends for a long weekend and felt like we could have for so many more people. The kitchen was a dream, so easy to cook for a ton of people. The instructions from Ed with how-to’s on everything in the house made the stay even easier. We didn’t have to ask one question. HIGHLY recommend staying here with a big group. Bring enough food and take in all the house has to offer, you truly won’t want to leave.

This space was perfect for accommodating a large group of 20 friends and family for a weekend. There is so much space that it never felt crowded or congested, everybody slept comfortably, and the outdoor area is serene and gorgeous. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook large meals, the living areas were clean and comfortable, and the entire grounds felt very private. The host was incredibly accommodating and communicative, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a mountain getaway!

My husband and I wanted to throw a very low-key wedding (under 50 people) and stumbled upon this listing on VRBO. It completely exceeded our expectations. Ed was such a pleasure to work with and the property was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed. Our guests were totally in awe by how unique and gorgeous the property was. There is nothing else like it. Highly highly recommend this home to anyone looking to spend some time with loved ones or looking to throw a special event like us.

Prior to arriving we were given all the instruction we would need. Ed went above and beyond and communicated everything clearly and promptly. The house it self was amazing. It housed all of us and the amenities were amazing! The stream was very serene and the relaxing. I would visit and stay this place every year if I could!

We had such an amazing stay here! We were a group of thirteen and had tons of space to eat, sleep and hang out. The area is gorgeous and Ed provided so much information about the property and our stay. We couldn’t be happier with Streamside.

You will probably read this over and over again across reviews but the pictures just can't capture how phenomenal this place is! The place is massive, the stream is gorgeous, the pool is huge and has a range of depths for kids of all ages, the upstairs rooms are super spread out and while the downstairs rooms are closer in proximity people still felt like they had their privacy. Ed was amazing to work with, super responsive and accomodating! I understand why reservations fill in so quickly!

Tranquil setting, the stream is fabulous and relaxing. The pool is great. There’s enough space for people of all ages to do what they want to do. Indoor griddle is a game changer when cooking for 9 people!! House was spotless, beds were very comfortable. Large indoor hot tub with its own room was definitely a plus.
Ed, the owner was very detailed and incredibly responsive. This is the first house that we’ve rented that the entire family loved. We will be back next year. Thanks Ed, we loved it.

We had a group of 20 including 2 infants and kids 2-10 staying at the property. Heated pool was amazing, kitchen is incredible. The narrow spiral staircases down to the three basement bedrooms and up to the loft in the pool house were a challenge. We had to rearrange our sleeping arrangement for folks who couldn't do the stairs. Otherwise, it was great! Perfect place for everyone to have their own space and also be together.
My cousin forgot her Nook reader and reached out, and the owner mailed it back no problem! Very kind!

Me and a group of about 15 guys stayed at Streamside for a quick weekend trip. Getting up there was a breeze and the host Ed was helpful and available throughout the whole process. The property was beautiful and so spacious. With all the amenities the property has there was no need to leave. Between the pool, jacuzzi and sauna it felt like a spa. The kitchen was awesome and even had a rotisserie. I really can’t say enough good things about the property and the host. I will definitely be booking this place in the future!

We had a very nice stay at this house!!! There was so much room to spread out. I especially loved the kitchen, I so enjoyed to flat top grill, I felt like a short order cook :) It made preparing meals for all of us so easy. The kitchen and attached rooms (dining room, sitting area) had a beautiful view of the stream. The hot tub was an added bonus after a day of skiing. The sauna was great, we never got to use the steam room. There were lots of bedrooms so there was plenty of room for everyone. Ed was a great host, he was available by text and answered quickly if we had any questions. We had a great time. Hopefully we can visit again!

Enjoyed our stay at Ed's property. It was -20 wind chills outside so we avoided skiing but still had plenty to do at the house with our group of friends. The massive hot tub, sauna and steam room were huge hits for us. The commercial sized kitchen griddle was fun to cook on. I've never used one before and made cooking larger quantities of food easy. Great space for hosting and can definitely see the charm and appeal of renting this place in the summer. The outside is super cute with the bridges over the stream and the upper pool house. We obviously didn't use these but I imagine it would be great for a summer rental! The owner Ed was great. We texted several times prior to our trip, and he quickly answered a couple of our questions during our stay. Good dude. I would definitely rent from him again.

I am SO happy to have booked this amazing and HUGE house. The pictures don't capture how big the house really is. Ed was very easy to work with and just a text away. All my friends and family enjoyed our weekend stay. Especially loved the hot tub and open kitchen/living room layout so we could all be together. Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic for a large group. So many rooms for us to all feel like we could take break from each other to read quietly if we liked. My family loved the great room with the pool table, places to eat together, and such an amazing kitchen!!! So great to be able to cook a grand meal for all of us and have several cooks in the kitchen at once. Everyone enjoyed the brand new spa which fit 7 of us at a time. The little ones slept downstairs with their parents in their own “wing”. The grandparents slept upstairs and loved not having to go down the spiral staircase! The area around the house is just lovely with the stream bubbling along side the deck. We took walks nearby and the mountains and stream are really special. The huge fireplace in the second living room area was spectacular. We never turned on a television since we were delighted to watch the fire and put together the puzzles in the house and play board games at the huge dining room table.

This property is simply breath taking. If you are looking for tranquility and peacefulness, this is the place. The sound of the running creek in the back is so beautiful. The property is tucked away in the back roads too so you don't have to worry too much about neighbors. One thing to keep in mind is the internet is not what someone from the metro area is used to so be prepared to use data off your phone. That is the only way I was able to get my kids Ipads working. The property was so fun for kids though that they didn't really look to go on their devices too often which was nice. The cell service was fine at the property though. While there are a few things that could use some updating or restoration, the property overall was an A++++. Book it, you won't regret it.
