Unser Haus wurde 1998 gebaut und erhielt eine Renovierung im Wert von über 400.000 USD, die im Oktober 2016 abgeschlossen wurde. Jedes Badezimmer war bis auf die Stollen entkernt, neue Küche, neuer Pool, neuer Whirlpool, neues Dach, neue überdachte Veranda mit Sichtfenster, neue ... Sogar bis zu allen Sockelleisten, Steckern, Wandschaltern, Türknöpfen und Scharnieren. Alle Möbel sind ebenfalls neu und werden vom besten Innenarchitekten in SW Fl ausgewählt.
Drei 65-Zoll-Hi-Definition-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, im Hauptschlafzimmer und in der oberen Sitzecke. Jedes der anderen 3 Schlafzimmer verfügt über 50-Zoll-Flachbildschirme.
Der Pool verfügt über einen Whirlpool, der problemlos für 8 Personen geeignet ist und die wohl schönste Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang in Florida bietet. Der Pool kann mit dem $ 2.500 Aqualink-System mit Panel im Wohnzimmer einfach bedient werden.

A beautiful home located on a beautiful and quiet SW Florida canal.
An absolutely wonderful vacation for our entire family! Lots of great fishing, beach time (including great shelling opportunities if you're so inclined) within minutes of the home and finally, the ultimate luxury of returning to the home's very own pool.

Stayed at this location for one week with family and friends to celebrate an engagement! The house was the perfect size for 8 adults- well appointed and lots of space! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week to cook and entertain- house was very clean, great location and spectacular views! Would definitely book again!

We just spent a great week on Marco & have great things to say about this vacation home. The space was lovely & there was plenty of room for our family of 8. Loved having a washing machine. Since beach parking can be tricky, my husband would drop us off (along with all of our chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc) Then he would go back to the house, jump on a bike & join us. He would do the reverse process at the end of the day. The pool was awesome & the kids had a blast fishing off of the dock. We were there the middle of May, so beginning of the slow season. We didn't have any trouble making dinner reservations. The bikes were the only thing that caused us any problems. A couple were needing some maintenance...we did contact the office & they said they would take care of it. We LOVED "wake up Marco" for our morning coffee needs. Doreen's was great for brunch. Fin was a fabulous dinner night out. Other highlights were Island Gypsy & the tiki bar at the JW Marriott. We spent one afternoon riding jet skis with the "wow! Marco Island Jet Ski Company...would absolutely recommend as the were a blast to hang out with & took lots of great photos of our group (at no additional cost:))))

This was a gorgeous place! So impressed everything about it. Also couldn’t believe how great we all slept! The beds were so comfortable and that’s not always the case. So satisfied! Loved the pool and jacuzzi! So much room and such a classy place!

This house is exactly like the description on the Vrbo website. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, all of the bedrooms, very comfortable, plenty of towels and bicycles! Everything you needed for the beach, such as chairs and umbrellas and coolers and toys. The views were fantastic in the evening at sunset and in the morning. Whoever decorated this home, created a tasteful, relaxing environment for vacationers.

This house was the perfect stay for us and our adult children. Everyone had privacy, but plenty of space to gather as a family too. The amenities were fantastic, including bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing gear, beach chairs, etc. The pool and hot tub were great and we were so impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the property. We highly recommend!

What an amazing, modern home! We've stayed on Marco Island many times, and this is by far our family's favorite! The views are spectacular! The decor is beautiful, and the home was very comfortable for our family of 7 adults. We all enjoyed the kayaks and SUPs as well as the bikes. Super easy to get in and out of the canal with the kayaks/SUPs because of the floating dock (not all houses have this, so that's a plus!) There are plenty of fishing poles (fish right off the dock!), beach chairs, and beach gear. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The owner and the property management team are friendly, very responsive, and super helpful with any issue. We cannot wait to stay here again!

This home is absolutely beautiful and the water view from the swimming pool is stunning!! We stayed for a week and were able to enjoy the location as it is 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. The home was well-appointed and communication with the manager was great - Highly recommend!!

Truly one of a kind! Everything was exceptional and such an easy process. Also we’re able to see an enormous amount of wild life both aquatic and land animals.
Such a wonderful experience and at times chose to stay at the house versus going out.
Would totally stay here again also if you think it’s not kid friendly it was perfect. We had 3 kids all under 5 and totally enjoyed the space.

Beautiful house in a great location on the water. Our family had a great vacation and will be returning next year. The home has everything you need including a complete kitchen, great deck area, pool and hot tub, water toys and a fabulous view. Our only complaint regards ease of access to the beach. There is incredibly limited parking near the beach - - and in this case, "near the beach" is 2 to 3 blocks away. If you are planning on a beach vacation, this may not be it. Enjoy the pool and views from the house.

We had amazing vacation on Marco island. We were a group of 6 adults / 3 couples and had plenty of room!! Everyone had their own room and bathroom with yet an extra room and bathroom to spare. We loved all of the amenities - fishing rods and bait, pool and hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes. We didn’t need anything but groceries and drinks. This VRBO property was in a perfect location with an awesome view. We would stay here again and again!

This home was beyond compare. We were told that it had been remodeled a few years ago. It looked as though it was done yesterday. We were in and out of the pool and hot tub three-or-four-times a day. The location is close to many good restaurants and activities. We also went to Naples a short time away and had even more fun. We went on an air boat through the Everglades, a shelling boat, a dinner cruise and a fine dining experience, and to the beach. And we were only there for five nights. We loved the house and everything that it comes with it. We even saw a dolphin off the end of the dock!

Our family has rented a number of homes for vacations and this one was our favorite. It is beautifully decorated with every amenity you need along with great views and convenient location on Marco. We enjoyed having a pool and used it during the days and some evenings.. We would love to rent it again if we return to Marco. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. Overall a great house for our needs.

The house was perfect with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Our favorite place was the back dock for coffee every morning to catch up and spend time together.

Absolutely breathtaking property! The wide water views were spectacular and gave the best views of the sunsets. It was so peaceful outside as we couldn’t hear any neighbors all week. My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon and we enjoyed the privacy. Marco Island is the cutest! There’s great places to eat and everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend this place!

My family of six, all adults, spent a week at this house and loved it. It's clean, spacious, and modern, and ideally situated on the water. The owner was prompt and helpful as needed, providing local advice on fishing, golf, restaurants, a museum and more. If I had one comment, and only one - if you plan to cook more than a couple of meals there the stove and oven are not really up to the task. The outdoor grill is new, that helps. Everything else about this property is great. We would definitely return.

Every aspect of our experience was near perfect from check-in to check-out. Our family travels quite a bit and everyone agrees that this was the best property ever! The house is clean, fresh, well-appointed and a perfect layout for a large family. We enjoyed the bikes, kayaks and other toys. We had everything needed for a family beach vacation. This was an ideal vacation location for our family. The property was clean and comfortable and luxurious. We enjoyed the lanai, the kayaks and paddle boards, even saw dolphins in the bay. It made a good home base for our excursions and provided much fun relaxation when we just stayed "home."
