The property is very clean and well kept. It has an updated kitchen and bathrooms. It is in a very quiet neighborhood only a five minute walk to Wallis Sands. Our family has stayed in this neighborhood four years now. We highly recommend staying here and hope to again, ourselves. It would be nicer if towels were included. Having to wash, dry and fold any sheets you use before checking out before 10 am, makes it unrealistic to use the provided sheets. It would also be nice not to be responsible to get rid of your trash and recycling. Fortunately for our family, these are not deal breakers but are not the norm for a rental like this.

Beautiful home; perfect location. Just a short walk to Wallis sands beach. We really needed A/C this week and this home had central air. We were able to have the entire family for a cookout on 4th of July--so much fun. So happy to have had this house for the week.Hope we can return next year N Brown

We had an excellent stay at this property. Great communication with the owner. The property was clean and had most things we needed. Being able to use the garage was great! Very quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Minor things that would help others on future visits: Some type of grab bar in the bathroom with the tub for older adults. The step in is quite high. Additional outlet adapters in the bedrooms for plugging in phones, watches, etc. List all things required to be brought by the renters in the online listing.

Our family loved staying on Robin Rd, it was not only a beautiful house, well maintained and spacious but just a quick walk to Wallis Sands!

Location is awesome. Easy walk to Wallis Sands for the beach, very short drive to Portsmouth to enjoy dinners. The house had everything we needed. All of the beach items provided were great. Highly recommend!

This was my families first trip to Rye and we absolutely loved it. The owner Jonathan was very responsive, friendly, and attentive. The house was warm and inviting and it had everything we needed. We cannot wait to come back again!
