Can’t say enough great things about this property and its owner. From the minute we booked, Korrie was extremely responsive and helpful. And her home is beautifully maintained/has everything you would need for a perfect getaway! It’s spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location near downtown and beaches. We can’t wait to return! :)

We have been renting on the Vineyard for over 15 summers and this was a top experience. The owners passion for the property shows through from with the presentation of the home and in the communication before and during the stay. The property was just so great. I can’t say enough about it. It is the type of place that you feel like you are still away even when you are in the house. The downstairs was great for the teens. The communication with the property owner was amazing, just an overall amazing property and experience on the Vineyard.

We had such a wonderful time. Korrie is the best. She even went out of her way and shared some ideas for places to bring our Grandaughter. Perfect location and great weather too. Can’t wait to go back.

Spent a week at this lovely property. It was peaceful and quiet, while still being walking distance to Edgartown for the 4th of July parade. We really enjoyed the finished basement, which stayed nice & cool, as well as the screened in porch. Even got to feed the birds while we were there, as the owners leave birdseed for use. Great stay!!

Our family had a great stay here! The house is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all you need for your time here from cooking supplies to beach supplies. The screened in porch too was great to have this time of year also. Korrie is a great host and is very responsive. She is very thoughtful and there are books for all ages even children. She provides all the information you need and it was great having suggestions in the welcome book too. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We were 3 adults and the house had ample room for 3 or 4 others. Everything was very clean and neat. Bedroom linens were so nice- my daughter wanted to replicate in her apartment. Living room was freshly decorated with a very comfy couch. Kitchen worked out great and had all the kitchen supplies and cookware we needed. (Its nice to have foil and plastic wrap available). We cooked half the meals here.
The weather on this Jan week was rainy so we did not get to enjoy the deck or screened in porch but that would have been another plus.
The location was perfect for us- easy access to bike paths leading to town. An easy walk to town. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this cozy house. And the owner was a pleasure!

A quiet , clean home in a cute area outside the hustle and bustle. The hose was very attentive. She reached out to check on us with a up coming storm. We appreciated her welcome binder with brochures addresses and phone numbers of area attractions and businesses. Our stay on Martha’s Vineyard was awesome!!

This was house is in good condition and was well-equipped with everything we could have wanted. Host was very communicative and answered the one question we had immediately. The basement is outfitted with games for rainy days.
Location is a small neighborhood about 1 mile from the center of Edgartown, sidewalks available for most but not all of the walk.

We have been visitors to MV for 25 years. We've rented various houses all in Edgartown or Katama. 1 Dunham's Path is unanimously voted our favorite house. Location, yard, and quality of household items was outstanding. We honestly could not have asked for anything more. We also had 6 perfect beach days which made it a 10+ vacation. A wonderful property in a great location! Fully stocked with chairs, bikes, boogie boards, etc. Air conditioning throughout, and a spacious basement with ping pong, Wii, and plenty of board games. Easily accommodated our party of 7.

Incredibly friendly and resposive owners! Our original booking at another home was cancelled so we had to find another property at the last minute. Korrie communicated very quickly about her propery and the availability. The home is perfect and is stocked with all of the comforts of home (coffee, foil, detergents, soap, shampoo/conditioner, sheets/towels, games (ping pong!!)...So great not to have to bring all of this "stuff". Very clean propery with a great open floor plan in a peaceful, private setting. We had a Jawsome first experience fishing and seeing the sights on Martha's Vinyard. Thanks so much!

The house is is in a great location, very close to South Beach, Edgartown and Morning Glory Farm. Bedrooms are big and have good storage and AC. The kitchen is very well equipped and charcoal grill off back deck and screened in porch. All the amenities of towels, soaps and some pantry items are provided. The best surprise was the finished basement with ping pong table, games, tv and a cool environment. I contacted owner for a quick question and Korrie responded immediately. Perfect place to enjoy MV.

The house is well maintained and conveniently stocked with essential items. The owners really think about all the little details that make the whole experience easier and more enjoyable. Couldn’t have asked for more
From our initial contact to our last moment, the owners made our stay wonderful. Thoughtful and responsive, they’ve created a home where nothing has been overlooked. The location was perfect, easily walkable to Edgartown, not far from a bike path, yet situated in a quiet wooded lot away from busy neighborhoods. Well stocked, with a beautiful family room/game room downstairs, and plenty of space for 8, we plan to return again and again.

Perfect spot in MV
Our family had a wonderful week at Korrie's house. The house is well-located, clean, and extremely well stocked. We also appreciated how quiet it was with a tucked-away location just off the main road. The kids enjoyed the yard (and bird feeder), and the basement was perfect for ping-pong and movie nights. We are already excited for another trip!

An Island Treasure
Our stay at Korrie’s lovely cottage was fabulous! A spotless, well maintained, beautifully decorated and well stocked house with all the amenities and then some. Korrie was a wonderful host. She responded instantly to a concern we had, and remedied the situation in a timely and efficient manner. In honor of our anniversary, she had a welcome gift basket full of Island treasures waiting for us upon our arrival. Korrie is a thoughtful, generous and attentive host, and I highly recommend this delightful Vineyard dream cottage!!!

Fantastic stay!
My family and I had a phenomenal experience renting Korrie’s property. It’s comfortable, well located, and is by far the best stocked/supplied rental house I’ve ever stayed in! Korrie was very easy to communicate with and very kindly accommodated us when a family emergency impacted our travel plans. We look forward to staying here again in the future- it is worth every penny of the fee!

Exceptional amenities and great MV location!
We rent houses frequently both in MV and up north for skiing and this house was the best I’ve seen in terms of attention to detail and comfort. They have thought of everything! It was so well equipped with everything anyone could need for an awesome Vineyard vacay. The location was ideal being both walking distance to downtown Edgartown and a short drive to South Beach. The screened in porch provided hours of happiness either reading our books with coffee or enjoying cocktails in the evening. The owner was wonderful to deal with. We hope to come back some day!
