Very good location and convenient to the strip and to the airport. The home was very spacious and offered enough room for our group of 5 executives who were attending a trade show. The wifi worked consistently, which was very important for us.

Stayed here multiple times over the years. Always easy and enjoyable.

Other than being 3 stories lol nice home. We enjoyed our stay. Very large home lots of room.

Great house if a company has people coming out for work events. Plenty of individual space but common areas work well for morning meals and evening relaxing away from the hustle of the strip.

House is nice but twice the water was shut the first time I was called very early to called within 5 minutes when we were sleeping no one was using she said it was it water softener in the garage, the second was turn off again we could not flush the toilets. We had to call her to restart the water very inconvenient

Had a great 3 night stay at this property. 8 longtime friends reunited in Vegas for a 50th birthday that coincided with New Year’s Eve. The house was so much nicer than staying in a smoky, overcrowded casino, was very spacious and comfortable, and allowed for quality time with some of our favorite people. House had everything that we needed. We made meals, coffee, and cocktails and kitchen was well appointed and well stocked. We truly had a wonderful stay. The only suggestions I have are adding mattress covers (master bedroom didn’t have one) and deeper cleaning around bathroom sink areas (a couple of the bathroom sink faucets and mirrors had toothpaste and water spots - looked like someone missed cleaning them). The rest of the house was very clean. The house is in a great location, airport and strip are only about a 15 minute Uber ride away. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, doors are alarmed so you know when anyone comes or goes. I would definitely stay at this property again when traveling with a group.

This host was very responsive and and accommodating. The property was exactly as advertised. There is a nice view of the city at night from the master bedroom/bath. There is plenty of space. Neighborhood feels very safe, but not too far from all the action. Lots of stuff around to eat and do. Equipped well for cooking and dining in. We loved it and would do it again.

This would be a premier listing if the hostess didn't have so many negative warnings with threats of extra charges and/or of being kicked out with no refund.

The owner was very responsive to my questions. The house was exceptionally clean and was a great setting for our group. The neighborhood was very quiet but was close enough to restaurants and casinos which was just a short drive away.

Over all We had everything we needed but would have been better if more towels and extra sheets where provided and the freezer did not work as for as making ice and the refrigerator could have been colder

Amazing experience, house looks just like the listing it was clean in a great neighborhood, close to the strip and the hosts were easy to get a hold of and very nice! Would highly recommend anyone headed to Las Vegas!

The house has plenty of space for a large group. The 4 1/2 bath rooms are a huge plus. Very clean. The only thing you may want to consider are the stairs. The front stairs are quite steep. They are not an issue if you do not have mobility concerns. Our group had 6 in their 70's and one in his 80's. Overall, this is a great Vegas rental.

This is a very beautiful and confortable house, We really enjoyed.

This place was more than perfect as soon as you walk in you will be wowed I highly recommend this place as a person with his own vacation rentals I know what people expect, and this place went over the top!! I highly suggest this home. Quick commute to the Vegas strip. I have already made plans to come back to this location in a few months.

This property was very comfortable for our family. The house was clean and well stocked with all the household items we needed (i.e. appliances, cups, plates, basic pantry items). The neighborhood was quiet and had plenty of stores nearby. It was about 15 minutes from the Vegas strip and not much traffic. The owner communicated well and the check in/out process was very easy. If you are looking for a nice place to stay with a large group that avoids the crowds on the strip then this is the place for you. This place is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It’s very spacious and was very clean. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Only thing is, I wish the garage and laundry was available. The owner did mention that unavailability in the listing so we knew what to expect.

This home is beautiful and was great for our group of 10 adults. We truly enjoyed our time there, and the property manager Liz was excellent at responding to my questions, very helpful and most accommodating before and during our visit. However, there are some problems that need to be addressed. KITCHEN PROBLEMS ***The gas stove knob on the left is broken (stripped on the inside). When the knob looks like it is turned off, it is not. It must sit in the 1:00 position to actually be closed! We came home one evening to the scary smell of gas in the house. Fortunately for us, that is when we discovered the Carbon Monoxide Alarm/Detector in the living room/ kitchen was not operating because the battery in the alarm was dead. We replaced it. We had a second leak from the stove burner while we were home, so we took the faulty knob off and didn’t use that burner anymore. ***A different burner on the stove was already broken. ***Icemaker was broken. ***Garbage disposal was broken. ***Dishwasher door spring was broken and the door slams down if not locked in place. The dishwasher is not secured to the cabinet, so it falls forward out of the cabinet when the dishwasher door falls open. ***One bar stool was broken when we arrived. *** Misc light bulbs burned out throughout the house, on every floor . UPSTAIRS PROBLEMS **The upstairs AC vent and filter were very dirty and filter needs to be replaced. ***A broken towel bar in the “double vanity” bathroom ***A hole in the wall by the doorstop in the “single vanity” bathroom. ***All of the bathroom drawers and under sink cabinets were dirty inside. There were random opened medicines in the master bath cabinet; random leftover makeup in drawer; random items under sink. ***The upstairs “single vanity” shower curtain had mildew and slim. ***The areas behind the nightstands and headboards are dirty. ***We did not have enough pillows, no blankets, no blow up mattresses as posted (we noticed the empty mattress boxes in the closet, so this should be rectified before another group arrives that's in need of them) All of these items can (and probably will be) easily fixed and corrected. This will bring the home back up to the excellent standard that it certainly was at an earlier time. *****We would stay in this house again because it is spacious and comfortable for a group, but it does need some repairs and extra attention right now.

That will always be my vacation home if available when visiting Vegas

Fit family great, we should have brought a blow up bed but couches worked great. Owner worked with us on a request that was much appreciated. There were some issues but the owner was aware of them.

The wwner is super sweet and accomidating. The place is beautiful. Would definitely recommend it!

The property fit us and our needs perfectly. Communication with the property management was excellent. She went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it and her so much! Definitely discussing booking for 2022!!!

The home was clean and spacious. The property manager was accommodating. Cannot use the garage, laundry use seemed a bit high and there was a security camera on in front of the house.

Can't wait to go back to this place
