We loved everything. From the warm welcome drinks to the very thorough explanation of options we could do in Polignano to the amazing breakfasts on the beautiful rooftop to the comfy large beds to the hotels location (primo) but we especially appreciated Valeria. She made us feel so welcome & nothing was too much trouble.

The service, location and beautiful interior- everything was just perfect. The family owned business makes you feel the true Puglian hospitality and also serves products from their own farms. They went out of their way in every single thing we asked, from booking restaurants to helping us with parking and luggage. Highly recommend for your stay in the area.

The rooms are small, but this is not a problem for a stay of less than 7 days.

Most beautiful, organic, cleanest and friendly place to stay in Poligane a mare!! Me and my husband stayed at Sei Stella Mama for 1 week and from the confirmation of booking the staff were in contact with us via what’s app to ensure we had everything planned for our trip. We were met at the sea front by Andrea who walked back with us to the hotel as it’s in a perfect central location so could be difficult to find! On arrival, we had their freshly grown fruits and infused water!! The room was immaculate, staff couldn’t of done more for us!! They made us feel so welcome and advised us on places to visit and restaurants to eat at! Also we had a full body scrub and massage with their therapist, it an amazing way to relax on our holiday! Thank you !! Food wise- Breakfasts are beautifully presently on the roof terrace looking over the square !!! Their chef was fantastic and very time efficient!! We can’t fault anything!! Overall, if you are looking for a holiday to explore Polignano, this hotel is perfect in a central location, all organic (including there shampoos, shower gels), professional, friendly staff and everything is to a high standard!!

Quite simply the staff delivered the best quality of customer service we have ever encountered. From the moment of our arrival to a delicious, home-grown fruit platter accompanied with a refreshing beer, to recommending and booking us a fantastic restaurant with a beautiful view of the main cove, all at last minutes’ notice. Everyone always greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile and could not do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. A beautifully quaint hotel run by the most wonderful people! Thanks so much for providing us with a truly magnificent stay! We will be back!

Location is great!

The parking for your rental car will require you to walk about 15 minutes.

Andrea and staff were welcoming especially helpful with parking our vehicle. The property is very central in Polignano a Mare and our room was beautiful, clean and new. Looking forward to visiting again!

The communication with the staff after the booking was confirmed was excellent and the parking instructions were easy to follow. The staff were fantastic throughout the whole stay they couldn't do enough for us whether it be table reservations, advice on places to visit, knowledge of the town or anything to make your stay more enjoyable they'd do it. If like us your Italian isn't great, all the staff spoke very good English. The hotel is situated perfectly in town, you never have to walk far to get anywhere. Everything in the hotel is modern, clean and finished to a high standard. Breakfast was very good with lots of local ingredients made on the farm. The roof top terrace is great and the drinks served at the bar were lovely. I would reccomend this place to anyone wishing to visit Polignano.

It was the best of of the best!! Location was perfection. The owner and family on staff were so amazing we just wanted to stay with them the whole time! Andrea took such good care of us! Their is so much to say about the hotel and the stay I could go on and on.. we loved everything about the beautiful rooftop breakfast, afternoon wine and the company.. Go! Enjoy! From beginning to end, this hotel experience was probably one of the best. Family owned and operated, the service was impeccable. From the time we arrived, Andrea and his sister-in-law met us at the entrance of the square, helped us with our luggage, parked our car and had water and fresh fruit waiting for us. Every detail of our stay was incredible. The hotel itself was lovely and thoughtful; the rooms while small were well-appointed, modern and classy. Old meets new design. Right smack in the center of Polignano a Mare, you couldn’t ask for a better location. The spa was wonderful, the breakfast was fantastic and was set on the roof top. The check out was as seedless as the check-in. I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends!!!!!

From the moment we booked this hotel the staff has been amazing. Proactive communication to ensure all of our needs are accommodated. The exceptional tone was set at check-in where the staff made us feel like royalty. They provided complimentary drinks and fresh local fruit the moment we stepped into the hotel, which was sooo refreshing. It was clear they want to deliver an ‘experience’ versus just providing an accommodation. The entire staff was fantastic, particularly Andrea and Domenico! They provided a bunch of fabulous recommendations, and also sorted bookings on our behalf. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—better than you might receive in a traditional restaurant—and Domenico’s service was top notch. Everything about the hotel, their products, their service was *high quality*!

Right from the beginning we were welcomed with fruits from their local farm and drinks. This hotel is not a traditional hotel, it is an experience. Since it's a family business, we felt part of the family and at home - everyone is so caring and helpful. Delicious breakfasts on their beautiful terrace and amazing location right in the middle of the center. Shampoo and soap are also homemade which makes the experience goes full circle. We would like to thank Andrea and Ilenia for all the recommendations and helping us with boat tour/restaurants booking.
