Beautiful house, beautiful location.

We rented this lovely home to celebrate our mother's 70th birthday. Everyone was thrilled with the condition of the home, the amenities (water access, dock for ease in boat rental, and ample space to spread out), and the beauty of the location. Valerie was super communicative and helpful. We had such a lovely time; we can't wait to return!

The property was the best possible choice for 13 guests on Lake Martin with close access to Anchor Bay Marina where we rented a 25' pontoon boat. The house featured several gathering areas to choose from, all with a great views of the lake. The dock was new and more than adequate for all of us. The long dining table accommodated all of us at one time. Parking was a bit of a challenge down a very steep drive, and there were some maintenance item that need addressing. (missing ceiling fan blades, fans/lights not working) The lake proximity was ideal for skiing and tubing near the house. All in all we had a fantastic time.

We had a fabulous time! Property had plenty of room for all 16 of us. Wonderful location.

The only tricky part of the trip was finding the driveway (gps isn't accurate) but after walking onto the porch and look out on the lake you will forget about it. We spent most of our time down by the dock soaking up rays and cooling off in the lake. Our only question at the end was when the best time to go back was. Thanks for a great weekend!

Communication was wonderful with the hosts, very quick with any questions that we had. We would stay again.

So wonderful!! The back patio & dock has been upgraded and is so wonderful, and better than the pictures! The house is so roomy and nice. Perfect for our family!! The owner was so helpful and quick to respond when needed!! We will definitely be back.

House was perfect for our large group. Plenty of room for everyone. The cove was perfect for our kids to swim!

Three years ago we started the tradition of spending Easter at the lake with a group of family and friends. This house had room for everyone! The above garage apartment was a game changer! We enjoyed a rented boat and some paddle boards and the lake was peaceful!

We had a fantastic time at this property. It is in a beautiful location. The multiple different rooms offered many options for the entire family. We look forward to booking this every year we come back. The property owner was very responsive and always available if we needed anything.

We traveled with family for a long weekend and birthday celebration, the house is on a beautiful quiet little slough & feels super private even though there are other houses in the same cove. Just about everything you need is in the house and there was plenty of room for our large group. The owner was incredibly helpful and super prompt with communication! Excellent rental & can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay! House is beautiful and had plenty of room for our large family. Loved the 3 levels and the fact that there were two living areas. Home was in the perfect location, close to Goat Island and Grafiti Rock. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Loved sitting on the porch in the evenings. Valerie responded quickly. Can’t wait for our next vacation here!

Our recent stay at Lake Martin was perfect in every way. The home was so beautiful and comfortable. The views from the deck were amazing and we enjoyed our coffee from there each morning. Valerie answered every question as we prepared for our trip and was so helpful with her information and knowledge of Lake Martin. The house was very comfortable and met all of our needs. We enjoyed each day on the water in our new boat. Chucks, Catherine’s, Kowaliga and Goat Island were our favorites places. Our visit was so fun and we made wonderful memories.

The house is perfect for our family! Love the multi levels of bedrooms and extra living space for the grandchildren. The location on the lake is perfect as well. Beautiful large home to make memories. This is our second year staying here and will back next year too. The owner is most accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

What a wonderful place for our family celebration! The house is beautiful and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pans/plates/silverware, etc. The dick was a great place for morning coffee to watch the turtles swim by and fish jump. We all had a wonderful time. We plan on going back next year!

Once again this home and it’s owner did not disappoint. We feel like we know Miss Valerie and look forward to 2021. We played hard and did everything we wanted to this week. Wish we could stay longer. Thank you for more wonderful memories on Lake Martin!

This Lake Martin home is beautiful. Easily accommodated our family, our friends and all of our adult children. The view is beautiful and the home is located on big water, making it a great place to tub. We enjoyed the large porches and family dinners in the large kitchen. I would recommend this beautiful lake home, it’s the definition of five stars.

My family rented this home for a weekend of wedding festivities and it was wonderful. The three stories were spacious and the bedrooms were set up with multiple beds to sleep many families. The house was recently remodeled and was very clean and crisp. The decor is refreshing and nice. Best of all is the kitchen table, living room and rear porch views that are just what you want when looking for a lake home to vacation at on Lake Martin. The owner is personable and very accomodating. 5 stars and we will be back.

Second time we stayed here. Large 3 story home with ample space for my family of 11. Owner easy to work with. We would recommend to friends.

We loved our family time in this beautiful, spacious home! Plenty of room to spread out. Amazing views of the lake and lots of comfy seating on the decks. Rented a boat and had perfect weather to enjoy the lake all week. Location near Chimney Rock was a great central location. Wonderful!!

Could not have been a more wonderful week despite the circumstances.... We were suppose to be preparing for our son's wedding, but it was rescheduled due to the Pandemic; and so our family of 12 spent the week in this beautiful Lake Martin lakehouse:) It was just what we needed!! The home itself was a true gem with plenty of room for all and then some. Bedrooms were comfortable, roomy yet cozy. The Family Room had plenty of seating for everyone but we spent most of our "inside" time gathered around the large, gorgeous kitchen table. We played games and enjoyed all our meals at this table! A well-stocked kitchen and large island made preparing and serving meals very easy. The walkout basement was a great option when we needed more space and we all enjoyed sitting on the large porches enjoying the views of the lake when we'd had enough sun (I personally loved the porch swing). The dock was big enough to accommodate our group while some of us fished, some swam and some soaked up the sun on the chaise lounge chairs there. Docking our boat and jet ski was easy too--being back in a cove within a cove made for nice waters to ski, wakeboard and jet ski on. Our two youngest boys were kept busy with all the nature we were surrounded by...finding frogs, turtles, lizards, fishing endlessly, making friends with the two ducks that visited us every day...they were in Heaven!! We also enjoyed boat trips to Goat Island, Chimney Rock (and the rope swing close by), several marinas and Kowaliga Restaurant--this home is in an ideal location and easy access to so much. And Valerie is a wonderful host promptly helping us with any questions we had. Thanks for letting us make so many memories at your place!!

Beautiful home!! Very comfortable for family to gather and enjoy this lovely venue. Porches were phenomenal!! Bedrooms cozy and comfortable!!! Perfect weekend.
