the receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout the stay! the location was perfect for us.
the pool was not open for us although it was one of the big reasons we booked this place, and the air dryer was not working.

Warmly greeted by woman at reception. Stayed overnight. Beautiful view of the marina. Room tastefully decorated. Adequate kitchen area. Restaurant conveniently located upstairs. Nice quiet area.

The breakfast was ala carte, everything super fresh and customized to our liking. The restaurant is fabulous, I had truffle pasta and it was beyond delicious! The location of this hotel is amazing, waking up to sound of sea and view on marine and ships is magical.

Didn’t have breakfast. The view from the windows was exceptional.
The mattress on the bed was too soft and the television was too large and too close to the sofa in the sitting room area, so it was a bit uncomfortable to wach it. The tv should have been in the bedroom area.

This is an ideal place to discover Novi Vinodolski. You are close to beautiful beaches, and if it were not for the busy café on the ground floor with a children's playground, it would be the perfect place to hear the boats come in and the waves on a stormy night. The town centre is well within walking distance and very nice. All the restaurants are also within walking distance. The breakfast was good and the staff in the restaurant were excellent! The reception staff, with the exception of the one bad experience, were all courteous, excellent and very helpful.
There are only 3 flats (nice), but nowhere is it mentioned that access to the rooftop swimming pool is also for members of the marina and basically anyone who buys the ticket at the reception. There were only 2 umbrellas available (already snatched by other visitors) and you - as a guest of the flat have no possibility to have one reserved or just for you. In this regard, there was a discussion with a lady from the front desk who showed little understanding of the problem of wanting an umbrella on the roof terrace at 35°, but thanks to another lady/staff member the problem was eventually solved!
The flats are nice, but really more like a 4* than a 5*. Nevertheless - a place with great potential!

Lacking coffee machine and additional toilet paper. Otherwise it was wonderful!
