Cuando llegamos vimos que la puerta de entrada estaba reventada como si la hubieran forzado, tanto es así, que la viga de detrás está rajada. Notificamosú en el momento y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Hemos estado toda la semana con miedo a que pudieran entrar en cualquier momento. El alojamiento está semi-reformado pero muchísimos defectos. En la cocina había varias cucarachas y el último día hormigas por todo el baño. El sofá cama no se puede utilizar el colchón está totalmente inclinado y deforme. En los baños es constante el olor a alcantarilla. La terraza es amplia y está bien. Los colchones de las habitaciones estaban bien y las sábanas limpias. Esta muy cerca de la playa, es una zona muy concurrida y por las noches hay mucho ruido, debajo del apartamento hay 3 supermercados abiertos 24h

Demasiadas cosas. 1-No poder cerrar con seguridad la puerta de la casa. 2-hormigas y cucarachas. 3- olor a alcantarilla. 4- no poder usar el sofa-cama 5- ruido por las noches 6- no haber ofrecido solución, alternativa ni compensación. No vino ni el del seguro a poder ver la puerta. Intolerable.

Apartment was brilliant, had everything you need and location was also brilliant,

Only bad thing I can say is every other night I got woke up by loud shouting or singing bit that was partly my fault as I slept with the window open and not used the aircon, this is obviously not the apartments fault bit my own, overall brilliant apartment though 👍👍

The apartment is great value for money and the perfect location near the beach and the strip

I was surprised there was no hand soap or hairdryer

Having to return keys to office on departure, always left on table in property

Location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable, air conditioning was perfect to warm rooms in February, everything you need for self catering.

Sewerage smell from en-suite bathroom. Was noisy early morning with the sound of traffic, sounded as though the windows weren't closed properly.
