I liked the location and the view you had from the balcony.

We spent a total of 3 nights, during which time we had the following problems: (1) Parking: on arrival in Komiza Nicolas advised us to leave the car in the car park in the harbour area. He assured us that it is very ok to leave it there, mentioning that a car has been there for 3 months without any problem. In the evening, when we went out for a walk we found a 60 Euro fine on the windscreen; (2) Cleaning: during our stay there was no cleaning and we were not asked if we wanted cleaning / new towels / new linen, etc.; (3) Communication with the host: following the complaints on Booking, we had a discussion with Nicolas and the owner of the accommodation. At the discussion we were strongly disappointed by the ignorance and lack of professionalism from the owner; (4) Breakfast: ridiculous. At the so-called breakfast we were offered an omelette (I think of 2-3 eggs), 4 slices of bread, 4 slices of sausage, 2 glasses of juice and 2 coffees. Clearly it is called a snack, no breakfast; (5) Other problems: smell (our room was above the kitchen and there were constantly different smells coming from it), noise (from the kitchen), small room, lack of accessories (glasses, fridge). In fact, comparing the restaurant of the location with other restaurants in the area you will see the difference. Finally, we consider that for the services offered the price is clearly not justified.

the ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work so it was stuffy from the beginning to the end of our stay. too loud to sleep with the balcony door open so AC may be necessary during the whole night in the summer.

This place is a little gem. The room is bright and modern with lots of storage space. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom up to date. The balcony has an incredible view and we ate a tasty continental breakfast on every morning. The location also couldn’t be better for restaurants, bars and beaches all within 2 minute walk. By far the best thing about this stay though is Maria the owner and her son! They could not have been more welcoming and treated us like family!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was quite new with a lovely shower head. The small balcony where we ate breakfast every morning had the most beautiful outlook over the bay and stuuning town of Komiza. The owner was a very helpful and pleasant man. Marie made us a lovely breakfast every day. We loved our stay here.

I didn’t want to write anything negative as we loved our stay here. There seem to be many smokers in Croatia. The smell of cigarette in the stairwell was not very pleasant although our room was not effected.

The bathroom door didn’t close, and when I messaged them about it I got no response. We were there 5 nights without being able to close the bathroom door at all (it’s a pocket/sliding door that was stuck all the way open). Also, there was one hook to hang the bath towels. The other towel had to be hung up over the shower door and it never dried. Hot water in the shower was good for maybe 3 minutes. Second person to shower each day was out of luck.

Dora, the person who was supposed to make the check in and help, is not the right person for the job. she has no patience , was rude on the phone, was late for the check in and didn’t give us any tips on the city or if we could leave the bags while waiting for the check in. Also , the apartment is above a restaurant so, in the morning the smell of food is terrible.

Great location over a lovely local restaurant. The staff in the restaurant were so lovely! The room itself is bright and super clean with a gorgeous view over Komiza harbour.

The room is quite small and there are no facilities to leave your luggage on check out (very early 10am). It would be great to have a small fridge in the room.

The room was clean, bathroom new and spacious, bed very very comfy. The view from the room was beautiful.

Breakfast was not very good. The coffee was really bad, the plates didn't seem too clean. Also for a seaside place it would be helpful to have some kind of equipment in the room to hang wet clothes on.

The location and view is amazing, also the bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is modern.

The breakfast and check in process could be improved. The lady was kind but she didn't speak any english and the communication was really confusing. The coffee she served us had coffegrains inside and it tasted honestly horrible and even we were two people they only gave us a plate of really greasy eggs. The check in was not smooth, even the door of the house was open we had to wait for someone to explain us everything and I would have preferred just to have the information on my email.

Our warm welcome was wonderful from our hosts. The air conditioning was already switched on for our comfort, and the room supremely cleaned. Most special was the view from the balcony, we loved having our breakfast there.

One of the most beautifully appointed rooms I ever stayed in. We met the lady owner, and she is truly wonderful. Hearty breakfast is included, and was great. Now, there is no other place to stay in Komiza after staying in Koluna. Restaurants are at the doorstep, so everything is nearby. Spotlessly clean and neat.

Welcome lady Dora failed to give local insight information,(i.e.) such as where the closest scooter parking is, and has sent me 600 meters further (Rogaci parking), while there is a parking for scooters in front of Kino Mediteran Komiza, much closer and easier to reach when carrying luggage. The price of 120EUR per night should include at least one bottle of water per person, as the water on the island is rainwater and has an aftertaste. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which would be appreciated. Suggest to install smart locks and let guests check-in themselves, as being asked about arrival time several times was a bit frustrating. But, you forgot everything when you get out on that balcony early in the morning...

Very clean and modern room with private bathroom. The balcony has fantastic views of the harbour and it was lovely sitting eating breakfast and relaxing. The breakfast was brought to our room daily and was very nice. There were 5 choices. Everyone was very friendly and the accommodation was perfect for our 5 night stay.

The room is small but very comfortable so not a problem. The location more than makes up for this. There was nothing we didn't like

Dora of the agency was very nice in relocating us to another accomodation after Koluna. We wanted a bit more space for our baby. The room itself is beautiful and very newly decorated. It could be a bit biggwr though

It's a bit noisy at the boulevard at night. Since the room is directly above the restaurants, it's hard to get an early night's sleep would you want to..

We loved our stay. Perfect location right in the middle of komiza. Super clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Good feast too!

Could do with a blind to offer a bit more privacy and block out a bit more light rather than just the thin white curtain.
