Very comfortable stay in Bologna. The host is very kind and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast is amazing and the property is exceptionally well equipped, there is everything you need to feel at home. It is well located. We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this B&B!

It was in a great location. Roberta's place had many extra little touches that made our stay easier. I would easily stay here again. Roberta was a very personable host who met us at check-in.

Everything! This was the best accomodation I stayed in ever. The host was absolutely the best host you can ask for. The apartment is huge, really clean, it has an amazing italian style and is literally in the city center. Roberta also baked us some apple pie, which was delicious. After presenting the apartment, they provided a map with a proposed tour of the city, which we loved. All the amenities presented on Booking were available, including the iron. We even got individual washing gloves on top of 3 individual towels. I would love to go back even only for a relaxing weekend in Bologna and to enjoy the apartment. In order to enter the building and the apartment we were given access codes, therefore there was no need to divide the keys between ourselves. Extremely convenient. The breakfast was amazing. Roberta even texted me before arriving asking if we have any preferences and she provided! We had fruits, eggs and amazing italian meats, a lot of snacks and a washing machine.

The location was excellent for exploring the city. The house / apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The food left for us for breakfasts, etc was delicious and plentiful. Roberta, the host / owner, gave us a very warm welcome, with very helpful tips, suggestions and advice and was only a text message away if needed! We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay - Grazie Roberta!

Spacious apartment, perfect for a family, even had netflix. Location ideal for historic bologna area and restaurants. Breakfast was superb and they even left a bottle of wine for us.

Excellent location, 10 min by working to the falling towers. Very beautiful appartment in historical building, equipped with AC, dishwasher, stove and all other possible stuff needed to self preparing dinner. Spacious bathroom and additional restroom. Small balcony, patio and elevator is available. Many restaurants and shops are located in this area. Our stay included also exceptional breakfast. Roberta, thank you very much for your hospitality.

There can be a lot of noise from the street and neighbours (extremely loud music from neighbours woke us up at 2 am), so you have to close windows.

Due to the great location, there isn’t a parking at the property, but in a 5 minutes walking distance there is a big parking you can use.

The apartment is lovely - a mixture of beautiful and characterful furnishings, immensely spacious with a sitting room, dining room and outdoor area to use. It is clean and well-provided, and very quiet at night despite the hubbub of the streets below. Roberta provided a vast array of quality breakfast items. The location of the flat was superb: less than 10 minutes from both the station and the Piazza Maggiore, with the entirety of the old city within walking distance. There were excellent restaurants, bars and cafes within seconds of the flat. One of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in.

Really, there is nothing I can add to this section - the flat met all our expectations and then some.

Breakfast was included. Hosts has enquired about our tastes beforehand and stocked the fridge!

the location of the place is very good and central....everything was very clean.....bathroom and seperat toilett was newly done....

sorry to say ,but ,.....it is pretty noisy way beyond midnight if you want the windows open because of surrounding restaurants and coffee shop / wine bar just below and the general street noise....the flat is on the first floor ....there is also deliveries in the early morning.The balkony towards the street is not really useable , had no chairs and was not covered towards the noise of the street, looked like it was never thought to be used.The mentioned second balkony is a very small , not very attractive ,approximately 5 m2 cought patio connected to the kitchen .....furniture and feel in general is a little too old fashioned for these times....

Roberta was great! She met us at the apartment and brought a lot of food for our stay, very nice! The apartment was spacious with a full bathroom and second toilet. There are lots of restaurants close by to choose from.

It was about a 10 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. It was close to the Centrale train station but I might have preferred a bit closer to the town center. The beautiful looking rain head shower did not seem to work.

Great location to stroll into centre of town. Roberta went to a lot of effort to provide gluten free food for my son's breakfast and left information about places to eat for coeliacs. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment had high ceilings and felt very spacious.

Everything was perfect. We found the decor charming, but some may find a little dated.
