I like the most is the facility and the pool is amazing

Location near T2 DXB.

After a long night of delays in the air and on the ground at DXB we arrived half an hour late (6:00am) for our 5:30am check in hoping to get a few hours sleep. With no line and one person on the front desk it took 45 minutes to check in. The water in the shower was scalding hot. This was the second time in as many months we had this same water problem so it has something to do with the water system in the building. There were other issues with our stay (breakfast quality, request for a dental kit, airport shuttle) and we've decided after 4 stays in 2 months that the location and price are just not worth it.

Its ok, not to good, menue should be revised and should include omlets better tasty food, not much tase honestly.

Too much smell on the 1st floor Even they changed the room but the moulding smell was to much to handle.

Some areas are smelly. They dont have trolley for every guest. The surrounding areas are crowded and congested.

Le personnel au top. Des chambres propres. Un petit déjeuner agréable.

Clean. Hilton has very high standards of service provision as usual.

The restaurant was not clean enough up to standard and has very limited light fixtures it is extremely dark

The property was okay.

Around 2am I was awakened by a stranger entering my room while I was sleeping. This was beyond scary. The hotel sold my room to another guest. Completely unacceptable.

Location and transport to and from a/p was good. Able to go to room earlier if I took a room further away from facilities with less view which I accepted rather than take room overlooking pool as I had just come off a long flight. Didn’t bother changing and was able to lay down earlier as did not sleep on flight. Room and bed were good. Once a day opportunity to go to shopping centre, however not return.

Better if at least twice a day the opportunity to go to shopping centre and be picked up. Having to make own way back carrying shopping and a long walk back to hotel from station was not good, and easy to get lost or go wrong way. Definitely not a plus walking in Dubai heat with temperatures in the 40s.

Location is Good. Facility is clean and staffs are cooperative.

More Indian channels to be included along with Sports .

Took more than an our for check in. Upon arrival the rooms were still not ready (we have booked prior) Toothpaste kit werent received even after calling the reception.

El hotel es muy lindo, sus instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. La comida es muy rica, el desayuno sobretodo. Queda cerca al metro al cual puedes llegar caminando. Los taxi están afuera 24/7. El personal muy amable y atento. El precio nos pareció bastante accesible. Me gustó mucho, lo recomiendo!

Mi habitación tenía humedad, lo reportamos pero no mejoró. Sin embargo, no nos afectó tanto ya que la mayor parte del tiempo estuvimos afuera conociendo, así que por eso no pedimos cambio de habitación. Algunos días la limpieza no era 10/10, sin embargo la hacían todos los días.

Affordable price, friendly staff, clean and good swimming pool facilities. My room got upgraded without additional charges.

Area is not great. Quite a way from the main attractions.Confusion about airport shuttle. Free shuttle but only runs every two hours. Has difficulty arranging a taxi to airport

Hotel doskonale zlokalizowany. 15 minut do lotniska dojazd autobusem miejskim albo hotelowym busikiem. Polecam jako nocleg przy transferze oraz na pobyt. Wokół mnóstwo knajpek i sklepów. Cena pozytywnie mnie zaskoczyła.

The rooms are new built with good view. It has good facilities like pool and gym. There are few shops around it which makes it ideal for people who wants to shop closely. Also, there breakfast was ok, not the best but ok.
