Breakfast but not a deal breaker

The pool was advertised as opening at 9, including signs that were covered by paper on the outside and when er got to the hotel they told us it opened at 10.

The king bed was clean and very very comfortable, even the pillows. Room was very clean. Little noise at night, could sleep.

The breakfast, even coffee was horrible. Couldn't eat it. Dumped coffee out! Had eggs, sausage, home fries but not edible,

This one is a truly mixed bag. Huge room (I had the accessible room) so great space for luggage, nice to have a few kitchen items (microwave, no stove top), very close to airport

Mixed reviews on staff friendliness- the night porter was lovely but the morning staff wouldn’t even greet me back. Shuttle to the airport only ran once per hour. Breakfast was not good. Room had odd layout (might be because it was the accesible room). Too expensive for what it is

The suites always have the room accommodations we need as a large traveling family.

The beds were damp and uncomfortable and smaller than the size advertised. The complimentary breakfast was very blah. Breakfast offerings were exactly the same every day and the eggs/Canadian bacon were always cold and rubbery. The only fruit offered was questionable looking oranges.

Help from front desk to alleviate my frustration when I found out I had mistakenly reserved 2 rooms and would be charged for 2 rooms. They kindly helped me correct that situation .

Pool did not open early enough in the morning .... our airport shuttle was departing at 9:30.

the free breakfast was a full hot service. Many options and everything was delicious. The most comfortable bed and pillow, I plan on buying the pillows on Amazon.

Breakfast was good. I like the make-you-own waffles, only if it was more room, it would be great!

The noise from other people walking in the hall way and even the next room people shutting their doors somewhat bothered me when I was trying to sleep at around 10pm.

The property was amazing.It is so close to my favorite shop "Burlington"! And on the other side is like 3 -5 mins walk for more store to shop your favorite stuff at home and for yourself.

The only thing that I don't like is the swimming pool,the smell of the chlorine was so strong but aside from that everything was great.

there were carpet beetles in our room and food on the rugs. the walls also had something red/orange smeared on them.

I might having the small kitchen in the room, also the shuttle to the airport was a plus.

The continental breakfast was disappointing, the hot food was lukewarm and soon cold before I finished eating it and the toaster was broken and only toasted one side of the toast. Expected better.

Breakfast was adequate and the buffet was clean and well stocked. The OJ was very watered down which was unfortunate but sure not a deal breaker! Decent buffet but nothing too exciting. Our room was great and the bed linens were exceptionally comfortable, so much so I'd like to get some for my bed at home. Room was super well appointed with full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dining essentials, great seating area, lots of storage space (great for a long term stay) and dining area. Super convenient to the airport so we'd stay here pre/post flight when needed.

I couldn't figure out how to open the sink drain in the bathroom so it had to just drain slowly on its own. The TV was situated to be seen primarily from the seating area which made it slightly harder to use from the bed; really not too big of an issue at all.
