We loved the apartment! It was located within east walking distance of both the city centre and the beaches so we could leave the car locked inside the gate and explore Split on foot. The communication with our host was excellent. Martina had thought of everything! The apartment is tastefully decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean, with new facilities, lots of homey touches and supplies like salt, pepper, coffee, tea, oil and laundry detergent which made settling in easy. Our host met us to give us the keys and to give us information about the apartment and the area. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, letting us know that we could ask her any questions throughout our stay.

Cozy apartment exactly as described. Super nice and helpful hostess who showed us everything, she even paid the parking ticket fine on our behalf at the post office, really appreciated her doing that. The apartment is in a very nice locality , 10 minutes walk to the old town, 5 minutes to restaurants and the promenade. The beds are very comfortable , nice bathroom.

The shower area has no door so water tends to spill out.

Everything was great, from the host, to the location, to the apartment. Highly recommended!

A very nice and practical apartment. Everything is available and very nicely furnished. The location is perfect. It is 1 km to the city center and 3 minutes walk to the beach. Parking directly in front of the house. Very nice landlady. Many stores for daily needs within walking distance.

Lovely location, lovely warm host, lovely, spotless and well equiped apartament. We had a wonderful 3 nights stay. We totally recomend it.

A small minus might be the fact that one can hear the neighbours in the building, but it's a quiet neighborhood and the noise is whithin normal living limits.

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment is spacious, well equipped. Has dishwasher and washing machine. Outdoor eating space. Quiet nighbourhood with easy access to Split. Host extremely helpful. Recommend for a short or long stay.

One word is enough to describe this apartment-perfect! Exceptionally clean and fully equiped apartment. What ever you could need even for longer stay, you will find here. Host Martina is very kind and patient. I made a few complications with booking and our arrival time, but she was still really nice and caring :).

Perfect location, not too close to the busy areas but close enough and only a short walk. Owner was very lovely and very helpful. The apartment has a second outside sitting area (which isn’t pictured), perfect for evenings.

contacted host via whatsapp when flight landed, host was already there to greet us upon our arrival. Everything you need is in the house, no need to buy anything. Host is super helpful, location is fantastic, walking distance to the beach, port and city centre, will come back again for sure, 10/10.

The property was close to multiple beaches, close to city center. It was very clean and nice. The apartment is well equiped.The host was very nice, helped us with suggestions about what we should visit.

I liked everything

Martina is an amazing host! The apartment is brand new with all the best renovations for your confort. Bedroom as a window to the terrace where you can leave your clothes drying. Bathroom has a good shower and the size is very confortable. It also has a washing machine. Living room with kitchenet also good in size. Front door direct to dining table outside and to the car park. The location is right in the heart of Split next to the main beaches, bars and restaurants.

Nothing. All was very nice and I strongly recommend Martina's apartment for a holiday in Split. It has all the commodities and it's for a very reasonable price. You will have a great time if you stay In!

Martina was an amazing host! We could always contact her for anything and even when a small inconvenience happened, she took care of it very quickly! The location is perfect! The appartement is exactly like it's portrayed on the pictures.

Very noisy neighbors during the night. In 2020 there were two construction sites near the apartment and it was noisy and dirty. There isn't pavement on the street on which is the front door. Traffic goes very fast and it is dangerous.
