Nice place and lay out. Very roomy and huge deck.

Bathroom showers were slow to drain and handle in master bath is loose and hard to adjust. Distance to beach is misrepresented in description.

There were several issues (listed below) that we took exception to based on the rental price of this property. • When we arrived, we could not get the TV in the main living area to work. Turns out the batteries in the remote had to be replaced. Luckily there were extra batteries. This happened again and we had to request additional batteries from Vacasa which they delivered quickly. • We unlocked the sliding glass door to the screened in porch and then could not get the dor to lock when we closed it. We reported it to Vacasa and it was fixed later that day. • Screen on porch to the outside has hole which would let bugs in; while it was not an issue for us during our week, it could be for someone else • Propane tank for the gas grill was empty when we arrived; reported it and it was replaced by the next day. There are several things that we felt were lacking given the price of the rental: 1 - the silverware was sufficient for even 2 meals for 4 people without having to wash them before the next meal. 2 - the cookware was very old and we felt like we had to wash everything before we used it for our food. 3 - in general, the kitchen was especially the sink/faucet was very old and quite unappealing to use. 4 - the were very thin window coverings in the main living area on the sliders and the front windows which did not allow for much privacy. Bottom line is that we would not rental this property again.

The porch was awesome. Deer walking around everywhere was amazing. Great beach access. Plenty of cooking equipment. Very relaxing. Freshfields was great.

Moldy air vents, food all over kitchen walls near trash can, paint in tub peeling, flood lights outside didn’t work, one set of key didn’t work and the other set really was hard. Had to really work the key to get door open.

Our stay was very enjoyable with easy check-in and out after hours. The walk to the pool and beach access was short and painless! The home was well stocked with most things you'd need on a getaway, and we were grateful for the goodie bag of essentials provided by management!

The carpet was not in great shape, but I believe this place accepted pets, so I guess we should have expected this.
