wifi was absolutely terrible, tried to do work on line, impossible. room either hot or cold. moved couch out to find some disgusting garbage that had been there a very long time

we arrived and desk clerk claimed she could not find our booking.com reservation. showed her email and confirmation # from my phone. She said she had no record of it. did not even offer to rebook us. we left and had to find another hotel

they could of rebooked us another room...they were not full...she told us to take it up with booking.com and we left

very clean. great breakfast in the morning. staff was exceptionally friendly.

The location was great and easy to find. The restaurants right next door had excellent food. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The shampoo & soaps were a very nice touch. We found the whole place to be clean.

I booked online, but when I got to the hotel and asked for room pricing, it was $75.00 cheaper than what I booked. So that was really upsetting. Especially since they would not take $150.00 off for the two nights. It just proves that booking ahead of time doesn't always help.
