We were adequately informed on the size of the location.
It is small. It has been lived in.
For us, that just gave it some more character!
If you’re looking for a unique spot to catch some rest this could be your location.
We had a blast!
The amenities at the site and the location to VB was amazing!

Our stay was okay, camper was cozy. Campground is great. When we arrived, they had no idea who we were, the hosts had not put us on the books. Some confusion there, not sure what happened 🤔

We enjoyed the quaint relaxing vibes. And had fun in the campground. The shuttle is so convenient. But most of all a snug camper to be close to my new wife. We Will be coming back to visit.

Nicely located in the campground; clean; a step back in time, neat Scotty, had a great time!

Do you fantasize about staying in your bedroom closet? Do you like wet mattresses? If so, this is the place for you! The camper is MUCH smaller than it looks in the pictures - literally just enough room to stand still and turn around. On top of that, you’re greeted with wet, mildewed mattresses and kitchen seats. Fun, right?! When you pull up to the park and tell them you’re staying at the Scotty, they all laugh - not kidding. And the cherry on top is the owner - expect no courtesy or politeness here. Do yourself a favor and rent a hotel room. That’s what we had to do. Thanks, Natasha!

This little gateway is a perfect camper for 2! It was SO cute and had everything we needed and bathrooms/showers are very close to the camp site. From the storm going thur we didn't have power the first night and half of the following day but the RV site was very helpful and updated about the power. Overall a 10 out of 10.

We originally booked a camper but it was mistakenly double booked, we thought we were going to have to turn around and drive all the way back home BUT the manager was able to put us in the very last cottage available which by the Grace Of God turned out to be a HUGE UPGRADE! The.cottage was roomy and beautifully done!!!! A very good anniversary trip for sure!!!!!

It's tiny as advertised, but certainly not cozy. The bed is not a bed, and should not be considered as such. The padding used as a bed is comparable to dry rotted patio furniture. The camper smelled like rot. I believe it was most likely black mold since towards the end of my stay my partner and I both developed coughs. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here, but if absolutely necessary,no more than one individual should attempt this. The bathhouses we're disgusting and not cleaned the length of the stay, nor are they air conditioned. So the bacteria is definitely running rampant. The pools were absolutely overcrowded at all times. Being struck by a golf cart is a definite possibility because no one on the grounds respects pedestrians or other vehicles. I was charged 99 a night for something that definitely was not worth that price. For a few extra dollars you can rent a room. Beware. This experience is an example of how other people will take advantage of you and rob you blind. This owner certainly should feel ashamed for renting such deplorable conditions.

This camper is on a pretty cool camp ground, there’s a lot of other campers but everyone is super nice and respectful. Multiple bathrooms, a hit or miss. The beach is a 5 minute drive from the camp grounds and also comes with free parking lot at the beach that the camp ground owns. Cool restaurants and bars on beach. Amazing for a get away of 2. You also can rent golf carts per day and ride them around the camp grounds. Overall I enjoyed my time here. Might be back soon! :)

Very small had to use table set down to a bed because the only bed is 42”wide for two people. So you sleep in camper live out of your car there’s no where to put anything. Fun one time experience ONLY!

My friend is 5’10” and she was on the verge of being too tall for the bed. It was pretty cramped. The comforter was also too small for two people so we had to go and buy another blanket. Ants also started showing up through the cracks in the window sills in the camper. They were in the bed and all over the table. They also got into our food which was no where near the windows. I recommend getting that fixed.

"Scotty" served my 2 grown daughters & my beach mini-vaca so delightfully! All we needed was inside, campground location/amenities were excellent, parking/closeness to beach was so near & Natasha was very accommodating. Can't wait to visit again:)

We gasped when we first saw Scotty. So tiny. O but the charm of it all gave way to a personally favorite getaway.
It was perfect for the rest and refreshment our souls needed.
We loved the campground and the people we met. We highly recommend for folks under 5’10”!

The place itself is pretty adorable and we really wanted it to work. However, when you walk in you are immediately hit with an overwhelming smell of mold. Except for a small roof opening, the windows don't open so there is no way to vent out the place. The A/C unit was completely covered in black mold. The windows and pillow also contained mold. I felt ill after staying there one night and so could not stay for the remaining 2 nights of my scheduled trip. Though the owners did offer to clean the visible mold, mold is very difficult to clean. If there is already that much on the surfaces, there is almost definitely a lot that is not visible elsewhere in the camper that would require a more serious extensive cleaning than could be accomplished in a few hours while we wait. I explained this to the owners and asked for my money back instead. I was then treated very poorly by the owners, who acknowledged the mold but refused any refund. They called me rude for cancelling my trip due to health concerns as it would be hard for them to find someone else to rent at such short notice (even though I had only rented it the previous day). They also blamed my health concerns and said "what did you expect staying in a 60 year old camper." So if this is what you expect staying in a 60 year old camper, go for it. However, I do not recommend this place due to a genuine health risk and the owner's behavior.

We had a great time but will next time get a bigger camper. My husband is 6’2” and was cramped but overall loved the campground, definitely family oriented!

I had the best time staying in The Scotty Camper this weekend. The camper itself was cozy and comfortable and I loved the vintage touches to the decor. The travel park it sits in is well run and everyone there is super friendly. And it’s hard to beat an under 10 minute drive to the beach plus pools onsite.
I also have to thank my host who helped me deal with a bank glitch on my end when I first tried to book. She was responsive and helpful in getting everything resolved.
I hope to visit again!

The camper was as described. Absolutely adorable. It was perfect for me and my daughter for a long weekend. It was clean with fresh sheets provided. Do take note that its position in the campground is right on a corner so there is a lot of traffic. The other campers were very pleasant though. The only real annoyance were the teens driving past constantly in their parents golf carts with their music blaring...very small annoyance. The weekend was perfect. Highly recommend this to anyone interested if you're small in stature and not looking to stretch out indoors. We would definitely visit again:)

There were ants there upon arrival...tried dealing with it but being woke up with ants on your face and all in your hair is not ideal. Ended up leaving a day early.

This little camper is adorable. It was decorated so cute. My husband and I are small people..under 5'6". Would not have been comfortable for anyone taller. We would have enjoyed our stay more had it not rained both days....but the camper was perfect for us...we hope to be back sooner than later.
