Location and availability. Was able to book on phone immediately and the location was very accessible to all amenities. Host respond immediately and ready to help for all inquiry and needs. Great experience for family while traveling in Tagaytay!!!

It was resolved immediately so I guess I wouldn't mine it. Since host is very helpful and able to resolve the issue still a great experience and will still recommend the place and location for everyone staying for vacation in Tagaytay!!!

Location. Downstairs you’d find coffee shops and even 7-11; very convenient. They have kitchenette that worked fine - fridge, stove, kettle. The owner/caretaker were very responsive to queries.

We paid for 2nights, 3 days and the pool was under maintenance for 2 days. We were offered late checkout but didn’t help much as we had to leave the soonest since the kids have school next day. The booking mentioned having towels which were worn out/old. The cabinet was filled with many beddings/bedsheets (which is good) but looked so messy, could have kept a lot more neater. It could get so noisy. You can hear every footstep outside the door specially when there are kids running along the hallway. Bathroom is very small. The “sofa bed” is no longer in best condition. The left side stitchings was very close to getting broken pretty soon. It was quite far from my expectation overall. After I checked in, I checked Booking.com and found other rooms for rent within the building which is cheaper.

I like the room, complete with kitchenwares, big and soft beds

Weak bidet. Rude security guard.
