Front desk told us the neighbors are smokers and so if that would bother you, I’d probably pick another room. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay

OMG, the neighbor (who is a full time resident) smoked cigerettes and filled the condo with cigerette oder! This is a known issue with this condo. We had to leave front door open and sliding glass door open to air out the place the whole time we where there. And note it was -13 degrees out. Security even brought up some industrial odor eliminator which was a total failure.. (Please thank security for their attempt). Security also advised that this has been a issue with everyone that stayed in the condo. The owner of the condo attempted to to curb the oder with a electric Odor Eliminators mounted on the wall.. IT DID NOT WORK.. Clothes will have to be dry cleaned when you leave.. Please note, this is not the owners fault, it is a no smoking condo..Very limted suppies in Kitchen, bring trash bags and paper towels. Tubs had hair in them. Pots useless. Most of these placed are the same, I had my own.. Note you CAN NOT PARK at the condo, off site parking and a shuttle takes you back and forth .

A call was made upon entering the room and now one responded until after late the second day.

No pizza cutter and not even a spatula...there is now! Only one regular teaspoon in the silverware tray which makes it hard on grandchildren who want cereal for breakfast. No bowls with lids to put leftover goodies in the fridge for later. So enjoy the view, enjoy the facilities but make sure you pack your kitchen from home.
