Amazing location for all the Disney World parks.
Beautiful home (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms), very clean, and great private pool and spa. There were 7 of us and did not feel crowded at all. We would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to the Orlando area.

Beautiful house with great facilities. The property had been redecorated between booking and our stay. Communication with the owner was effortless and Arnar even assisted with a late checkout. Would highly recommend this property.

Our family had an enjoyable time on an extended stay at this property. Arnar was very responsive and helpful and the recently renovated villa was better than the photos. We will definitely stay here again.

House was beautifully decorated, new furniture, comfortable beds, loved the little touches like the decorative lighting up the stairs and the outdoor kitchen was great. The owners obviously take pride in their lovely house. The pool was the cleanest we have ever seen in all our years of renting villas. We had a great stay and hope to visit again sometime. Would definitely recommend.

This house will not disappoint! Great layout with tons of space. The outdoor BBQ area and pool were fantastic. The location is only 15 minutes from AK and MK. We will definitely book here again.

We had a great time! The house was just as pictured, clean, and nice. The neighborhood is in wonderful proximity to everything you could need. Owner was attentive and responsive. We had no problems at all!

My family and I loved this house and location. We all really enjoyed the pool and outdoor living space. My girls loved the castle park down the road. Disney was about a 15 min drive. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

We stayed here last year and we loved the place so we came back again this year. It did not disappoint. It was perfect for our family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice decor and well kept. The beds were comfortable. We spent a lot of time out by the pool and hot tub. It was great to have a washer and dryer. There are walking paths and sidewalks in the neighborhood. Great stay!

Very much enjoyed out stay at this home. Everything was exactly as described. Hot tub and pool were top notch and the heating worked well. Only about 15 minutes to the Disney World Parks.

Our family of six stayed in this vacation property. The pool/bbq area is the best! Arnar was great in answering questions and accommodating some changes we made. Truly a nice home to stay at when visiting the Orlando area.

We had 3 adult couples and 3 kids. House isn’t anything exotic or fancy but we chose because of 3 king bedrooms and each had their own bathroom. Kids stayed in the 2 double twin rooms. It was clean, plenty of room in the common areas, though we mostly sat outside by the pool while we were there. The bar/grill/tv outdoor area is awesome! Very close to Disney parks 10-15 minutes, and the main clubhouse pool and water park area were great for chill days at the house in between Disney days. The only negative is they (Windsor Hills) appear strict on not blocking sidewalks with threats to tow, and 3 vehicles do not fit in the driveway. There is overflow parking blocks away OR park sideways in the boulevard area to make it work. Arnar was quick to respond to our few questions/concerns. Would recommend, we all had a great time!

We had the most fantastic time staying in this Villa. It exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed and more. The pool was gorgeous and the close proximity to the parks was amazing. There were a few minor things that in no way impacted our stay (a few of the blinds were broken, the carpet in the twin upstairs bedroom was a little dirty and the door handle on the pool door came off on our last day) but we didn’t feel the need to complain as it was so minor. The only issue we did have was extremely noisy neighbours! There were parties going on until 3am, shouting and loud music - I thought there was a noise curfew but this wasn’t brought into effect sadly which meant we didn’t get much sleep. But this has nothing to do with the owners or the property. I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay here again.

Very nice house
Should supply laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and more then one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a week and cleaning supplies. Garage was way to hot to use the game room and heat carried over into the back bedroom.

Great stay
We enjoyed the house but here is a few bad things. Door handle to pool was loose and broke off on my 1 year old. There was no instructions in the home for cleaning. I did the normal that you would do and I hope it was right. The guards at the front are rude! If you don’t own a house you can’t exit through just any gate. You have to use the welcome center exit. We drove around for a few minutes before finding our way out. They don’t leave but a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom so I recommend bringing some. Some good things, the beds are comfy, the pool is warm, the grill is amazing, the location for Disney is awesome, the community is beautiful and the water park is cool for the kids. We didn’t have time to enjoy it but for around 2 hrs but it was nice. You can drink (beer) at the pool. I seen some even in the water drinking it. It really was a great stay and we enjoyed the house. I do recommend putting a picture frame in the wall with the 20 others that are hanging around the house that states the clean up list. That should be displayed as we don’t know what to do if not posted. Thank you for letting us enjoy the house! It’s beautiful! Oh the owner is such a nice person! I recommend this house to everyone!

Great Vacation Rental for Multiple Families
The property was perfect for a multiple-family vacation. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was ideal. The layout was great with multiple hang-out spots, perfect for being together but also great for when you needed some space. The location is close to the parks, but traffic is horrendous in certain areas, so be prepared for that. Super close to the grocery store, liquor store, and gas stations. The community pool and splash area were also great to have access to.

Fabulous Vacation Home
My family and I had a wonderful stay in Arnar’s home. Everything from making the reservation to leaving was done so professionally and efficiently. House was clean, organized and all essentials provided. The kitchen has everything you need. The outside grill helped us feel like home. The beds are all comfortable with adequate closet and drawer space. Three king size beds fit our needs perfectly as did the two twin bed rooms. Not that we were in bed long with the wonderful pool and patio outside! Everyone truly enjoyed the pool!!Thank you for providing a wonderful modern, clean and relaxing vacation rental home.

Excellent home away from home
We absolutely would stay here again! The accommodations were everything stated and more! The house is spacious with plenty of room for everyone.The beds were comfortable, good quality sheets and plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The pool/hot tub and BBQ area were also well maintained and we were a welcome sight each night after a long day at the park. The proximity of the home to the Disney parks was around 15 minutes depending on the traffic, 30 minutes to Universal Studios. Walmart right around the corner for all your needs including gas. We absolutely loved this home and will consider renting again in the future. One recommendation, consider including a scale some where in the home for those that are flying so they can weigh their bags before getting to the airport.

Family Thanksgiving Florida trip
This was an excellent home to stay for our family of ten. Grandparents plus to families of four. Four kids ages 6,7,8,9. The pool was heated as promised and enjoyed by all throughout the day. The outdoor kitchen space was our hangout area. However, the house had plenty of room for everyone to have space and enjoy their vacation. The home is actually nicer than the listing photos. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, well laid out home in a great location! It will be hard to top this home. Thank you!

Great house close to Disney!
We loved our stay! The house met all our needs and was only about a 15-20 minute drive to the parks. The owner was great to work with and we would definitely keep this house in mind for our next visit to Florida.
The only negative is that we would’ve liked the “heated” pool water to be a little warmer. We could only use the hot tub, as the pool water was too cold.
Also, it would’ve been nice to have a Keurig machine in the kitchen. Only one person drank coffee and they had to use the regular coffee machine each day for only one cup.

Excellent Location
The unit was comfortable, clean and very convenient. The back patio with outdoor kitchen and pool was exactly what we wanted for our family gathering. Before the trip the property manager communicated well EXCEPT for being out of step issuing us 4 parking passes ( which we indeed needed and received). Windsor Hill DID NOT HONOR the 4th pass leaving one of our guests stranded> I went in to speak to management who was cold and just kept repeating that the property manager should have contacted them for an 'exception to policy' prior to issuing the parking permits. The lady in the office was of no help and showed no concern. ( we took all the property steps, received printed parking passes with the 4 driver's names printed. How were we to know what the property manager was supposed to do on their end??)
This caused much inconvenience and would not want another family to have this issue.

Great week for our family
This was very nice home, located close to Disney world, Universal studios and the Airport. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. It had three king beds which is a big plus. The only complaint that I have is for a weeks stay with eight people there were only two trash bags and two tablets for the dishwasher. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great home!
Great place. Great owners. Great community. Seriously...10-12 minutes to Disney....30 minutes to Universal. Great pool, hot tub...huge HDTV in pool area. The outside kitchen was awesome.
Seriously would recommend it this home to others. Book early as it looks like it fills up quickly.

Supplies needed
We enjoyed our stay, but felt the property was short of basic supplies like trash bags, dish washer soap, dish soap, travel size toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner). The a/c vent was dirty.

Great home and resort
We stayed here in a August and really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We fully enjoyed the amenities of the resort (pool, water slides, snack shop). The location was great as well. Close to the Disney Parks, and restaurants. Fun was had by all!

My family and I had reserved a different property in the same neighborhood that was a nightmare, to the point, we did not stay and researched this property and booked with Arnar. As soon as we booked, he was very responsive, even called me to ensure we were good to check-in, since we had to book at the last minute.The property was clean and well appointed. The location is fantastic for all the Disney parks, groceries, etc. Don't do the local Walmart. it's like trying to shop in a third world country. There is a Target and Publix grocery store close by that I would recommend. The check-in process at the front gate can take a bit of time depending on the day and time you arrive. The security at the front gate did a great job of moving us through. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again. Thanks, Arnar for saving our family vacation!

Vacation 2021
Nice clean house. Beautiful pool area. We really enjoyed our time here. The only thing was no propane left for the grill because the people before us didn’t care to fill it; no refrigerator at the pool area- not working; and the lock on the sliding door does not work right and wouldn’t close correctly. Just those couple things that should be fixed right. Beautiful home and very clean.
