Right smack on the water, lots of deck space, fireplace, private dock, great kitchen and barbeque spot, absolutely beautiful!

My husband and I, plus our 13 year old son, along with our friends (older couple) stayed here, visiting lake Chelan for the first time. We brought our 14' fishing boat and rented a fast boat for water sports.
We were able to keep both boats at the property (although we paid for inexpensive storage of our trailer in town) and it worked out perfectly. Plenty of space in the house with the most amazing view.
Just some things to note for others in regards to sleeping arrangements: the upper floor has the king bedroom with the nearby bathroom (not en suite), and the bathroom for the lower level is attached to the bedroom with the bunk beds. So the occupants of the Queen bedroom need to either go through the room with the bunk beds during the night, or go up stairs to use that bathroom. Just a slight logistical awkwardness if the people in the Queen bed are not related to those in the bunks. It was fine for us, but I could see how that arrangement might not be ideal for others, especially if you have kiddos that you don't want to wake up in the middle of the night.
Our vacation was perfection and would happily stay here again. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen and on the grill and the kitchen had plenty of the desired appliances and tools.

Loved this spot on the lake. The bonus was the stairs with railing for getting into and out of the water with ease. The temp was in the triple digits, but this house had a perfect outdoor sitting area that stayed cool most of the day. Overall a great stay.

The house was lovely and well appointed with everything we needed! We really liked the afternoon shade for sitting outside and the boat lift was a treat! Boat trailer parking close by at Pat and Mikes and close to town and wineries. Perfect vacation home for friends and family and owner communication was fantastic!

Excellent home in an unbeatable location. Management was very responsive and accommodating. The pet-friendly option in such a nice place is a rare find and was so helpful for our family.

Unbeatable quality, location, privacy, amenities, condition, and views. Our first trip to Chelan for these southern Californians and we will be back every year and will book this house. We rented watercraft at a local marina in the mornings and spent our afternoons and evenings on the dock, swimming and fishing, or wine tasting. We came with teen boys and elementary school aged girls and there is something for everyone here. Corn hole, inflatables, pump, yard jenga, private seating areas, amazing decking, jaw-dropping views, “chalkboard wall” and the all important grill. Nothing negative at all, just be aware that the downstairs bunk room has the only downstairs bathroom and the downstairs queen bedroom has no direct access to it. We didn’t mind and made it work. Just fyi for planning purposes when assigning rooms to your family/friends.

Stayed her for a bachelorette party! It was an ideal location, 10-15 minutes from downtown Chelan and plenty of wineries nearby. There are tons of beds and has a great variety of pillows for whatever you prefer. The dock was amazing and watching the boats and going swimming was a blast. The hosts were amazing and very responsive.
My only negative was not related to the house itself but the neighbors. A neighbor down the little block completely blocked the road and won’t let us pass, so we had to go from the other side the whole trip. This involves making a very sharp turn on a busy roadway if you’re coming from Chelan.
Other than that one detail, the stay was sooo enjoyable and I will definitely be returning.

We came there to see Leavenworth and the family wanted to stay at the house and enjoy the view. They really thought of everything. We forgot syrup for the waffles and they had syrup. We brought extra pillows but they had loads of them. Everything worked, looked amazing, smelled clean and it felt like home. We would love to make this a Christmas family tradition. Thank you so much.

Off season was a treat. My first time not in the summer. View of the lake with a dusting of snow on the hills. Walks, shopping, wine tasting, and restaurants are all the same as the summer BUT NO CROWDS NOR TRAFFIC NOR SMOKEY HAZE BUT WITH LOWER HOUSE RATES. 🙏

This was such a wonderful getaway for my husband and I. We’ve been to Chelan many times but never stayed directly at a lakefront property. This place is exactly as described in listing- beautiful property, everything was very clean and all our needs were met. Communication with the host was seamless, there were absolutely no concerns- we would gladly stay again in a heartbeat!

We love this property. Well managed. Home was very clean on the inside. The outside is fine but could use a little more attention from a housekeeping perspective (but not a real issue for us.) Guests cannot use the propane fire table in the downstairs patio area. The lock on the dumpster was really tricky for us...but Alice was able to send someone out to help us quickly! All in all, this is a beautiful home: comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and love the separation of spaces. For us, it's all about the outdoor areas and this place is great! A deck, a covered patio, some grass for the doggo and the dock! And the view from the windows....to die. Anyways...love it and Chelan!

Lovely stylish and updated Lakeside home right on the water with private dock. It was really great to see the lake from pretty much any place facing the welcoming lake with floor to ceiling to floor windows and sliding glass doors.
High end appliances and comfortable bed and pillows
With plenty of extra bedding. Bathrooms were roomy with extra large shower (great for my 6”4 partner) and double sinks. Lots of local water sports and parasailing rentals (which we advantage of, with a 1 day advance reservation). Wineries and a great ice cream shop (The ice cream parlor at the landing) downtown Chelan. Lunch at a great Mexican restaurant (Marcela’s Cocina Mexicana) and our anniversary dinner at the local famous Campbell’s.
The hosts were so kind and accommodating with quick responses. We hope to stay there again the future, what a fantastic anniversary weekend. We really needed that!!!

All around fantastic rental
Our vacation included 2 couples and a small pup and it was perfect for us, but it would also work for 2 small families with kids who want to bunk together and take advantage of the many outdoor hangout areas. We loved the tucked away, upper outdoor gathering area for morning coffee; the upper deck off the kitchen for dinners; and the lower outdoor gathering spot with the propane fire table and string lights for evening wine and cocktails. The interior was beautiful, comfortable and clean - everything looked brand new. The decor matched the vacation home vibe we were hoping for. Don't hesitate to book; this house is a gem.

Wonderful location on the lake!
Such a beautiful home to spend time with family or friends on the lake! The steps with access into the water made it very convenient to get into the lake without stepping on the rocks and the home was stocked with all the kitchen essentials you could possibly need and outdoor seating options were great! We will be back!!

Cute lakefront house good for small family
Overall, my family enjoyed our stay at this property. The house itself was a bit smaller than I was hoping for but had lots of comfortable outdoor space and beautiful views. The house is best suited for two small families or one larger family. The layout was chalenging with a toddler because the largest bathroom is only accessible by walking through a room with bunk beds. Made it a bit challenging for my family to navigate because we had six adults and 1 child. Overall, really cute house that is well located.

Mother’s Day Get-away
We had an amazing time at the lake house! The views were absolutely stunning, and the house was beautiful and very clean. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful! We would absolutely stay here again. In fact we looked to come back again this summer and they were already booked! So if you are considering the lake house and your dates are available just go ahead and book it….you won’t regret it!

Family Birthday
We were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday with our family and a few of her friends. This house was amazing! Big windows to the lake as you walk in. Beautifully decorated with great furniture and finishes in bathrooms and kitchen. We loved that the kids were all downstairs with bedrooms. tv room, and outside sitting area and we had our own space upstairs with another sitting area on the deck. Check in was simple, communication with Alice was easy and she responded quickly and kindly to a quick question.
We brought our boat and the lift and dock worked great! It was also nice to be close to town- but you are not too close where the lake traffic was super busy. Had great water for waterskiing. We all wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thanks!

Fabulous lake house
The view from this house is amazing and the house is perfect! The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in with a group helping! There are many wonderful places to sit outside and enjoy the lake in sun or shade at any time of the day. The host, Alice, was very helpful with any questions I had. We had a great, relaxing time at the lake and barely left the property because it was perfect!

Summer Bliss
Hot days, cool clear water, friends, family and lake fun, it doesn’t get much better than that! The house is lovely, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The host is very communicative and welcoming. We stayed for a few days to celebrate my husband‘s birthday during the recent heat wave. The house stayed cool during the hot days and the lake was so refreshing and soothing as the thermometer soared to triple digits. We cooked in every night in the well-stocked kitchen and ate dinners on the deck taking in the sublime lake views. The house is perfectly situated for relaxing and playing. We even met the neighbors who were very kind and friendly. Thank you for sharing you’re little slice of heaven with us!

Clean, beautiful getaway
This property was perfect for two couples and two children. Just as pictured and described. We barely left the house the entire time we were there, because we had no reason to! Having the lake right in the back was just the best, and we hope to be back next year!

A Piece of Paradise
We loved the house and property. The decor was beautiful, beds and linens comfy, kitchen well-stocked, and it was a delight to find the hosts had thought ahead to make sure propane was ready for grill and fire table. Loved how inviting and welcoming the house and owners were. We'll be back!

Lovely Home
We had a similar experience as the other reviews offered. Lovely updated home, very clean. Several seating areas inside and outside give you opportunity for lots of group time or getting away on your own. When the lake is up the dock is a plus, but even just sitting and having coffee on the dock in the morning helped get the day started right. Only two super minor inconveniences. There's no space to unpack anything. We lived out of our suitcases for 4 days because there was no shelf or dresser space in the master bedroom, and only the downstairs bedroom had a suitcase stand so our were on the floor. There is also no pantry in the kitchen for food storage. We cooked all our meals, but the only place to unload our groceries (other than the fridge) was on the countertops. Would have liked to have a box of kleenex in the bathroom, too. Again, these are minor concerns. Nothing that would change a fun vacation in a lovely home. Grateful for begin pet friendly.

We all had an awesome stay in this beautiful house!!
We enjoyed this clean, modern, open layout, kitchen, BBQ grill, view & comfortable beds! Although, the lake was low at this time of the year. You couldn’t swim off the dock. But it was fun to use our paddle boards down the little beach below dock. Definitely will be back!

Amazing Spring Break
Things were clean and great shape. It was nice that there was only one tv, and none in the bedrooms. We had lots of family time which was the goal. We had so much fun and the house is a adorable and in a good area where we felt safe. The kitchen set up was super organized and tidy so we could cook easily and the pans are amazing! SO much fun cooking in that adorable kitchen.
Only 2 things I would note:
The listing reads dock and fishing available. But the water was so low and that is typical for this time of year but should have been explained or mentioned, as we brought our fishing gear and it was so shallow, so the fishing off the dock is not really accurate year-round, which we were really excited about. We still practiced using our poles, but it wasn't the same.
The second thing is the washer does not work properly. The liquid detergent sits there and doesn't get used so our clothes weren't properly washed and I worry the towels provided aren't either. There is no way that the washer is sanitizing clothes - it's Maytag and didn't look that old but the dryer works fine. I would have brought more clothes if I knew ahead of time.
Otherwise, this is a great place, and we'd still come back! Like I said these were enough to stop us from a visit but would have been useful to know ahead of time.
