La chambre était vraiment bien et la situation de l'hôtel par rapport à l'Atelier où nous allions voir un concert

La difficulté de comprendre la dame à l'accueil, le bruit dans la rue nous a fait peur au début mais finalement en fermant la fenêtre nous n'entendions presque rien

La localisation en face de la gare et du tram Les transports en commun gratuits dans tout le pays L'amabilité et l'accueil du personnel (très chaleureux, une carte de la ville ainsi qu'une carte postale en cadeau, de bons conseils pour la visite de la ville) Le service de bagagerie avec possibilité de boire un café et d'aller aux toilettes lorsqu'on vient récupérer ses bagages La taille de la chambre et ses équipements (grande douche, sèche-cheveux, coffre fort, mini frigo, bouilloire, possibilité de boire du café gratuitement et de réchauffer un plat au micro ondes en descendant au -1, chaussons) La sécurisation de l'hôtel, de l'ascenseur et des chambres Superbe séjour, l'établissement ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur mais il ne faut vraiment pas se fier aux apparences, merci

Rien tout était parfait

The room itself was very nice. It was really clean and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel was located really close to the station which was nice if we wanted to travel somewhere.

The street in which the hotel was located was not that nice, although it was close to the station. There were a lot of drug addicts near the hotel which made it sometimes a little bit uncomfortable and unsafe.

Su ubicación estaba bien solo se encontraba en una calle un poco turbia sobre todo en horas de la noche ñ. Mucha gente en la calle pidiendo dinero y personas pasadas de copas,

Es war direkt über bzw. neben einer Diskothek. Es war sehr sehr laut. Wir haben den Zigaretten Rauch von vor der Straße im Zimmer gerochen, obwohl die Fenster zu waren. Also Fenster sind undicht und man kann nicht zur Ruhe kommen, da es extrem laut ist. Nachts schlafen war leider deswegen auch schwer.

La chambre était propre et joliment décorée. La salle de bain est spacieuse et bien équipée. Le lit est relativement confortable. et si les deux boîtes de nuit au pied de l'hôtel font peur, on ne les a pas entendues de tout notre séjour!

Le quartier semble assez mal fréquenté, certains locaux nous ont recommandé de ne pas trop y traîner la nuit.

The property is just fine, the room and the bed very comfy. Nothing wrong to report.

However close to the train station, which may be very convenient depending on the reason of the trip, the alley where the hotel is located is full of really awkward looking people. Just next to the hotel is a night club, there are prostitutes and addicted. One morning, round the corner, I saw three people vaccinating themselves. Really really awkward and scary especially when dark.

O hotel é bom, porem a localização é péssima. Em uma rua com muitos usuários de drogas e altamente barulhenta, seja dia ou de noite.

The hotel was well located to the train station and eateries.

Very comfortable bed. Large room. Quiet. Mini frig in room. 2 quick blocks from the train station and tram 1 stop. There is a mini grocery store close by.

As a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel comfortable on this street at night. There are two strip clubs close by and lots of young men hanging out. During the day I felt safe. Hotel security is good and a room card is needed to access the elevator.

It was clean. Nice door staff.

Very loud street. So ask if you can get a room not to the street side. Loud music till late.

Odlična lokacija. Iz letališča do hotela je brezplačen avtobus številka 29. Od postaje do Hotela le minutko. Odlična lokacija (mesto - tramvaj), skok v Belgijo in Francijo (postaja 2 minuti stran). Prijazno osebje, čiste, urejene sobe, čistoča 10, vsak dan vse urejeno, zajtrk pa absolutno MORATE REZERVIRATI, top, top, top. Se vrneva kmalu. Hvala.

Perfect location with easy access to public transportation. Great restaurants available in the neighborhood. Would return to this hotel, whenever I am in Luxembourg. Clean, comfortable room, nice bathroom, extras. like water and slippers, AC worked great! I wish I could've stayed longer!😉👌

Sketchy neighbourhood

The bedroom and the bathroom were big. Both were very clean. Everything worked well. There were coffee, tea and water for free. The staff was kind and helped us with some information of the city. Perfect place to stay comfortable in Luxembourg since it is near Central Station.

It would have been nice to have a breakfast

The bathroom was good, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a fridge and a kettle in the room. Everything was close.

The street itself has some bars which created a lot of noise till quite late in the evening/night. No breakfast is available at the hotel itself, they offer an opportunity for breakfast in a cafe nearby.

I liked the amenities and the size of the room. Staff is nice. Neat hotel

I was supposed to receive a larger bed and tv. Also the air conditioner did not work fully. There was a lot of noise as loud music is played on the weekends. The location is bot the best.

Room was very spacious and well organised. Very central location near the main station. Handy supermarket nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Not hotel's fault but beware of Bar Barbarella which is close by. Seemed really friendly but charged 15 euros for an Aperol Spritz which is almost twice the price of most other bars. Also short changed us.

The staff was very helpful. The room was modern, great mattress and pillows. nice amenities, free kettle, coffee, tea, mini bar. a microwave oven in the common area.

The booking advertises an 11:30 check out but it was 11:00. No problems/pressure though. But it is 11:00 check out
