The central location. Excellent for Victoria Park and the town centre
The 2nd floor apartment we were moved to was at the front of the building, which was noisier from street noise. The garden apartments would have been quieter.

Good location
Bathroom smelt like a drain, which spread across the whole apartment. wasn’t overly clean - kitchen sink was dirty. Most of the photos on the site are obviously of the other apartments in the building. Needs a good clean and a general makeover.

The flat has absolutely everything you need, and I mean EVERYTHING was thought of, down to an automatic espresso machine that foams milk and the fridge was stocked with milk, and bottled water. What really stood out was the service the owner brought me a phone charger when I realised I forgot one and when he saw I had limited mobility asked me to tell him when I was checking out so that he could send someone to help me with my bags. Literally service beyond a 5 star hotel anywhere and in a great location for all Leamington has to offer whilst being walkable to Warwick as well. (Well.not for me maybe, but, most. 🙂) Absolutely recommend to anyone ! Great place great service! I'll be back!
There are many many stairs.. it's not a fault of the apartment but I didn't read the fine print and booked the loft. So the stairs were tricky for me but again. It was clearly stated all I had to do was read it.😅 And I found myself rolling off the bed a bit if you weren't in the center so it may not be ideal for a couple to sleep on.

Location was great. It was very near to the shops and restaurants in Leamington Spa. The host was very friendly and the meet / key collection was smooth.
The bathroom in the apartment had an awful damp smell and the shower tray was blocked and didn’t drain.

Apartment was lovely and clean and decorated,but certain high use areas would benefit from a coat of paint. Loft apartment has very steep stairs.

Alain (The Host) is so kind and helpful. He made a quick tour in apartment. There was a good internet connection and TV.It was likely living in our house .

Location was great, being so close to amazing shops and bars. Found a wonderful cafe for breakfast. The owner met us to hand over keys and explain how everything worked etc. Very nice man.

Fabulous location in the heart of Leamington - everything is in walking distance. The facilities in the apartment were fabulous (jacuzzi bath, nespresso machine, dishwasher, huge smart tv) and the apartment feels very homely. It’s a great space for meeting groups of friends. Our requests for extra parking permits were granted - a very polite host.
Would prefer a contactless entry (e.g. lock box) as having to arrange a time to meet is quite tying. The apartment was clean enough, although quite dusty. Not enough seats/sofas in the living area for all 5 guests to sit comfortably.

bed was sloping. Mattress probably 20 years old. Bathroom stunk of sewer.Lounge was freezing.

The space was very comfortable and homely. The facilities were what we needed for a weekend break and the location was ideal.
The only thing of note was that there were black hairs in the bathroom sink of the studio apartment.

Great location for the night. Spacious, everything you'd expect and need in terms of items for a short stay. Warmly welcomed.
Too much repetitive noise from the CH boiler in the second bedroom. We should have responded to that and found a way of turning the controls right down ... we would have done if staying for a second night.

Amazing location. Leamington Spa is a nice town, and the place is around the corner from all the restaurants and shops. Nice Nespresso machine, and milk in the fridge.
Things are clean and everything works, but furniture and carpets are a little tired and the sheets, especially for the extra bed in the living room, were old

Alain met me at the property. We arrived earlier than expected and he was there within minutes.
