Two bathrooms, plenty of space, large bed, location.

Too few pots and kitchen utensils. We don't recomend the beach nearby.

Wifi speed was appalling. No English language channels on TV and impossible to see anything on laptop because wifi speed was appalling. 2 of the cheapest toilet rolls for 2 people for a week. Really? Had to buy a pack of 6 and leave 5 behind. How mean is that🙁

The grout was missing between some of the floor tiles in the shower and insects were crawling in from beneath. Needs renewing

the instructions to check in were not very clear. sent us to an apartment address when we should have gone to the hotel 525. it should have just said the hotel not the address of the wrong apt.

I would have some instructions on how to operate the blinds.

The location in the center of town and close to the beach. Very good price for the space. Spacious apartment, very clean and modern.

The sofa bed was a bit dirty and I had wished that the extra bed was made for my young daughter since they knew she was coming with us. instead we had to figure out how to make it when we arrived tired. Also you have to take the cover of the sofa bed and then you realize that the sofa is quite stained.

Love these apartments 3rd time there stayed in the hotel but prefare the apartments everything is perfect and live the location will be back again soon x

Loved everything

The location was fantastic. It had restaurant nearby, supermarket, shops and most important - the beach was a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

We had to use the sofa for our kids. I did not like the way that mattress looked - it needs a good cleaning. The bed though was very big and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the stay and jus ignored this little downside.

The apartment was overall clean, apart from the toilet which had urine and parts of faeces in it, tidy and modern.

The toilet was dirty with urine and bits of faeces floating in it. There was only one cup, one coat hangar, no kettle and the tv did not function. We had to travel 3k to the hotel reception to sort out these shortcomings. The male receptionist was empathetic and supplied us with the necessary items. My wife later showered and found that the water outlet was blocked which subsequently flooded the hall, and would have flooded the bedroom but for my wife trying to stop the water escaping with the use of towels. A workman was called in to unblock the water outlet but failed. Subsequently, after about an hour we were allocated another flat. My wife was left traumatised by the episode. The two staff that were called in to help were empathetic, and a credit to the hotel doing there jobs as best they could given the circumstances. A subsequent letter of complaint to the manager asking for a refund concerning an unpleasant stay was responded with platitudes. His attitude was uncompromising, We had been given another room and there would be no refund as he had fulfilled their obligations. We got to the other room at midnight, asleep about 0100hr, then up at 0600 hr to catch a flight.

Modern apartment close to sea in a small block with a lift. 2 small balconies. Great bathroom.

Was supposed to have a sea view. You could see the sea from the roof terrace but if thus was the sea view referred to then it was a misleading property description.

the property is modern, clean and comfortable

we didn’t like have to check in at the partner hotel which is over a mile away. We then had to navigate to the apartment block which had roads closed due to maintenance, but there no mention of this at check in. the staff need to make customers aware and give us a suggested route. we and couldn’t work out how to get near the accommodation by car. only one mug available in kitchen.
