Really great house with great spaces for our group. We had seven of us on a guys ski trip and there were plenty of rooms for all of us. The walk to/from the slopes would not qualify as true ski in/out, but was totally manageable and 100x better than getting in the car and driving to a parking lot. As can be seen in the pictures, the decor is pretty dated, but we didn't care. What is not pictured, but a nice benefit is that there is a double garage, which is not for parking in, but is carpeted, has some seating, and gear racks. It was an amazing staging area for gearing up to hit the slopes. We had a great time and would definitely rent here again.

Great spot. House had plenty of room. Perfect amenities. “Ski in/Ski Out” is a bit of a stretch as we had to walk a bit to get to the slopes. Depends on the definition I’m sure. My definition is walk out my door and put my ski’s on and I’m off.

Our group of 12 family members had a wonderful stay at Alpine Lane. The wood-burning fireplace was so enjoyable and we spent most of our family time in that room and the dining room. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of dishes, flatware and glasses for our large group. The house was warm and comfortable, the garage and mudroom made for easy entry, and the bedroom layout was great for our multi-generational group. The en suite king bedroom on the public room level was a real bonus for me and my husband. The bathrooms were well-stocked with towels and toiletries. The laundry room on the lower level was a great plus. My family loved the hot tub and the sauna. Access to Adams Avenue was a short distance from the house and the skiers in our group used it daily. Our host, who we had the pleasure to meet on our arrival, was so warm and helpful. She was readily available to answer questions or take care of problems but we had no issues during our stay. We all enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains and the stands of trees surrounding the house. What a joy to watch the sunrise from the living room. All in all, I would highly recommend this home.

Great home - wonderful views - large communal spaces (kitchen/DR table seats 10, large LR, another large LR on lower level) - hot tub - sauna - ski in/out access is ~300-400 feet away directly accessing Adam’s Avenue run. Snowmass ski school program is outstanding!

This house is huge (felt especially big as we were not a large group). The interior looks fresher and brighter than the photos. Lots of light everywhere in the main areas. Fairly easy walk to the slopes (~900 ft). The owner is very responsive and nice and cares a lot that things work and guests have a good experience.

Overall very satisfied w condition of house & amenities & kitchen equipped w everything needed . The heated garages made in very easy & comfortable to change into :/ out of ski equipment without trampling through the house. The design of house granted privacy & quiet to our group of adult couples & singles . While we experienced very cold outside temperatures during our stay, we never felt the need to adjust inside temps due to sunny location & solid construction of the house . Terrific views, hot tub and bedrooms … Thoroughly enjoyed by our group . Thank you

This house was perfect for our group of 12. The roominess of the house allowed everyone to enjoy the big group but also have room to be by yourself if you wanted quiet time. The two garages are heated and perfect for ski in ski out. There are plenty of places for skis, boots and poles. The new jacuzzi was enjoyed by all and sits right on the lower deck. Getting to the Adams Avenue run at Snowmass that takes you to the gondola or chair in Snowmass Village is a 3-5 minute walk with skis. We had 12 people of differing ability do it all 5 days while we were there and it was no problem. The service folks were on top of everything from snow removal to garbage removal to wood replacement for the fireplace. The owner was an excellent communicator and everything worked perfectly. If it didn’t she was available by phone, text or email as described in her communications. We had a great time. Greg
