We have stayed in the property three years in a row for our annual Labor Day family vacation. We have 14 people, and we are always comfortable with plenty of space. The house is always clean and inviting and beautifully decorated. Communication with the owner is always quick and easy. We were able to meet the owner, Nadir, this trip and he and his wife were super gracious and friendly. We look forward to staying again next year!

This is a great house for our family. Everyone enjoyed the convenience of being close to grocery stores and being able to walk to the beach. The pool is small, but everyone enjoyed the pool. The only issue that we had was that the coffee pot was not clean. We went out and purchased in an expensive coffee pot for the week.

So much was wrong with this house. We have never stayed here before but our regular house was rented out. Make sure you document everything wrong and broken in the house. The list will be extremely long but if you leave anything out they will charge you for it. They charged us $500 for a broken TV in one of the bedrooms that we did not break. I would be VERY LEARY if you decide to stay here.

This home was amazing. We had 14 people in our family, 4 generations from 3 to 68 and it was perfect for everyone!! The view from the balcony was amazing every morning and the waves crashing the beach were so relaxing in the evenings. Just a short drive to downtown area and many little stores just around the corner. The beach was amazing and since it was Christmas there wasn't a lot of people so we had the whole beach to ourselves basically. Nadir is a great host we never had any issues but he was quick to check in with us and see if we needed anything. Already planning our trip back in the spring so the grandbabies can swim in the big water and try out that cool pool in the backyard 😊

We had a great stay at this wonderful home! It was perfect for our family get together. Great location on the quiet west end for us. Grocery Stores only a couple of blocks away. The cross over to the beach was just 2 houses down and we could enjoy views of the water from the upper balcony. We didn't get into the pool as it was a little chilly for us in October, but was a perfect size to float around and keep the kids busy if you didn't want to hit the beach. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is great for privacy and if you have a large group that is perfect for getting ready quick. Dining area and eat in kitchen area as well so everyone can have a seat if you choose to eat in or play card games if it rains. Love it and if we bring a large group again we will definitely see if this house is available!

We have vacationed here 2 years in a row. We absolutely love the location…less crowded beaches, close to the beach (walking distance), private pool, and plenty of space for our large extended family of 15! The house is always clean when we arrive, and we usually have early check-in! Communication with the property manager is always quick and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Our group consisted of Dad, Mom (50's) 3 adult kids (19,25, 26), 1 grandchild (3) and Aunt (40's) Very welcoming feel when we arrived. 1 bedroom located on main floor which is perfect for those needing no steps. The 4 rooms upstairs were perfect sizes and fit our parties needs. The pool was perfect and kept that energized 3 year old wore out (he was always supervised). I loved that the property owners had baby proof devices on all doors heading out to the pool, since we had a child with us. We also had our furry familiy with us and found an amazing dog park just a few minutes away as well as a few others just a bit further. This home is perfectly located, close to shopping grocery and pharmacy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

This house is across the street but it’s a very short distance to the Public Beach walk way. It was roomy and comfortable for our family of 9.
Having the private pool was a special bonus.
The decor is dated but the pictures reflect everything accurately.
We had some initial issues with cleanliness and appliances but Zohra was extremely responsive and took care of everything quickly. She is excellent to work with! We would stay here again and highly recommend.

The house is in a quiet location about 15 minutes from the crowd. There is a nice restaurant and grocery store just a few blocks away. The boardwalk for the beach is just across the street and a house or 2 down. The beach is beautiful. It was nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. We had a great family trip and would rent again for a PCB vacation. Thank you for the rental of your house. Cincinnati, OH

We were pleased with the house and the host always responded when I had a question. We had no major problems while staying for a week in July. It is about 20-30 minutes from the action so keep that in mind. We had plenty of room for 14 people. We would rent again.

The house had everything we needed. The location was great, it is right across from the beach entrance that offered plenty of privacy. We didn’t use the pool with the beach being so close but it looked great. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends or family. Next trip we hope to stay longer.

This is a wonderful property for the rate that's charged! The best part of the property is the closeness to the beach! The manager, Zohra, was very friendly, helpful & easy to contact. The pool was perfect for the little ones. It was a little dirty on our first night but the pool man came & cleaned it the next day without us even asking. We stayed in April, I wish there was an option to pay to heat the pool because it was cold for me, but didn't stop the kids. I would recommend staying here. Lots of space for a group of 16! The only things I would say could improve the property is the amount of silverware/ dishes for a large group (we just bought disposable utensils & cups), the dryer did not heat ( no biggie though it just would've been nice to be able to dry swimsuits & towels but we hung them outside) & one room didn't have remotes, we tried some from the other rooms remotes but they didn't work. Don't let some of the negative reviews stop you from renting this property, I think those people must just have crazy standards because you get a lot for your money here! Very nice, quiet property. Well stocked, clean overall (floors looked clean but they need a deep clean), responsive host, roomy home and short walk to the beach access. Beach was so nice and it was not busy the week of October 10, 2022. The pool area is on the small size but we did not use it since the pool was cold and it did not have a heater. We will definitely stay there again!

I have to be honest i was not jumping up and down about this choice at the beginning. The placed looked very dated to me and I just didn't think it would be the level of comfort that we wanted. I was soooo comfortable, roomy and had an upgraded look from what is shown on the pictures. i was very very pleasantly surprised and loved every minute of it.

We had an excellent time with no problems and great communication. The pool was perfect for the kids and the short walk to the beach was great for everyone. The place was so clean and easy to use. The property manager was very responsive. The property description was not very accurate. The property is not beach front. There was several items found behind the night stands and beds. The living room and dining room chairs are very stained. The outside landscaping was not kept up at all. The furniture on the front porch and upstairs balcony was very disappointing for our party of five ladies. There was not enough furniture for us to all sit out and enjoy the weather. The pool area was also very unkept, The pool was clean but the surrounding area was not.

Great Property! We had a family of 11 stay and had plenty of room. The walk to the beach is very short. It's a great location on the beach it was very quiet and nice. The pool was great for the kids. The Property owner was great at responding to our questions in a timely manner. Very easy to work with. The property was very close to the grocery store.
Only downfall was the property hadn't been mowed/weedeated in a while the grass was tall. Overall great place and will stay again!

Great property for a large family.
The property is well suited for a large family with 4 king rooms all with their on private bathrooms and a bunk room with a bathroom for the grandkids! Very close and easy walk to a very nice beach that is not crowded at all. We will rent this property again.

The house would be great if it was maintained better. Broken, old and worn furniture.
Pool was not usable for 5 of our 7 days. Furniture inside and out was worn with rips and stuffing coming out. The grill was ffilthy. The bedrooms with private bath was great but cabinets and tubes need TLC. Kitchen was adequate but again very worn. Could be very nice if better repairs and maintenance.

Family Reunion
The house was perfect for both adults and teens. The distance from the beach was perfect -5 minute walk. While the pool was small it provided relaxation. We had a couple small issues that were immediately resolved. After contacting the owner she sent a friendly handyman immediately. The owner was very nice and concerned that we had a nice stay. I recommend this home.

2022 family trip
The home was very roomy. We were allowed to check in a couple hours early, which was very nice of the home owners.
There’s updating and little things here and there that need fixed but, nothing that would bother us during our stay. We let the owners know and they actually were happy to send a handy man out. We told them it wasn’t necessary.
I would say there needs to be more cooking utensils and cooking pots and pans. It made it very hard to cook for a large group of you eat in. There also needs to be dish towels and clothes as well as hot pads.
The small pool was awesome size for the little ones.
The walk to the beach was much easier than being at a condo and waiting on elevators and then walking through to get to the boardwalk. Only down fall is there’s not the view of the ocean as you get at a condo.

Spring Break without the crowds
We enjoyed our weeks stay over Spring Break. Panama City Beach and all surrounding beaches were packed but not our little slice of the beach. It was the perfect location to get to everything from Seaside to Pier Park. The beach was not crowded at this location because most of the surrounding area is houses. It was just what we were looking for!

Overall great stay!
We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving at the beach. The location of this house is fantastic. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach and it is on the far west end of PCB so very quiet. Also located close to CVS and Publix. We had plenty of parking available. More than enough space for our families. The kitchen is well stocked in terms of cooking supplies but could use some more glasses and silverware. there is seating for 12 for dining. We didn’t use the pool since it was cool outside but it was clean and would have been nice to swim in if it was warmer out. The house was reasonably clean but the furnishings are older and could use replacing such as pulls and pills on throw pillows. Dated bed linens in terms of style and some fading/pilling. Also some dust on the headboards. The fridge could use replacing. The ice maker is held up by a knife block so you will need to bring your own ice.
Communication with the host was excellent and prompt. We would stay here again. Carpeting upstairs needs deep cleaning or replacement.

The house is disgusting
Love the location but it stops there. The house when we arrived looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. They did send the cleaning lady a couple days later and she moped only the tile floor on the downstairs. Horrible experience I can’t believe other people left good reviews for this property. This is the first review I have ever written. I had ask just for the cleaning fee refunded since we basically had to clean the entire house and the pool area when we arrived. I’m going to try to figure how to submit pics so everyone won’t be surprised when they book this house.

Family vacation, repeat renters.
Nice place, good location. Love the private baths and the private pool. Short walk across the street to the beach. On the downside, all of the living room and dining room furniture could use upgrades. Bed mattresses in master upstairs and downstairs needs replaced. Disposal slow to drain and not working. Lot of little small things, but overall good!
