The location, was about 5 min walk to the beach

The room was dirty, the carpet was stained and in the shower was mold. And the breakfast was very poor.

I didn't expect to be like that next time for sure I will come xx

Room smelled really bad and the carpet was filthy Bathroom with mold and water was leaking everywhere Personnel composed of 20 year old kids lacking any manners, let alone being helpful with anything.

After our claim regarding the noise and noisy cooling system we get another apartment on opposite size of the Hotel room 17 which was silent, right size curtains, working cooling and a good shower in bathroom. The staff was really open and wanted to solve our problem and make as happy as possible on our stay. Break fast was not splendid but as good as was possible: you was able to eat fruits, vegetables, meat, bread, desser and on top they had a good coffee. Perfect staff who wanted to help us.

Room number 5 was a disaster, please avoid if is possible. Road to the hotel, local roads in Mamaia are terrible. The neighbors in closed hotels not really like to keep the silent time after one a clock during the night destroying our sleep during the nights.
