The house was very conveniently located. There is a nice grocery store (we tried the choriso from there and it was excellent) and a bakery (the pao was great) located within a 5 minute walk. The campanha train station and metro are located within a 10-15 minute walk. There are a few more stores here. Uber is readily available. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The house itself is very well kept, and well equipped. The kitchen is perfect and we were able to cook and eat a complete meal while we were there. The backyard was really great to sit in. We ate all our breakfasts sitting in the backyard. The hosts, Jose and Luisa went beyond our expectations to help and make our stay comfortable and memorable. We definitely recommend this house !!

The owners maintain an impeccable property. It was roomy, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for a family with young adult children.

Beautiful house with amazing hosts. As walkers we actually enjoyed the 15 mins walk to the historic town daily and for dinners. Lusia provided some great recommendations for where to eat and things to see and do whilst in porto and the sorròundig area. All her advice was perfect.

The house was lovely and was very well equipped with everything you could need. The hosts were there to greet us and were extremely friendly and very happy to help with any queries about the house and things to do in and around Porto. I’d like to go back in the summer and make more use of the outside space which is a real bonus. We didn’t have a car, but the off-Street parking would be brilliant if you did.

The owners, Luisa and Jose, were absolutely AWESOME. They were so friendly, welcoming and gracious. They were most helpful with telling us about what we should see, and in particular gave us some GREAT referrals for restaurants in Porto, that we used, and which were fabulous (some of the best meals of the trip!!). Their apartment/house was beautiful - very tastefully decorated, and updated, and so comfortable. We just loved staying there. Louisa was so intent on making sure we had everything we needed and that our trip to Porto was memorable. She was a delight !!! Would stay there again if we are ever in Porto again. And it was great to be able to park the rental car off the street. House was extremely comfortable, and the beds were so very comfortable.

The gates into the parking area were very narrow and tight to get in. That said, it worked out very well. Lights from outside were very bright in the bedroom at night. Maybe blackout curtains (but maybe we just like it extra dark).
