I was tempted to rate the “Accuracy to online listing” at 1-Star because the pictures do this condo no justice at all. The view from the top deck of Bigger Fish is spectacular. The condo is steps from the pier and the beach and a short walk up the hill to downtown restaurants. It is very well stocked with few details left undone. The owners are quick and courteous during the check in process and readily available during the stay. Our family had a great stay and will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved it here. The views and deck can’t be beat and my kids absolutely loved the beach toys. So fun and so comfortable for our family of 7! This unit is well equipped, I even found some batteries for our sound machine that stopped working. We’re already planning our next trip!!

A beautiful top floor condo with two levels and ocean views. Ideal location for dining and beach. Any family would be lucky to stay there.

This property is even better than it looks. The property owners are so helpful - very welcoming and very responsive both before and during our stay. The home is clean and very well equipped. The location is superb - one block to the beach, a short (steep) walk into downtown and close to a food store. We had a wonderful week in an idyllic location. Do not hesitate to book this fabulous home.

My family and I enjoy staying at Bigger Fish each year. Great location with lots of activities that makes everyone happy in my family. Also, a nice place to just hang out and relax. We loved our stay at both the Big Fish and the Bigger Fish. It was our first time to San Clemente for our son’s wedding. Both properties were very clean and nicely decorated. The location was fantastic and the views amazing. Renting both units worked well for two families. We will definitely return!

This condo is amazing. The kitchen and all furnishings are fabulous. We loved the oceans views while relaxing on the gorgeous decks. I would definitely stay there again.

Our family traveled to San Clemente from Colorado to enjoy some warm weather! Bigger Fish was AMAZING! We have stayed in many places in this area but this was by far the best. Close to the surf, beach path, restaurants, and coffee shops. The condo has everything you need to make you feel right at home. We highly recommend this condo, and we will definitely be back to enjoy it again.

We had a fantastic stay at Bigger Fish! Our family of 6 stayed here for my daughters wedding. Great location, amazing views of the ocean, clean and well appointed. Other family members rented Big Fish so we had the whole house!

We came from Colorado with our 3 kids to have a change of scenery after 14 months of covid. Super clean and well appointed condo. The outdoor space is even better than the pictures, We loved watching the surfers and the people heading to the beach. Great internet for the kids, bathrooms are roomy. Modern appliances just as shown on the pictures. 5 stars does not do it justice. We highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing! The property was even better in person. The view was stellar and the deck was large and a great place to enjoy morning coffee, watch the surfers, and enjoy sunsets too! We absolutely love Bigger Fish. The location is perfect...right by the ocean, beach and restaurants. The views were amazing. The interior of the place were even better than the pictures. This is a special VRBO property, as it is one of the rare finds that may in fact be better in person than as seen in the listing photographs. The condo is beautifully updated, and meticulously maintained. The condition and finishes gives it the feel of a high-end hotel. Location is amazing, as it is one block from the pier and beach, though noise was never a problem. Owner and property manager were both very enjoyable and easy to work with, and readily responsive to any questions or minor issues. HIGHLY recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Bigger Fish. We had two families sharing the space and it was perfect. The location was amazing, walks to the beach/coffee/restaurants were only a couple of minutes. The sunsets were breathtaking off the back deck. We really appreciated the attention to detail inside the unit with higher end finishes than what you typically find in a vacation rental. The beds were comfortable and the the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay again and we were sad to leave.

Fantastic home. Very spacious living areas and bedrooms. The views from the upper deck are incredible and the location could not be better. Bigger fish was very clean and fully stocked, including all the beach equipment you might need! Check in process was very smooth. Amble parking. We can’t wait to stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay In Bigger Fish very much. The accommodations were more than comfortable and the view was amazing. The AC was also very nice. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and dining on the outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean was very relaxing. The showers were nice and the beds comfortable, just like home. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo.

Bigger Fish is a great place to stay in San Clemente. The condo is 2 levels with the king master, ensuite and separate living area on the lower level then on the upper level is 1Q bedroom with ensuite and 1Q bed + 1 bunk bed with separate bathroom. On this level is the kitchen, lounge and dining area which leads onto a huge patio with outdoor seating and lounge which overlooks the beach - evening drinks watching the sunset on the patio is a great way to finish the day. San Clemente is a great little surf town with good surf and plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops to keep you busy during the day. I will definitely stay at Bigger Fish again.

We were so thrilled with everything about "Bigger Fish" as a beautiful accommodation, but more importantly, as a place where our family of 7 could gather comfortably, each having our own space, yet with so many lovely communal areas to enjoy one another's company, our favorite being their amazing rooftop deck with glorious views of the ocean, just steps away. The furnishings are comfortable, well-appointed and very up-to-date, and the decor and general feel of this beach home makes you feel like you're being welcomed into someone's own home. I can't think of a single thing we lacked during our time there, except perhaps a few more days in our rental agreement to enjoy this perfect spot! We spent our mornings and evenings enjoying our view from the deck, days on the beach and exploring town, and the owner's fantastic recommendations. Many thanks for the kind and considerate touches and gestures from the owners as well. We hope to return...and stay longer!
