Spacious home, nice pool, great neighborhood, fun walk to Seaside Market, loved the chairs and umbrellas at the beach, Publix grocery store minutes away, relaxing vacation spot!

All was very good. Any small issues were immediately addresed.

The size of the home was perfect for our large gathering. The kitchen has all you need to host a lot of people. The pool area was super clean and so fun.

What a GREAT property to rent for a large group! We had 15 senior girls and 4 moms with plenty of room for all. The pool area, grill, and fire pit allowed for fun parties and a great cookout. The garage has an extra fridge for drinks and a wine fridge which was awesome. The garage also has a lot of storage shelving for anything extra. The house is nicely furnished too. Two of the bedrooms have desks which was really great for a couple of us who had some work appointments. The downside...The sliding doors to the pool are alarmed and it is definitely annoying to manage. It is understandable that it is a Florida code, however in my 10 plus years of coming to 30A, I have never had this in any other house with a pool. They are loud and if everyone doesn’t understand how they work, it’s an even bigger pain to manage. Also, almost everyday several of us got a lukewarm to cold shower. The hot water just couldn’t keep up with everyone showering. The best news is, the property owner is super responsive and has a handy man on call for anything that goes wrong. He shows up within an hour or less and is able to handle anything. The house is great and I would recommend it. The location is awesome!

We stayed at this property with five families. Plenty of room. The location relative to Seaside square was great. You will want to rent bikes. Property manager and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our family had been trying to pick out a date that works for at least 2 years for everyone to attend and the owners were beyond wonderful working with us to make it work! We had 4 separate couples, that each got their own privacy throughout the home between the wonderful 3 floors. The 3 "big" kids LOVED their bunk room and on the couple of rainy or chilly days we skipped the beach, they enjoyed watching the kid movies and playing their games in the bunk rooms. Renting golf carts is a must! As some of my siblings had been to Seaside many times in the last couple of years, the changes made due to COVID were a little sad to them. However once we got the hang of where we had the beach access and our wonderful set up every day at the beach, we felt we had more of a exclusive experience on our part of the beach. You do have to now pay to get in the beach at Seadside from their historic entrance and couldn't even get the fun tourist pictures there. The town is so cute and wonderful and was lovely to have the two golf carts to use to get around. We went in more of an off season and it was still pretty busy, I am sure due to COVID as well. Only suggestion I would make being the main chef for the week, was to have access to more pots and pans, or bring some extras of your own. Plenty of plates and silverware;, we did end up buying plastic cups for the kiddos so they didn't walk around with the glass. You do have to make reservations at many of the restaurants in town in advance if you want to get normal dining hours for both small and large groups. We truly cannot wait to come back here and stay at this house! The house was the perfect size and we could've comfortably fit many more family members. It was clean, and the size of the living and dining room was perfect. You don't want to miss out!!

Very nice and accommodated our family of 24. Having a bathroom included with each bedroom was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Made many wonderful memories.

We had a great experience at 171 Dogwood. The location, house, and amenities were ideal for our group of 20. A short bike ride to Seaside main area, the beach, and tennis courts. The property manager and cleaning staff were very responsive and accommodating. The beach chair/umbrella daily set up was a nice plus. Only very minor negative would be Dogwood St is not paved. I’d highly recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back again very soon!

We had this house rented for spring break when covid hit. We had to cancel and the owner was phenomenal to work with. She reimbursed us all of our money so when she had another cancellation we took the house. Again, she was great to deal with. We loved this house and had plenty of room for all 3 of us. Can’t say enough about the house, the owner and the manager.

House worked out perfectly for us. Clean, spacious, great location, awesome pool and fire pit for all to enjoy. We would stay here again.

This property was exceptional!! We were there for my niece's wedding and it worked perfectly for our large families. We stayed with my sister and her family and my mother. We had all our children and grandchildren so it was literally a full house. No one ever felt cramped at all. There was plenty of rooms, bathrooms and the outdoor space was spectacular! The heated pool was a life saver for our small children because the ocean was too cold when we went in March. We made so many unforgettable memories and we are already talking about coming back to stay in this house!!

We planned a Pastor’s Retreat for them and their wives. It was perfect for them to gather together in this spacious home!! They loved the firer pit and pool deck area to retreat to every evening!!! Each bedroom was beautiful...making it special for each couple!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!! It was wonderful!!

We enjoyed our stay at Seabatical in SeaGrove off 30A—wonderful house that worked super well for two families. House was beautiful and met our needs to a T!

Bringing my family 14 grandchildren and 12 adult children, for a relaxing vacation. Everyone had a place of their own, memories were made, kitchen was spacious, meals were prepped never running out of dishes. Grandchildren loved waking up getting in the pool in the morning, short walk to the beach after breakfast, at the beach 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas were waiting with minimal people on the beach in September. Beautiful beach. Friendly people at Seaside Side. Our family loved this home and will be coming back, we made so many great memories, our grandchildren will be talking about Sea Batical for years.

Our stay was FABULOUS! Natalie was an incredible host, and responded to questions both effectively and in a timely manner. Sea-Batical is an incredible home. Everyone -- from age one to age 71 -- loved it! We especially enjoyed the outdoor BBQ, s'mores pit and family room area. Our beach chairs and umbrellas were a HUGE bonus as well. We LOVE Sea-Batical, and can't wait to stay again!

This house was great for a few families to enjoy together. The backyard was fun with the pool, fire pit and multiple dining tables. The bunk rooms were perfect for lots of kids and the master bedrooms were great for the adults. 2 sets of washer/dryers were helpful. The Seagrove beach was less crowded than Seaside or Rosemary and you’re a short walk into the Seaside town center. Only two drawbacks. The kitchen was small for multiple families if you plan to cook at home (we could only shop a few days at a time). And the walk to the beach was a little misleading (it’s a few blocks down from where you would assume your walkover would be). Overall, great trip and great house!!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. Everything was great as usual. Enjoyed having umbrellas and chairs provided for the beach. We have had an enjoyable experience each time. The property was in excellent condition.

We had 30 people in our family and we all stayed very comfortable. Close to beech access and a great backyard for entertainment. The pool was nice for the Younger kids. We will definitely be back!

Seabatical offered us the perfect escape from hustle and bustle of our lives, and allowed us a chance to catch up with old friends and relax. The pool was the perfect size for small kids, the fire pit was great for s’mores, and the location was just a short walk from beach and town. We especially appreciated the provided beach chairs and umbrellas, which made the walk to the beach super easy not having to carry a bunch of stuff. The large living space was perfect for gathering to watch movies, and the bedrooms offered just the right amount of privacy. This house helped us create some amazing memories, and we would definitely recommend to others looking in this area. Working with Natalie was a pleasure; friendly, professional and thoughtful.

Seabatical is a wonderful house if you have a large group that all wants to stay together. We had 7 families, including kids age 1-10 and this was one of the few houses that had everything we needed. There are 3 master bedrooms & 1 bunk room on both the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the rooms are huge! There is also a bedroom on the 1st floor, although it is a little smaller. The bunk rooms were a hit with the kids, as was the pool, grill, and firepit for s'mores. The beach was a 5-10 minute walk (depending how slowly the kids walked), and there were 3 umbrellas & 6 chairs set up daily for us. This was a huge lifesaver and saved us dragging a lot of gear to the beach. The house is a short walk to Seaside (shopping, food trucks, restaurants, etc) and restaurants in Seagrove. There is also a shaded playground 2 blocks away in Seaside that the kids loved. Publix is a mile away for stocking up. Natalie, the owner, was very responsive to our many questions and made us feel very welcome. I do wish there had been DVD players in the bunk rooms and/or downstairs - no way to watch movies that we brought for the kiddos. We all had a wonderful vacation and hope to return in the future!

There were 24 of us COMFORTABLE in this large home. The bedrooms are great sizes with room for port-a-cribs or blowups. Two sets of W/D’s, making it easier to keep up with our masses of laundry. The pool area is large so all can be out there at the same time when not at the beach. The beach and Seaside are truly just a couple of blocks away for easy walking. We did rent bikes and a golf cart which made all that much easier. We would highly recommend this home for multiple or large families who are looking for plenty of bedrooms. The owner was very easy to work with and was always very quick to get back to me with whatever questions I had, even about where to order pizza! :-) We look forward to returning often!

Loved the pool and outdoor kitchen, each bedroom with its own bath, house built well so quiet between floors. Location is perfect and there was parking for 7 cars 2 golf carts, 8 bikes. Owner Natalie was quick to respond to any concerns. Easy walk to beach, and biking in Seaside and WaterColor.

This property was perfect! The description was exactly what we got. The size and space of the house allowed our 23 family and friends to enjoy one another yet have their own space!! The outdoor area was wonderful and the distance to the beach and Seaside town center were ideal!! The kitchen was spacious and very functional with ample dinner wear, cookware, platters, etc!! The host returned all messages promptly and made sure we were comfortable!! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!!
