The resort and rental unit were very clean and there is nothing negative to comment. We also loved riding beach bikes rented from Siesta Key bike and kayak. I would recommend beach shoes as some shells wash up Oceanside.

No hot water in bathroom sink. Never could wash makeup off properly the entire stay. Beds squeak. Had to call front desk twice due to no worker to bring beach chairs on the beach. Waited so long that had to have husband drag two lounge chairs to beach. An inconvenience for what we paid for. Other than that stay was okay! View was great! Loved the shades! Plenty of nice towels! AC was on point!

Great views and only steps away from the beach. We’ve stayed in multiple units and can say the views from 031 were amazing. We were disappointed that the kitchen was lacking some needed attention. The shelf in the only wall cabinet that could hold dishes didn’t have any shelves. It appears the shelf clips had broken so the remedy was to remove the shelves. Therefore, all the dishes were moved to the pantry which rendered the pantry useless for any additional storage. There was no cutting board which was odd. Overall the location was good, the views were amazing but the amenities were lacking.

Great location with a view! The condo was clean and had every kitchen utensil/dish you’d ever need (besides a pizza cutter) . The storage closet had a cooler, chairs and an umbrella in the event that you want to venture away from the private beach. Will stay again.

Great location and views! Property was clean, plenty of blankets and towels. Beds were noisy as mentioned by many previous guests as well. A wagon to transport beach gear would be a nice addition and umbrella upgrades as one was really short and the other didn’t fully extend open. Overall, great property and rental experience.

First time at Siesta Key and it was amazing! Celebrated my daughter's last year of high school and it couldn't have been better. The property was immaculate, right by the beach, and felt incredibly safe. Only surprise was the distance from the village, but free transportation made up for it. Plenty of activities and overall a blast! We'll definitely return!

We love this property and this unit in particular! This was our second stay here and we’ll be back. Just a few steps from the beach. Nicely equipped kitchen with filtered water and a Keurig. Spacious, walk in shower. Being able to open your eyes in the morning and see the beach. That view at the bar with your coffee every morning. Just perfect!

The tower is great. The room was not. The beds were SO LOUD. Couldn’t turn over or get out of bed without them squeaking so abnoxiously. It was ridiculous. There is little to no storage for your food items as the “pantry” is completely jam packed with heavy glass dishes the bathroom was covered in sand and small broken shells upon arrival. The air condition was not functioning. Lastly the bedroom ceiling lights and fan did not work. We were told it was broken and would need replaced. The management staff was great in helping get our air conditioner up and running within hours of our call. All in all- the property is awesome. Staff amazing. Specific condo is a thumbs down. We will be back next year to PBC but not to that condo.

We were so excited to try a new condo this year so we decided on this unit. The building is in need of some major TLC! We had to use the stairs 90% of the time because there is only 1 elevator for all 11 floors. To do laundry you have to put money on a cash card. When you do the laundry soap comes out of the hose at the wall and to the floor. The hallways to the units are carpeted and they were covered in sand. As for the unit itself, several outlets didn’t work. Or maybe the top one would but the bottom wouldn’t. We found dirty chip bags under the couch after we were told that if we left any trash we would receive a $25 fee. The shower did not stay hot long. The biggest deal breaker for us was the beds!!! We actually left a night early and went to a hotel. The beds are noisy when you just try to sit on them. It is like laying on the concrete! I have never stayed in a condo like this. Also 4 hours after checkout I receive a text from who I presume to be the owner telling me we can have a complementary breakfast everyday and that she hopes we have a great stay! That was after we would have already checked out if we hadn’t left the night early! This was a nightmare!!! Think twice

Loved our stay at Palm Bay! Unit was clean, stocked with basics. Property was beautiful, clean and very secure. Perfect location, we used the trolleys and golf cart services to get around with no problems. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Palm Bay club is great for the convenient beach access. Covered parking is clutch. The price to stay is always on the high side, but I haven’t stayed else where in the area. Units are clean at arrival. Our particular unit’s bathroom sink was clogged and drained water slowly. Aside from a shower and sleeping or getting ready to go out, we were never in our rooms. One of the elevators was down our entire stay of 3 nights. Overall it’s a pleasant place to stay, just a little pricey.

The view alone is reason enough to stay in this condo. From the third floor you can look down the beach for quite a distance, that image keeps drifting through my mind, even two weeks after we've left.
The condo is clean, pleasantly decorated and mostly as pictured. Bar stools in dining area are worn and need to be replaced. Staff were accommodating/responsive and the security detail was omni-present, probably due in part to the challenges of spring break. Charles, you're a credit to your profession :)
Be prepared to spend alot on the first shopping trip, as there are no provisions whatsoever, not even salt and pepper! We purchased dishwasher detergent, hand soap, paper products, coffee filters, etc, etc. For a two week stay, I would have expected a bit more, as it has certainly been the case in other VRBOs we've stayed in. The building shows it's age a bit, one elevator was out of service the entire time we were there and the other was broken for a couple of hours. Our AC also broke but was fixed promptly.
All in all, a few minor inconveniences, but a location that was a joy and that we'd be happy to return to.

The condo was very clean and the views of the Gulf are beautiful. This unit has two brand new beds that are very comfortable!!! My wife and I have been coming to Palm Bay for 7 years and always have a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful vacation here. The office and cleaning staff and security guards are all very helpful and do a great job keeping the resort safe and clean. We highly recommend Palm Bay!

Suggested improvement for a more comfortable stay would include new Matterses, replace noisy ceiling fans and fix master bedroom door to close. Next season will not rent this unit due to uncomfortable beds. Property is absolutely beautiful. The beaches are stunning. Have stayed at The Palm Bay Club for many years in the past.

We’ve vacationed on siesta key the last few years staying a little further south, close the beach but no view. The view here caught our eye from the listing. After seeing it in person, that alone was worth the extra spend. Seeing the beach and sunrise as soon as you open your eyes was so amazing. We didn’t have time to use all of the amenities, but was nice having them. The unit had everything we needed to make it home away from home. It was immaculate, the furniture was comfortable and the appliances were really nice. The only minor things that needed attention were the water in the bathroom sink was not heating and the water dispenser on the fridge needs adjusted, as it sprayed water around when using it. But, how nice having filtered water right there?! Thanks again for having us in your beautiful place!

When we booked we were not told that there would be renovations going on at the time of our visit. The smell of the paint and the pounding early in the morning was very annoying especially since this was our honeymoon. They also had AC issues which I understand can happen but I feel there should be some type of reimbursement for situations like this.

We arrived on Thursday September 22 and were supposed to stay until the 29th. Hurricane Ian had other plans. We ended up leaving four days early but the three days we were there were amazing. The only eye sore was the construction in the hallways, which will be completed soon, and when it is, will be beautiful. Our reservation had to be changed by management prior to our trip due to the construction but we got a bigger condo at no additional charge, which was very kind. We also received a partial refund because of the evacuation. We weren’t expecting anything, nor did we ask for any compensation. We just received an email saying they refunded two nights worth since evacuation began Tuesday.
Everyone in the lobby that we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be back!
