Location excellent for the stadium (can see from window) very comfy

Cleaner cutlery in the room (but didn’t use so it didn’t matter)

Location was good. 20 minute walk to Hauptbahnhof and city centre. Close to trams.

No scissors or splash guard for the frying pan. Found it difficult to use the combi oven as no instructions. Same with the hob. Remote control for TV not working. No adaptor available.

The bed was broken (see picture), with one side touching the floor and therefore pending towards that side. This made it obviously not comfortable, and on top of that the bed linen did not seem fresh, like they hadn't been changed for us. The toilet was dirty (see the other picture). And we had quite a troublesome and even scary night, because some people came at 2 and then again at 4 AM to knock and ring at the apartment next door and repeatedly trying to call someone they expected to be inside. The following morning I informed the property of all of the above, and all I got was "I am sorry, I will check it out". We decided to leave despite having paid for 2 more nights

A fabulous location for my visit to the Leipzig Arena and close enough walk to the centre of town for sightseeing. I managed to lose the key on my sightseeing rush around Leipzig and was helped straight away to get in do I could still attend the event and get home. Apartment was clean and well provisioned with things you need and was warm and cosy. I would stay again without hesitation.

Nothing really..just a note for owners that the towel rail is loose and for those looking to book just a note that if you get a top floor apartment it's 4 flights of stairs carrying a heavy case...so travel light and you will love it....or take your time climbing them!

No hot water in the apartment and shawer!! I don't recommend this place. Super loud also all night.

Spacious rooms, nice kitchen with equipments like a nespresso machine, big fridge and dishwasher. Bed is comfortable and easy access to the city centre.

Access code didn’t work in the first place. Had to contact the landlord several times. Double bed had only one single sheet and pillow, while we booked for two. Used a spare sheet without cover in the closet. We also had only two towels for two persons for three days. Room was very warm, couldn’t cool it down because of the very noise on the street. Whole night trams, ambulance and politce drove by. In the night we had to close the windows. Tip for the land lord: an electric fan would help a lot.

The location was great - right near the tram stop and just a few stops from the centre of Leipzig - you could probably be there in 10-15 minutes. The apartment was lovely, nicely decorated, very clean, not exactly the one I thought I was getting from the photos when I booked, but still great and had all facilities as described. The owners were extremely helpful and fast getting back to me whenever I had a question - when I arrived the key code didn't work but they found a solution really quickly.

There was no hand soap or washing up liquid/sponge provided (although there was a dishwasher!). I bought soap but used the dishwasher instead of washing up myself, which seemed a bit wasteful when I only had a few items on the last morning. The trams do go right past the window so it can be a bit loud, but that didn't bother me.

Beautiful and elegant apartment - very clean and very well located - fully equipped. Very good central location - easy walking distance to town centre. Good attention to detail - especially the beautiful orchids.

The two things that one needs to be aware of: 1. There is no elevator - so the stairs can be challenging for the elderly or people who have limited mobility. 2. If the weather is hot and one opens the windows at night - the street noise from the trams can be disturbing. These 2 points need not be an issue as long as one is aware of them.

Lacation Was Good, not so far away from city Center. Nice viev and sunset from 4th floor.

There was noisy because of tram, which Was lacated in front of the building. That is a disadvantage of living in City Center ;)

Very quick and good communication. Awesome location, the city noise is to be expected. Lovely views in the evening!
