Sandown South - Oceanfront living at it's finest!
Willkommen in unserem Zuhause. Wir sind einzigartig in einer Wohnanlage an der Ostspitze von Sunset Beach Island positioniert. Unser Grundstück erstreckt sich vom Ozean bis zum Schall, der mit der Küstenwasserstraße verbunden ist. Die Stadt Sunset Beach ist eine familienorientierte Stadt mit weitläufigen weichen Sandstränden. Das Haus bietet Platz für 19 Personen und hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer oder die Bucht von jedem Zimmer im Haus. Auf jeder Ebene befinden sich 6 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und eine Gästetoilette. Ein Aufzug bedient alle Etagen. Alle bis auf einen Raum haben eine Terrasse direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer, um die spektakuläre Naturschönheit zu genießen, die an diesem Ort im Überfluss vorhanden ist. Die Küche verfügt über 2 große Kühlschränke, zwei Geschirrspüler, eine Eismaschine sowie einen 36-Zoll-Herd, um die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten und die Reinigung so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss führt zu einer großen überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf einen wunderschönen Whirlpool und einen Pool. Der Medienraum im Obergeschoss verfügt über einen großen Fernseher, eine X-Box, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten sowie eine große Terrasse mit einem Billardtisch im Freien. Das Haus verfügt über Parkettboden und ist schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Yachthafen mit einer Bootsrampe mit Wasser und Stromanschlüssen, die Sie nutzen können. Mehrere der besten Golfplätze der Gegend sind weniger als 8 km entfernt.
Die Fertigstellung des Hauses ist für April 2018 geplant. Die Vermietung beginnt am Memorial Day Weekend.

We recently stayed at this beautiful house by the beach, and overall, our experience had its highs and lows. The location was fantastic—right by the ocean with stunning views and easy access to the beach. The house itself was spacious and nicely decorated, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
However, there were a few issues that made our stay less than perfect. Upon arrival, we noticed several holes in the floor in the kitchen by the sink, which were quite concerning.
Additionally, the elevator was broken for the duration of our stay, making it difficult to move luggage and groceries up and down the stairs. Some of the locks on the doors were also broken, which posed a security concern.
To top it off, we had an unpleasant encounter with the cleaning lady on our first day. She caused quite a bit of drama, which was a stressful way to start our vacation. We were originally told to unpack our perishables as she was done cleaning the kitchen, which we thought was super kind. Later to find out she told Cyndi we were in her way and were not told to go in? Very odd.
While the house and location were beautiful, and these issues weren’t impacting majority our experience. I hope the owner can address these problems for future guests, as this is truly be a fantastic place to stay with a bit of attention to detail and maintenance.
Overall, we all recommend Cyndi and her beautiful home.

This property is a perfect place to spend some relaxing family time away from the hustle and bustle. Laid back family beach made for chilling. Lots of privacy and space to stretch out. We will be back!

Our family enjoyed another amazing week in this beautiful home. We stayed in this home 3 years ago and it is just as clean and well kept as it was then. The kitchen is so well organized and well equipped. The pool/hot tub/lounge chairs perfect. Lots of noodles, floats and beach chairs for our family to use. The private walkway to the softest beach sand is like nothing else. The owners are extremely kind and conscientious about communicating with their renters.
We would HIGHLY recommend this property to any family seeking a Magical Week vacay.

Sandown is an amazing property and works so well for our family. Not only is the house beautiful and so well, equipped, but to have the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Marsh on the other side, and Tubbs inlet a few hundred yards on the east side was truly a paradise. The pool and the hot tub were great and were such a big hit, especially with the grandkids. Sandown is worth every penny and it will provide memorable experiences for sure.

We had an amazing week at Sundown South during our multigenerational family vacation that included 8 adults and 7 kids. The house is spacious and has everything you need for an amazing week away! We spent almost every minute outside, whether enjoying the beautiful pool and spa, soaking in the sun on the beach, or enjoying a drink or meal on the patios. We truly felt like we all had our own space and was never on top of each other, and we loved having full baths in each bedroom and the trundles/day beds were perfect for kids. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of counter space and seating. The multiple fridges and ice makers are so helpful, and the bonus living room upstairs was great for down time and movies for the kids. The house is so private with amazing views from all sides - you truly felt like you were staying at a resort. Highly recommend staying here, as we are looking forward to and can't wait for future visits!

Step one, take all your preconceived ideas of what you're planning to do on vacation and throw them out the window. You will not want to leave once you arrive at Sandown South. A beautiful home situated right on the beach, in a gated community, with water on both sides. Private pool and beach access. Spectacular rooms and bathrooms. A fully furnished kitchen allowed us to cook meals with ease. My family and I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much for putting so much love and spirit into this vacation home. We will definitely be back someday! Make sure you watch the sunsets will in Sunset Beach!

We've been comging to sunset beach for 20+ years and this was the best house we've stayed in. Room enough for everyone to spread out but great common areas for those times when we all wanted to be together.

The home was spotless, very well equipped. The owner was impeccable, and their attention to our needs the ocean the view were outstanding as several of our grandchildren said it was the best best vacation they ever had. I’m not sure where to start. This home was immaculate & the pool, spa & adjacent docks - in addition to the easy ocean front access & amazing views - had something to please everyone in our family group (ages 5 to 80). It feels like a luxury tropical resort vacation but in a local family beach.

Everything about this home exudes quality. No shortcuts here. Equipment was top notch. 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 washers and 2 dryers made it very easy for our party of 10 adults, 3 kiddos and 1 baby to stay on top of everything. The pool and hot tub are first class as well and controlled via an app that you install on your phone. Little touches abound as well to make the stay pleasant for all. Private access walkways to the beach including one ramped are stellar.
