Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful stay at the house. It's beautiful, private, clean, and centrally located. It also has all the beach/pool/snorkeling gear you could want. We didn't have to rent a single thing during our stay. Would highly recommend for a couple or small family.

The host Lynn Tayler was seamlessly but constantly in touch and ready to help, but the home had lot of supplies and necesary daily products. Therefore we didn't have to request anything extra. Overall injoyable property to spend time with the family.

This rental hit every expectation I had! The house included everything we needed from coolers, beach chairs, floats, and even some dumbbells for a couple early morning workouts. This place was simply amazing. The only thing is that if you like the idea of swimming at night, the pool could be a few degrees warmer. Felt perfect during the day, but just a tad chilly at night. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to come back!

We had an amazing time on Maui and this house couldn’t have been more perfect. The outside space was so well appointed. We didn’t want for anything. My husband is an outdoors guy and kept saying he felt like this home was built for him! On one side of the house was the quiet tranquil koi pond and the other had the pool with the amazing views. Every morning, I had my coffee while overlooking the ocean. The sunsets were gorgeous, too! In the informational binder, there is a list and map of all the fruit trees. This was super helpful and one evening, we walked around to see them all. Unfortunately most things weren’t ripe enough, but we did pull a couple of limes for our mixed drinks. We also loved the outdoor shower for when we returned sandy from the beach. Both showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. The amenities were amazing! The garage has everything you could want for a day on the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, Tommy Bahama chairs, floats, boogie boards, noodles... The kitchen was the same. As soon as we started to wonder if they had something, we found it! We did make a Costco run (best prices) and Safeway run while there and cooked breakfasts and some dinners. Unfortunately, the dishwasher broke right before we got there. Lynn was great though and contacted us while we were on our flight over to let us know. The owners also left a gift card for Mala Tavern for our inconvenience. It was one of the best meals we had there! I highly recommend getting reservations for 6 -6:30 so you can see the sunset. It was so pretty!This place was like going to a fully stocked family members home. If we ever go back to Maui, we would definitely come back. The views are just so breathtaking!! The location is terrific too. You are more centrally located. We could get to the Northwest side of the island just as quickly as the southwest side. Each day our morning consisted of deciding which beach should we go to! I will

The property was 100% as advertised if not more. If Aloha Spirit Maui is available for your dates, do not wait to book it. Be sure to consider using their concierge service for that special trip. The masseuse and chef were beyond expectations. The property manager was always available if needed and quick to respond. If I have to give a negative, and it’s a first world problem, is the heated pool could have been 1-2 degrees warmer. Other than that, our experience exceeded expectations.

The owners have provided everything you could want or need (and more) for a beautiful, relaxing vacation including kitchen, beach, laundry, and toiletry supplies. Property manager Debbie checked in with us before and during our stay. The home was so clean and welcoming and the beds and pillows offer a wonderful night’s sleep. The grounds and view were gorgeous. We loved the beautiful plumeria and hibiscus trees. The koi pond and friendly turtle Harold were another highlight. We loved and used the outdoor shower every day. The home is a short drive to many beautiful beaches and we went snorkeling at a different beach everyday. We wanted to spend as much time as possible in this lovely home and enjoyed using the kitchen and outdoor grill. We bought amazing fresh-off-the-boat fish at Fish Market Maui and cooked it at the house. For delicious desserts we made several trips to nearby Leoda’s Pies. Just the most wonderful vacation we could have hoped for. Thank you!

The view from the back of the house is amazing. You can see so much! And it's different every time. The property is beautiful, Harold & the koi are peaceful. You can hear the fountain from the 2nd bedroom. The outdoor showers are great. Would return in a heartbeat!

Absolutely wonderful experience. The quiet and privacy were astounding! The sunset were beautiful. The pool was just steps from the back door. The landscaping was meticulous. Both outdoor showers were sunny and open to fresh air yet also very private. The outdoor bathtub provided the best bath I have ever had. The kitchen had all the supplies we need to cook all of our meals. The couches and beds were comfortable. Everything was wonderful!

Two weeks in paradise!
The house is an absolute gem with attention to detail everywhere you look. The pictures don't do it justice and the host had it stocked with amenities that went way beyond our expectations. The location is perfect - close to Lahaina and everything on the West side and an easy hop to the by-pass when you want to go elsewhere on Maui. Loved swimming in the pool morning, noon and night; picking oranges and fruit in the grove; and sitting with coffee, watching the Koi each morning. If you want a lovely home base that's so nice you may not want to go anywhere else - you should check out this beautiful house & property!

Simply stunning, like a painting!
Everywhere you turned was a view worthy of an artist’s rendering. Loved being up on a mountainside as you could view the ocean from far back. We used the heated pool almost nonstop, and the outdoor showers were sublime! The kids enjoyed the koi pond and the resident turtle, nestled in a gorgeous front entryway. And the huge glass/screen sliding doors that opened up to the lanai may have been the best feature…it was a toss up between that and the pool! The house had almost everything we needed, hardly needed to go shopping at all. And the amenities were top notch. We truly enjoyed this place so much and are already planning our next stay!! Finally, the property manager was incredibly responsive, and even actively checked in with us to make sure everything was going well (but not intrusive in any way).

Paradise - even in a pandemic
A private spot with gorgeous sunset views. The well stocked kitchen (and outdoor grill), plus a heated pool, pool toys and even a yoga matt made this a perfect place to spend the pandemic holiday. Quick access to Lahaina makes it a great choice when we get back to normal too.

We recently booked Aloha Spirit Maui for a weeks stay with our family (2 adults and one teen boy) and had a fabulous time! The house was meticulously clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect - we had an issue with the temperature and they were right on top of it as soon as I reached out to Debbie (the house manager). Whenever I had a question or concern (which were very few), Debbie was there to help. We purchased groceries ahead of time, which I think saved us a TON of time and money eating out. The house is centrally located on the west side of the island, just 5-8 minutes South of Lahaina. The grounds were perfectly private as well so we felt safe and comfortable to sit out on the lanai or swim at almost any time of day/night. And that view out the back side of the house is amazing! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Maui!!

The location is beautiful, and the home and land are very nice, but overall we were underwhelmed. The wide angle photography overstates the space and pool size.
Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the property. My advice would be that if you are renting a high end property at over $1000 per night, guest should expect and receive high end amenities, and a spotless first impression. The commode in the master bath had dried waste running down the front of it, so that was one of my first duties was to go through and clean both baths. Also, things like towels in a high end rental should be top quality lush towels, not something that is so worn I would have turned them into shop rags years ago.
Lastly, a little primer on the sticky ant traps would have been useful. One of the first things I did was slide open the big doors to open it up, Which is fantastic, by the way. But someone had placed sticky ant paper at each end and it got caught in the door track. I spent almost an hour cleaning that mess up, and getting the doors to move smoothly again.

Aloha spirit review
The pictures are much better than the actual property
The house is infested with bugs, mice and ants! Bug strips in garage had dead mice, centipedes and all kinds of bugs, which explained the terrible smell in the garage,,,which by the way u can use but the stink and all the junk in the garage it wasnt worth the hassle.
It also needs a very deep cleaning, we spent several hours cleaning, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. All of the dishes needed washing, and the windows on the doors to the lanai hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. All of the windows and screens were filthy.
The outside master shower is inoperable, shower is broke and the tub is filthy and doesnt hold water.
Pool was filthy until the 3rd day out of 6 days we were there. Couldnt use it due to all of the crap in the pool. Contacted the rental company and our contact person was on vacation in the middle of the ocean so very poor response time.
Poor lighting in both bathrooms when trying to get ready at night, had to use bedroom in order to see.
We went and bought towels due to the tiny and very smelly towels provided. They are very thin cheap towels.
Washer and dryer are so small and difficult to operate,,skandanavian brand had to Google instructions on how to operate.
The patio furniture and cushions are old and both falling apart. Couldnt sit on the couch on the lanai due to rotted and broken furniture needs major repairs or basically replaced
Lounge chairs need repair or replaced. The cushions were splitting open and stained, just sat on our towels, since we werent sure what the stains were.
Overall the worst rental we have ever had and we have rented all over the country. I can tolerate alot, but this was just awful. I will never use this rental company again, they should inspect houses before renting them. I would have rated "0" if it was a choice. The person that owns the property needs to invest in cleaning and repairs before anyone else rents this place.

Excellent property. I will absolutely work with these people again. Clean, welcoming, very comfortable. Phenomenal property. The wild fires during the time I booked made the previous tenants late getting out but the manager Debbie made it where I was not delayed checking in. Extremely professional people.
