We have stayed at the Lofts many times and our stay in #6C was one of the best. The unit was clean and well stocked with all essentials and more. Beds and sofas were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating for dining with our group of 4 adults + 4 kids. Location across from Giant Steps is ideal.

Great place. Clean and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. View of the mountain was great and we had a great view from inside of the NYE fireworks. Super spacious for a family of four and beds were comfortable. The master bath shower head could be replaced or perhaps cleaned. Water came out all over the place. We would stay here again!!

Our family stayed at this location during Christmas 2023. The condo was immaculate! Great location, spectacular views of the slopes from the living room, clean, modern, spacious. Our family of six (3 adults and 3 teenagers) was very comfortable. Dawn, the representative from the agency was very welcoming and responsive. Loved the hot tub, especially after a long day on the slopes. The owners had Christmas decoration and a Christmas tree as an added bonus. We really felt at home. The unit has a private garage so, we loved not having to defrost our car in the mornings. This was the best vacation and experience for our family! Thank you for the priceless memories! This was our first time at Brian Head and we loved it. We strongly recommend this place as we plan to come back to this same condo again!

Last minute audible for our little family. Decided to stay the weekend and do a little extra snowboarding. What a great decision. Comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great place and super close to the lifts. Very clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Definitely need 4 wheel drive or AWD and parking is an issue since so many garages were snowed in.

There was an issue while staying there due to the severe weather. Dawn, the property manager responded immediately and handled the situation timely and was amazing to say the least. Highly recommend.

Brian head
The place was lovely. We did have a few issues. The hot water heater went out twice during our stay and the AC didn't really work but it was beautiful weather so not an issue there. We did have an infant with us and the wax on the floor is very slick but the place was beautiful and clean and the owners were SO kind and accommodating.

LOVELY PLACE!
Views were spectacular and this is a lovely place. Do note it is at about 9800' elevation and some had high altitude problems (headache, nausea and lassitude) for a day or two. The surrounding area was a delight to explore.

Great property, but A/C didn’t work
This property was in a great location. A quick walk or drive to restaurants and parks. It was clean and decorated very well. The kitchen was stocked better than my kitchen at home! The host was helpful in giving us the option for early check-in. The one downfall of this stay was that the loft stayed uncomfortable hot. We drove in from Las Vegas to escape the heat wave. Although it was 30 degrees cooler in Brian Head, inside the property it was a balmy 85 degrees. The main living space and the upstairs master bedroom were exceptionally hot. Making it uncomfortable to sleep for us and our young children. The downstairs bedroom was able to cool off to 75 if we had the doors open, fans on and it was night. The A/C was loud, but did not blow cold air so we had to try other ways to cool down the space. Even at night, with the windows and doors open and the fans on, the upstairs stayed around 80 degrees. This wouldn’t be an issue in the winter, obviously. But if you are traveling in the summer, especially with small children who need a cool place to sleep, it’s something to consider.

We were travelling with our two pre-teen granddaughters for a few days. This property had plenty of entertainment inside to fuel their imaginative play for hours on end. Everything was well stocked, very clean. Wish we could have stayed longer....

Super weekend together!
We chose Brian Head so that my son going to SUU could come up for the weekend. It was perfect! The condo was huge and had so much to do. It was well stocked and very clean. We were able to play games, go biking, hiking, visit Cedar Breaks, and play at the park nearby. I would highly recommend this property!

Great location the property was very nice. I would have given a 5 but hot tub dirty not usable.
Had a wonderful time with my children. The place was just as described. Would have given a 5 but the hot tub was really dirty not usable. Needs a thorough cleaning debris was floating inside it. Could not reach any one.

Awesome loft!
We had a fun time staying at the loft. The place is awesome, looks just like the photos but better. Very comfortable. The home is stocked with everything needed. The view is amazing and it was really cool to watch people ski and snowboard on a Sat night. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Phyllis was quick to respond and easy to get in touch with. We had a great time and would love to go again.

Fantastic
The pictures depict the property perfectly. Probably the CLEANEST VRBO we have ever stayed at hands down. Extremely well stalked with all necessary items to cook, clean and have a good time! Our teenage boys said “we’d really out done ourselves” on this stay! We had plenty of space to relax, watch TV and get into a championship round of UNO! Thank you again.

Perfect getaway
This property is well maintained. It has a fully stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed in there. The bedrooms are modest size and we also used the couch and additional bed which was easy to inflate and setup. All things in working order. We did have trouble maintaining a ambient temperature that was acceptable for everyone. The upstairs bedroom for some reason stayed hotter than the rest of the condo but we ended up leaving the window open at night and that solved our problem. We came in winter, so I would definitely be prepared with chains for 2 wheel drive or a 4 wheel drive to get to the condo reliably. If the weather is clear and no snow it would not be a problem but when we arrived, there was a snow storm so we were thankful for the 4 wheel drive car rental. A big plus was the garage so we didn't have wait on the car to thaw before we left to go exploring. I would suggest buying groceries before you get there, we used the Walmart pickup in Cedar City which is about 45 minutes away. This is definitely a ski town in the winter so if you don't ski you may want to look at other properties. The view of the ski slopes at night were fabulous and the fireworks for New Years were visible from the warm comfort of the condo so that was definitely a plus. National Parks were within driving distance but some backroads are closed for the winter which made for a little extra driving. Phyllis answered all questions. All in all, the property was described accurately and yes we would consider staying here again.

What a beautiful property and looks exactly like the pictures posted. We had such a wonderful stay and there were plenty of activities for all of us to do. Any questions that I had, the owner responded quickly and was extremely helpful. We are now hoping to make this an annual trip!

Fall Get-a-Way
Sister get-a-way with our husbands in Utah. The condo accommodations were perfect for us to relax, cook, and enjoy a meal together. We spent the days hiking the various National Parks in the area and enjoying the fall weather. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. I would definetly return to this beautiful location.

It is a beautiful accommodation, which makes the holiday especially pleasant. Everything and anything you might need is provided by the management. All - furniture, dishes, kitchen - were of the highest quality. We are world travelers, and I have to say that this was one of the best experiences we've ever had with VRBO or AIRBNB accommodations. Just like home, but even better!
We couldn't figure out how to open the garage, but there was plenty of parking available outside. We enjoyed watching Apple TV, having great internet connection, spending evenings in the hot tub, cooking in the well-equipped kitchen.

Beautiful Condo
We had a very nice and relaxing stay at this property. It is beautifully and comfortably decorated. The kitchen is well stocked - we brought some baking items from home in case we couldn't find in the kitchen but turns out we didn't have to bring anything. We did attempt to use the spa one evening but couldn't get it to warm up. One thing to note - no air conditioning. During the summer months, the condo does get warm mid-day but it cools in the evening once windows are opened and fans are turned on. We will definitely book again but probably not in the summer months. All in all it was a great stay and we look forward to coming back.

It’s gorgeous, modern, spacious, feels like home, has all the comforts you would need. We made all of our meals here and the kitchen had everything we needed! This will be my “go to” place for Brian Head visits! This place made our “family/just girls weekend” memorable!! I read some reviews prior to booking complaining about the “2 flights of stairs in this altitude” to get to the condo- but I say that’s nothing compared to what you get when you walk in! Plus think of the necessary and free exercise one gets- perspective;)! Lastly, Phyllis from Diamond management property was great! What an amazing weekend!
We had just stayed up in Island Park in a brand new house my family had picked out. That whole experience was a disaster compared to our experience at this Brian Head condo. Everything was clean and well organized, as well as stocked. The check in/check out process was extremely convenient and very clear instructions (When we were in Island Park, the property manager gave us directions 40 minutes out of the way to a different house, and the failed to give us codes to the gate and house for the property. It took us over two hours to contact the property manager before we could even get in!). The property manager for the Brian Head condo sent numerous emails (which was great!) and called about two days before checkin to make sure we knew how to access the property. We are already wanting to plan another trip back! We would 1000% recommend this condo to anyone wanting to explore this part of Utah!

Nice getaway
This was a great getaway for us from the heat in Vegas and everything was very nice. We had a little hiccup one morning but Phyllis handled it amazing and everything was taken care of quickly. Would definitely rent this condo again. Not sure I’d have 8 people sleep here comfortably but my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) worked great! Ps the hot tub was awesome and in working condition!!

Nice Stay
Great location and super clean. The only issue we had was the upstairs shower did not drain at all so we were up to our ankles in water. Other than that the stay was great! Clean and very comfortable unit!

Great stay!
This is my 5th year staying in Brian Head for "ski week." I have stayed in 3 different lofts and this loft was exceptional. We were a total of 4 adults and 2 kiddos and there was plenty of room. The property was extremely clean and more importantly comfortable. As always we had a wonderful week!! I would absolutely stay at this property again--top notch!!!:)
