A parte la posizione a dir poco PERFETTA, la struttura è completamente rinnovata, pulitissima e arredata con ottimo gusto. Terrazza con vista sul mare ideale sia per prendere il sole che per pranzare o cenare godendosi la brezza marina. Proprietario cortese e attento che ha reso la vacanza ancora più piacevole con la sua gentilezza. Decisamente una scelta da consigliare per chi vuole godere di una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della comodità e della bellezza di Castiglioncello. Pieni punti da tutti i punti di vista!

If I need to mention 1 thing it’s the small shower, it is too small compared to the rest of the apartment size.

The best place for vacation in Italy. Close to sea, free parking in space full garage, very comfortable apartment with good full of facilities. Personal regards for owner Pierfilippo!!!

The property is located right above the sea. The view it’s stunning. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect.

Excellent location, great comfort, large garage

We had a wonderful time here waking up, going to sleep, having breakfast with some awesome views of the bay. Many restaurants nearby and you can walk to the centre through well maintained gardens with a part of the lane along the coast. I should also mention here that Pierfilipo is a very helpful host, we had problems with the hot water and the electrical connection because of the automation systems and he came in promptly at 11 in the night and resolved all issues, thanks again :)

Nothing to complain about the apartment, but something to note that the nearby private beaches which can be seen from the apartment are booked months in advance and the public space is limited, and then you have to drive to other beaches 5-10 km away

Very good location with sea view and one minute walking to the beach. Our apartment was exceptionally clean. The manager is friendly and helpful. When we asked for an item that was not available it was acquired and delivered the very next morning - great service level. Private parking is really helpful. Very happy to return.

Basically zero amenities other than dishwasher detergent and soap.
