Spacious hotel and lobby, lovely staff. Spa and swimming pool were great.

Curtains (the second layer) need to be longer to cover the whole window. A lot of light comes in early in the morning and can be disturbing. Speak with reception if you have the same issue.

Cena sa doruckom je 130€. Mislim da je to los odnos cene i kvaliteta racunajuci stanje i lokaciju samog hotela.

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά.Δεν θα μπορούσε να ήταν κ αλλιώς,μιλάμε για Hilton άλλωστε. Μας έκαναν εντύπωση το πλήρως εξοπλισμένο γυμναστήριο που ήταν ανοιχτό 24 ώρες. Φανταστικά όλα,αντάξια του ξενοδοχείου.

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό. Αν πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να βρούμε κάτι,αυτό θα ήταν η κάπως μακρινή απόσταση από το κέντρο.

Достатъчно място за паркиране, открит паркинг и подземен гараж. Просторни стаи , комфортни легла голям размер.Чисто и добре подържано.Голям басейн и джакузи в СПА центъра , сауната също е с достатъчен размер и добре работеща. Огромно разнообразие при включената закуска.

Местоположението е далеч от центъра , от магазини и ресторанти и ограничава възможностите за придвижване до такси или личен автомобил (трябва да има дежурен шофьор , който да не пие) .

Excellentes prestations avec du personnel extrêmement agréable (réception, restaurant, spa ...) et qui répond à toutes les questions !! Très bel hôtel et très calme !

Oda temizlik kesinlikle düzgün yapmıyorlar

Die Ausstattung und die ganze Ambiente und die Service von Zimmerreinigung , und ganzen Personal , außerhalb die Rezeption und die Leitung

Ich wollte mein Aufenthalt bei Hilton verlängern, und statt ich die übliche ursprünglichen Preis zu bekommen , habe ich ohne mich darüber zu informieren vorher , die Übernachtung auf einmal für 30, 00 € pro Nacht teurer bekommt , obwohl auf Boocking immer noch mein Zimmer zu 30,00 € günstiger angeboten war . Das war einfach nicht fair . Auf Grund dessen habe ich mein Aufenthalt bei Hilton unterbrochen und ich bin in ein anderen Hotel umgezogen.

King suit oda bir harikaydı. Evde gibi hissettim. Otel çok iyi dekore edilmiş. Kaliteli ve harika bir otel.

Odalarda bazı sarf malzemeleri eksik. Katı sabun, diş fırçası, kulak çöpü, tıraş seti gibi malzemeler olmalıydı.Kahvaltıyı ekstra aldık ama çok yetersiz bir kahvaltıydı. Oda kartı yoksa akşam saatlerinde asansörle üst katlara çıkamıyorsunuz ve ara kat merdiven kapıları kapalı. Güvenlik için olduğu belli ama anahtarı yanıma almadığım bir keresinde odama çıkamadım ve görevliden yardım istedim.

Ailece kaldığım için içeriden birbirine bağlantılı odalar iyiydi. Spa imkanı ( sauna , havuz ) güzeldi. Kahvaltıda güzeldi. Resepsiyonda Yeliz hanım güler yüzü çok yardımcı oluyor. Personel genel olarak çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi.

Kaldığım oda birinci kattaydı. Nehir tarafında olmama rağmen sadece duvar görüyordu. Daha üst katta kalınması şart.

The front desk personnel has no professional attitude. The rooms are on the small side. The breakfast is mediocre. The location is far the from city centre. Paid 470 eur cash, received receipt for 468 eur with no resonable explaination. I have booked 4 rooms all 4 receipts with 2 euro less... Not that 2 euro matter, but leaves an unpleasant feeling in the customers. All the chairs in the breakfast area are dirty and with stains.

general was clean and comfortable , also the room , food was acceptable as well. Room very spacious and clean,restaurant staff very kind and polite .

reception staff very unwelcome , never saw a smile in them above all the ladies . Big improvement there is needed since is the first approach for customers

Lobi bar çok yoğun olduğunda elaman eksikliğinden dolayı geç servis yapılıyordu

Tesisin kahvaltısı güzel.

Hayatımda yaşadığım en kötü hilton tecrübesiydi. Asla gitmeyi düşünmüyorum artık.Havluların arasında kadın saçı, doldurulmamıs peçeteler, lekeli havlular, ve işin en kötü yanı oda da içilmiş su vardı.Lobideki Türkçe bilen çalışana bile aktardık girişte içilmiş su olduğunu nezaketen önemli değil dedik ancak ona rağmen değişiklik yapılmadı.

Everything was perfect!

Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Met taxi prima te verplaatsen richting centrum. Spa prima!

Wanneer je op de 1e verdieping verblijft kun je last hebben van, indien geen roker, onaangename geur. Schijbaar gooit iedereen zijn peuken uit hetraam die op het dak terechekomen en niet worden opgeruimd. Erg onsmakkelijk om te zien.

Wonderful hotel, with good amenities. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast!

Красивая территория со свободной парковкой. Внутри выдержан чёткий стиль всех отелей Хилтон - комфортно и лаконично. Вкусный завтрак уже не по меню, а со шведским столом. Максимально чисто и безопасно, что важно в момент пандемии.

Large comfortable room. Excellent breakfast (orange juice is better when made squeezing fresh oranges, but let's not be too picky).

My TV remote control did not work: a new battery was probably all it was needed. I notified the reception, but the following evening it still did not work. Not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel

Very quiet room, great beds. Very nice spa. Great buffet breakfast. Not too crowded hence super relaxing overall. Nice staff.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating. The rooms were absolutely spotless. The spa was top notch. The breakfast and restaurant were worth every penny. The locations was pretty good, there is even an running trail and outdoor gym just outside of the hotel grounds.

There needs to be more sound insulation, I could hear everything that was going on in the hallway.
