The pictures shown in booking are misleading. The actual rooms are not as spacious and luxurious as it is shown in the pictures.

La atención de su personal es excepcional. Nos atendieron de lujo e hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera excelente. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y tener piscina le da un plus. La comida de su restaurante es riquísima. La ubicación es inmejorable. Pero sobre todo valoramos la calidez humana de quienes llevan adelante el hotel.

Si nos pusiéramos muy exquisitos, el aire acondicionado hace un ruido fuerte cuando comienza a andar, pero puede que eso sólo fuera en nuestra habitación y no una generalidad del hotel.

Hotel com uma ótima localização, excelente atendimento e cuidado com os hóspedes, saímos antes do café da manhã e eles nos forneceram um lanchinho, amamos!

The hotel is well located within the Miraflores zone, and the breakfast has a good amount of options to choose from.

There are details (i.e., scratched wallpapers and torned furniture) that need some attention.

Hotels location was great. Breakfast was excellent, with so many options available. served as a buffet. Room was good, we got the family room for 4. Beds were comfortable. Facilities were excellent with the roof top bar and a pool. Overall a 5* experience.

Our first night there was a strange smell in our room and also near our room. The next morning we asked for another room and they immediately gave us an other, even better, room.

The staff were very helpful and always smiling. They made us a packed breakfast as our tour started before the breakfast timing, the pack breakfast was massive, not ideal breakfast food but nonetheless it filled us both up and had a snack for lunch. The rooftop bar is a very chilled place, we went both in the morning and afternoon. You get a free drink voucher on arrival which is a nice perk. The gym is small but can make use of it and was quiet when we went.

There was a strange smell on our floor, luckily it wasn’t in the room as well. We were on the 9th floor and you could hear the painters decorating the rooftop bar, they started at 5am which wasn’t ideal but very niche circumstance I guess.

The staff are extremely helpful. I lost my debit card and they checked security cameras from the front of the hotel to see if I had dropped it there. They gave advice on local restaurants for lunch and organised taxis for us. We were made to feel very welcome. The free welcome drink an added bonus! The room was very clean and spacious. Fun rooftop bar. Good food in the lobby. Felt very safe walking around the area.

Everything was top notch. The location with lots of food cafes and restaurants around the corner. The rooms incl beds which are super comfortable. Great breakfast. And most important, the staff, so nice and helpful with everything. I have stayed at several Melia hotels over the years and they always deliver a great experience.

Clean and nice rooms, good breakfast

Most of the staff was friendly but also tedious, some discussions, restaurant reservations could not be made while it was easily possible, debating over an email with the invoice. Pool was not heated and noisy, pool bar not staffed most of the time. Overall, not a good value for money.

Breakfast was great and it was walking distance to restaurants, shopping and museums.

Our room was very small with a small window, but it was very clean and well-appointed.

Hotel had a great location and is clean and was nicely decorated. Friendly staff was helpful and provided recommendations to restaurants. The area is safe and within walking distance to restaurants, parks, and shopping. Room was small but comfortable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a lot of variety.

We stayed for a week and didn’t want to eat in the hotel every evening. Our room didn’t have table so, it would be nice to have an area where you could eat if you want to bring food purchased outside of the hotel.

Everything! Clean & beautiful rooms. Friendly staff. Great customer service. Professional. Welcoming. Location is great. I would recommend to friends and family and I would definitely be back to this hotel.
